Brand new location just opened. Very nicely redone with all new equipment. The staff is friendly and very efficient. There wasn't a drop of water to be found after they were done. Great job! Great location.

Took my car here to get washed had mats washed got cat back with matts soaked. This got all carpets in car wet. When i asked the guy why are they so wet and did they dry them his response was “we don’t have time to air dry them well”. Never -again. Who whole car is wet. Not to mention whole car was still dirty.

I called in before going to the car wash that I will arrive exact at 6pm and asked if they will be able to wash my car if I get their at 6pm and the girl on the phone said yes. But when I got there the guy shut the garage door on me. I called the car wash to tell the girl I am outside and she responded with sorry the guys already left which was not true! Very unprofessional!

If i can only give 0 stars….pictures speak a 1000 words. Don’t bother have them clean inside, half fast job. Paid $23 came home and vacuumed my car again and had to clean all panels and dashboard. They only care for tips but not about customer satisfaction. Looks like management doesn’t care about poor reviews, all of them 100% true.

I had a great experience trying urban auto spa for the first time and I’ll definitely be back. I did an exterior car wash and also did the mini detailing services they offer: the wipe down and vacuuming. It was beyond what I expected. They cleaned every inch of the car. They really went above and beyond. Thanks for the great service.

26 bucks for a car wash and inside looks just like before the car wash! Birdshit left on my back window… cup holders not touched… dust all over dashboard. Looks like nothing was done! Asked for vanilla scent to be sprayed… didnt get that either! Horrible! Will never go back

This place used to be good and the last 3 times I went, they didn’t clean it well left streaks and didn’t vacuum. Shouldn’t have to tell them how to do their job! Spent $50 the second time with the power vacuum thinking they would do a good job but wasted money. Time to find another place!

I signed up for the Silver Unlimited Package today and I must say I’m very impressed for the price. I just purchased a 2022 Acura TLX Type S so finding a reliable, reputable car cleaning service was paramount. Friendly service up front as well as inside at the front desk. They forgot to clean my trunk, other then that a few spots I wish were dryer but they were extremely busy so I understand they have to accommodate all their clients. However, I’m very happy to have signed up for their unlimited silver package and have no reservations of cancelling it at any time. Would recommend! Cheers. Edit - bumped up to 5 stars!! Excellent service, highly recommended!

Not impressed, went for the gold wash. I had to dry parts of the car that they missed. Inside dashboard was still dusty , the display never touched, door arm rests still dusty. Passenger side rocker panel had brown line from the car wash that they did not wipe off. The driver side mat was not clean. Outside rear window had large smudges on it from leaning on it. Extremely disappointed. Maybe in their defense, they were quite busy.

I visited Urban Auto in Wayne for the first time and added the extra vacuum service with a tip. The staff was helpful, but the interior cleaning fell short of expectations — several areas were still dusty and not thoroughly vacuumed. I even had to clean some spots myself. I was in a rush and arrived late for pick-up, yet I still had to deal with these issues on site. For the price, I was hoping for more attention to detail. I hope this feedback helps improve future service!

Last time I went to this car wash with my Cadillac I noticed the next day that both emblems on my front seats were gone. When I went back the manager was not in but they took a report and said he would call me. I’ve tried to call the manager a couple times with no call back. I also spoke with the dealership that I take my car to and was told that there is no way those emblems fell out, they would have to be pulled out, which is not easy to do and would not come out in one piece, which they didn’t. The part that goes into the seat is still there. They insist that it didn’t happen there because there employees do not steal. lol. My husband caught them stealing headlight bulbs from his truck when they fell out of an employees pocket after cleaning his interior. They did check the cameras but you cannot see inside the vehicles from any camera angle. It’s not the money @ $30 each. This was my dad’s car before he passed away in 2021. I do my best to keep it exactly the way he did. We will be cancelling monthly plan along with my company that takes all their work trucks there and all our of friends and family that go there have gone for the last time.

I went to this car wash on Sunday May 18th around 2:00 PM. The reason for the date and time is because the manager at that time. Basically told me that he really did not care. So I bought the Platinum service which is the highest level. When the car came out they all rushed over to dry the car. When I went to get the car it was still dripping water. So I asked to have it dried some more. The manager came over and said that there will be residual water dripping from the car. Which I know but they could have spent an extra minute to dry the car. I proceeded to get a towel and I was drying the car myself and the manager said the car had to move for more cars to fit and he got in and moved my car. He was more concerned that I was taking up space finishing up their job then satisfying the customer. I would give less than one star if that was an option. Also they left dirt on the bumper under the area that they deck lid covered

If i can 0 start i will .. long line for nothing.. after i paid $30 i got my car super dirty ever they didn’t pick up the garbage they didn’t wipe the car inside.. and they said its done you can take .. i was very mad they gave me the car the same situation i gave it to the first time and last time I suppose to see the review before i stop by A million zero for this car wash

Don’t let them clean your interior if you have anything of value inside the car. After going there I noticed a sentimental cross I keep in my center console is now missing. Not to mention it’s extremely over priced and your car won’t be fully clean. Good thing a new car wash opened further up Hamburg Tpke. What a disgrace..

I paid for the Bronze package because it included vacuuming and cleaning the dashboard. I get into my car after they “finished” and the dashboard still has dust on it, and my radio still had wet spots from improper drying. Also as you can clearly see in the photos, they did no vacuuming whatsoever. i just got scammed out of $27 like what the hell? screw this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH or just pay for the basic $14 exterior only package. THATS WHAT THEY DID FOR ME except I paid $27.

Paid $40 for a platinum car wash, but it doesn’t look like it. They didn’t clean the console, dashboard, cup holders, and doors. No wonder they were done pretty quickly with it, which I found strange. I couldn’t go back to complain because I was on my lunch break. I’ve been here before and they’ve done a better job. I come from far away so safe to say I won’t consider going back, not worth paying expensive prices for nothing!

I paid $27 for an inside and out wash, but they did not wipe down the interior, vacuum, or even remove the trash from my car. At first, I thought the crew simply forgot to clean the back seats. When I returned to ask about it, they told me I needed to pay an additional $15 for interior wiping and garbage removal. Apparently, “inside and out” only means windows and a light dashboard wipe which they already did the last time when I paid for an exterior wash only, at half the price. Very disappointing and misleading. I do not recommend this place for any interior cleaning.
