Had a coupon that they refused to take. Said they had some stolen and he wouldn't honor it had to pay. Called a manager and they said it was good and I could use it another time but I wanted to take it in and get my money back they said no. Not happy feel like I was ripped off

I have not went to this place but I work at marshall and all I see is them miss treating peoples cars that are there for something. Squealing their tires on vehicles that ain’t theirs, almost hitting the other cars parked there. These guys get into customers cars and just don’t care. So if someone could point me in the direction of who owns this place it would be appreciated.

They offer inside and out for $25 but when I drove off I noticed smeared windows in front all they did inside was vacuum on top of the mats-that’s it! Did hand wash instead of running thru the automatic machine(which I wasn’t informed about) when I called back to ask if they don’t clean mats anymore he said they do but it’s $10 extra! My console etc wasn’t touched with a cleaning cloth! False advertising! I would rather be informed up front of what inside and outside consists of and pay whatever to get the inside done properly!

I've never seen a carwash that doesn't clean windows that's the best part of the wash nor do they have tire shine it's sad cause it's a nice carwash prime location but they need some changes asap please make window clean with tire shine in that 30.00 wash

This is the best car wash in the area. It’s touch free and they dry it after. Vacuum before washing. They also have an options where they will vacuum it for you. They also have full detail options. Plus it’s LOCAL! SUPORT YOUR COMMUNITY!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but trying to save the next customer. I had a free coupon so I figured I’d try it out. Spent two minutes max vacuuming and left a white dust substance in my back seat. The quick wipe down did not clean anything, as my whole dash had dust. Then, the actual exterior wash, while the man was as sweet as ever, left my car streaky. The windows are visibly streaky and my tires look untouched. I have a somewhat new car and it was not at all filthy. I almost think it looked better before. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but if I spent money on that I’d be very upset.

As a regular at the Stadium 5 Star Car Wash location, the last couple times I've been very disappointed in the quality of the washes I have received. The car was poorly rinsed and had visible signs of "soap" remaining on the body when it exited the tunnel, car seemed like the drying towel wasn't 100% clean as there were "hazy" sections on the vehicle and the premium outside services (high pressure underbody rinse, foam cleaner and the clear coat protectant) did not work. And THIS is what the back of my car looked like when I got home from my visit today! Have gone to this location for many years, but if equipment isn't upgraded soon, I'll be looking for a new place to have my car washed..... UPDATE.... WOW!! I got a response moments after posting my review from the 5-Star Car Wash - Huntington owners and they are going to make it right my next visit. Can't ask for better customer service than that!! We'll see how they perform on my next visit... 👍 Updated from 1 star.. UPDATE#2.... well just stopped for a much needed car wash and they did much better but the equipment is still in need of some attention. Seems the water pressure isn't what it needs to be to thoroughly rinse off the soap as it exits the tunnel, but MUCH better job than my previous visit! Updated from 2 stars...

If we are going to advertise locally owned and not selling out to a company, let’s try to to give a decent wash. First time there and last. No worries about bottom portion or tires/wheels. We will take care of it at home. If you are a Marshall student, go elsewhere, this was a waste.
