I took my car to Unique Auto Detailing for a full detail, expecting a professional job, especially for the ~$300 I paid. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Not only did they fail to clean the rug in the back of my car, but they also damaged my leather—either bleaching or discoloring it. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Instead, I was left with a poorly cleaned car and potential damage that will cost even more to fix. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

The car looks like GLASS! Love the ceramic coated look!! Leo and Taryn were a pleasure to work with and took the time and effort to ensure I was satisfied. After lots of research, I am happy I went with Unique Auto Detaling. Definitely the best place for ceramic coating in area! 👍

Had my car fully wrapped with Xpel ppf and tinted on 09 June. Job was done a few days ahead a of schedule, they even provided a loaner car for the entire week! First off, I’m amazed at how well my car was detailed! They went above and beyond, my car looked newer and cleaner than it did when I drove it off the lot in September! Taryn was very prompt and responsive whenever I had any questions. The few reasons why I had to give 4 stars, is the location. It was a little hard to find and very tight with other businesses in the lot. And after carefully inspecting my car, I noticed one hard to reach spot was missed. But other than that, THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! The inside and outside of my vehicle blew me away! Thank you so much for your great service!

I was immediately star struck as soon as I saw my baby. Brand New? No, more like transformed. I gave them some loosely connected hunks of dusty sheet metal shaped into a car, and they gave me back a glass house on wheels. 0h! And my interior, talk about restoration - I swear they must've slaughtered a moo-moo bear (🐄), tanned its hide bright oyster white, and redid the leather upholstery. There's no other place to go. Best detailing in town. You'll look good in your new car, I guarantee it.

Leonardo and his team were amazing and their experience speaks for themselves! Setting up and paying for the appointment can be done through their website, which made it a super smooth process. Need a wash, detail, full in & out? Unique auto detailing has you covered. Leonardo even gave me some tips and tricks on how to keep my car clean too! He’s very professional and provides great service overall. My car left there spotless, and I had to take one glamour shot to prove my point. Don’t let the exterior of the place fool you either. The business is tucked away near the industrial complexes behind the Lincoln Memorial School. I was a bit skeptical about the place because of the location, but you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. His shop reminds me of the one in Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift, and that’s where the magic happens. The interior of the facility is actually nice! Overall I’m happy with the services provided and the way my car came out. I’m definitely coming back for a full exterior & interior detail next time. Pricing is good as well! I would highly recommend unique auto detailing!! My truck was deff looking very dull it’s black so it shows everything and It does a lot of hauling miles. Made an appointment dropped it off was getting updates on it and was done on time I was absolutely thrilled with the results the truck has never looked so good!!! It’s so much easier to wash and keep up with now and always looks perfect after ever wash I do because of the work they did on it!

A friend recommended Lou's shop to me for my new convertible. I called him and he talked me through all of the available options for ceramic coat and also PFF for the front of the car including pricing and warranty. He took the car in a few days later and the work was done in two days. Everything was exactly as promised and the car is turning heads everywhere we go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I brought my brand new vehicle to Lou for a full nose XPEL wrap and 5 year ceramic coating. He treated it like his own with a careful inspection, detailing, and top notch quality wrap and coat. I am thrilled with the results and so glad I made this investment. Taryn was a delight to work with as well, being prompt and responsive with all the communication. I appreciated their flexibility with drop off and pick up times. The outside location itself may not inspire immediate confidence, but the quality work happening inside is undeniable. I highly recommend.

I've been to Unique Auto Detailing twice now and both experiences were outstanding. The first time was right after I got my brand-new car and had an unfortunate spill—Leonardo was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful in getting things cleaned up quickly. I just bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from a used car dealer, and it definitely needed some love — the interior was pretty dirty, and the paint was in rough shape with lots of swirl marks. I brought it to Unique Auto Detailing for a full detail, and I’m seriously impressed with the results. Giovanni did an awesome job. The inside looks clean and refreshed, and the exterior has a deep shine that I didn’t think was possible without a new paint job. It looks like a totally different vehicle now. Leonardo was great to work with — super professional, friendly, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. These guys clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Had the SystemX nano ceramic coat applied on my 2019 Chevy Impala, Midnight Edition at Unique Auto Detailing in Lowell MA. my phone pictures will never capture Leo's dedication to detail and passion to please the customer. treated my car as his own. scolded me about never using automatic car washes again lol. He restored my cars finish better than the day it was delivered new! not exaggerating a bit. Customer service was top notch, very informative and family friendly. very friendly employees as well. made me feel very comfortable with everything from start to finish. Contacted Leonardo that I was picking up a new vehicle in a couple of days and wanted a ceramic coating. He was able to get me in the morning after I picked up my car and did a great job. The paint looked like a mirror. I was so impressed I had him do ceramic on my parents new car a few weeks later. Customer service was top notch and price was more reasonable than the big names that spend tons on marketing and pass the price on to the customer.

Rather than look at getting a new(er) car I decided to invest a bit in my 2011 Infiniti. It hadn't had a deep clean in a long time. Gustavo did an amazing job inside and out. The cream color leather interior looks great. He got scratches off the body that at first looked impossible to remove... but he did it (no touchup paint)! My ride is feeling great again! Leo is easy to work with. Great results. I highly recommend this crew!

I cannot believe how shiny my car is!!! Inside and out! I only booked and paid for an interior detail but they did an amazing job wiping down the outside of my car anyway, even buffed out a small scratch I had. My car looks, feels, and smells brand new. They are absolutely incredible. Book them for every detail job you need!!
