I took my car to the USS Car Wash yesterday for a long overdue wash. I paid about $15 for the admiral wash. When I first got to my car the exterior looked nice and clean but the interior was barely touched. Maybe a rushed vacuum job because I can still clearly see the dog hair on my back seats and dried dirt on the driver side front door. As the car dried, it looked like my car was never washed at all. I could still clearly see the same dirt. It’s like all they did was rinse the car and call it clean. Never returning here again and I advise you to do the same. I did a better job by myself. I shouldn’t have to wash my car directly after getting it “washed”. The only positive thing I can say was the clerk was friendly.

Friendly staff and a good wash. I choose this place over their competitors because they have workers wipe down your car at the end to find any missed spots. When I took my work vehicle here they cleaned my vehicle magnet down and took it off prior to the wash to prevent damage. Very professional. Only gripe is they don't take American Express - understandable, just inconvenient with work vehicles.

For years this was my favorite place. They did a great job cleaning the inside however, these last two times i felt as though the service has declined. As I was standing waiting for this individual complete cleaning my inside i had to remind him that there was another side of the car that needed his attention. I think that they are operating with less workforce and this could be the reason and if that is the case they need to reduce their rates!

I just went there to get my car washed paid $24.00 to have to come home to clean it myself. They are the worse car wash place to go to. How can they act like they did a good job and I still have to dust, wipe and vacuum areas of my car. I tried calling them and of course no answer. I will never, ever go there again and will never recommend them to anyone at all. They are the worse plain and simple and I'm pissed

Did a good job on cleaning my car but I did not receive all the services I paid for like the air freshener included in the package I paid for. Also I forgot to take a window sun shade from the back window (my fault) and the car went through the car wash with it on, but they did a good job cleaning the window after I took it off. I’ll return but just get the most basic package and make sure everything is ready to go before it goes through the wash.

Car was not thoroughly cleaned. The main thing wanted cleaned was the interior and it was no cleaned up to par. What was advertised and paid for was not received. I was under the impression my car would be vacuumed and it was not. Though one staff member was polite a couple of them gave off odd vibes. I cannot say that I am satisfied with my service I am rather disappointed and inconvenienced as I must redo the work I have already paid for. I feel as though I have wasted my time and money. Also my interior surfaces are sticky.

I’ve given this car wash too many chances to get it right and it only gets worse. I live nearby so it is convenient but I’m moving on because today they did a horrible job on my car! The windows are never clean and leave streaks and today one side of my car was dirty as if no water hit it. I paid $20. 👇🏽 (see photos) I definitely will not come back. I see why business is so slow.

I will not be going back the outside still had bugs and bird poop on it and the inside was still dusty and they used a damp towel to wipe my windows and it left behind streaks also my rims were still dirty. I didn’t get the most expensive package but I didn’t get the cheapest ones either. I was still expecting it to remove all the dirt from the out side and leave my windows clean… now I’m going to have to go and clean after I paid to have it done.

Honestly, when I first moved to the area this car wash was amazing. Always did a great job with my car. I used to have a membership here but I don’t remember when it went downhill. At some point every time I came here if something wasn’t broken on my car, I had to literally clean the car all over again immediately as soon as it came out. They constantly argue over what each tier includes as if I didn’t read it before selecting my option.

They cleaned my car very bad all the sand was still on the floor and the windows were not clean.all of my seats still had baby food on it.i do not recommend this i payed 30 dollars to get it cleaned

I've been going here for years, but the service is not what it used to be. I always pay for the outside to be cleaned and dried. Always leave a tip. I should've checked before leaving, but when I get home I see there is still streaks and dried soap on the car. The rims never look clean but I always just overlook that. But this last time, the entire rear of my car was still filthy from the snow. It's obvious that area was never touched at all. Is it the men or the machines or a combination of both? Very disappointed because I'll be spending extra to go somewhere else to get it properly cleaned and also look for a new regular spot since I will not be going to them anymore.

This place has been here forever but now has been revamped & it's under ownership of Indian guys... U purchase services via a new computerized system with da highest price tag @ $20 for full service which includes vacuuming carpets and a wipe down + lip gloss 4 da tires... Big money was spend on da new computerized pay system but they forgot about da washing system which is severely outdated 👎🏾... No bad if u can't find anotha choice but I don't see this place being around long...Deuces✌🏾

I’m so fricking pissed! Somehow when my car got cleaned it was dirtier than before! Streaks all along the car. A man tried to upsell me $4 to clean my rims??? Do not go here.

Horrible car car service . I paid $30 for my car still look dirty and when I told them wipe the car with a clean rag they looked at me like I’m asking for too much … I wouldn’t go back here ever again

Please do not spend a red cent at this car wash. All the machines don't work in the place which I pointed out to the owner before I took my car through he said the other brushes would clean my vehicle. I went through and not only was my vehicle still dirty but it wasn't rinsed well at all and the owner again made light of it and used unclean towels to get the soap off which left my vehicle in a horrible condition. I finally stopped him from wiping before his dirty rags scratched my vehicle because he obviously didn't care. I strongly advise you not to patronize this establishment. 1 star was too many for this place.

Used to be my weekly go to. As of the last two visits over a week apart, the vehicle comes out covered in soap. The rinse is NOT rinsing. They simply wipe it all off after you pull out which leaves haze and streaks. Same last time I went, I simply chalked it up to cold or super busy. Obviously not the case. Two now I have left covered in soap and $20 missing from my pocket. Until they have made it well known that they have fixed their problem i will take my business elsewhere.
