Terrible Experience with Inconsistent Management I've been going to the Sheetz on the West End of Huntington, WV, for years—before and after the remodel. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but after today’s experience (July 4th, 2025), I feel the need to speak up. There’s a particular supervisor I’ve dealt with many times. I’ve bought cigarettes and alcohol from him countless times, and not once has he ever carded me or my wife. I’m in my mid-30s, and she’s in her early 30s—we clearly don’t look underage. But today, out of nowhere, he decides to strictly enforce ID policy and refuses to serve me because my wife didn’t have her ID on her, even though he’s sold to us many times before without an issue. He’s always seemed uninterested in his job—messing up drive-thru orders, acting lazy, and never showing any real customer service skills. If Sheetz expects customers to respect store policies, then their supervisors need to apply them **consistently**, not randomly when they feel like it. He clearly needs retraining on how to be a proper manager. One day of “following policy” doesn’t make up for all the times he hasn’t—and it sure doesn’t build customer trust

Is there a reason why I’m paying extra to have my food dusted and for sauces and not getting them? Ridiculous that I have to pay $7.50 for my food and I can’t even get all of it.

I ordered delivery, went outside when timer reach 6 and when it 4 it disappeared; signaling it was delivered. I called the store 3 times; first two they said they couldn't hear and hung up. The 3rd time they said it wasn't their problem. I ordered a second time same order and same results. After I ordered from another store they sent an email saying my order was delivered. If it was, why am I ordering the same order 3ntimes?

The Sheetz on 18th street is great. Plenty of gas at reasonable prices, great food, and extremely nice employees. Also, I have never seen the store dirty. It's always clean.

12-3-25 The cashiers are wonderful people to interact with. I've lived in this area for a long time and I can honestly say this is my favorite Sheetz not just because of the food and service but now I love it even more getting to experience staff that care about both customers and non-customers. I wish I could interact with the manager and tell them in person at this time.
