My car died at the dollar store near them, I was there for over 30 minutes charging my battery before my father asked if they could check my battery. Come to find out it was a dud. Twenty minutes later their employees come to my car ready and prepared to save me. They knew exactly what to do and got it started and fixed. I've brought my car to two car shops in the last month, neither recommended to me what O'Reilly did. They made my day. I'll be going there for any questions from now on. I was so grateful I had to hug them!

Thank you to Jason for helping me with replacing my headlight bulb on my 2017 Rav4. He was very polite, honest and friendly as he also did a great job. I offered him some money to go get a coffee on me but he said he could not take it. I am very happy with the service and will recommend him and the store to my friends and family.

It's gotten better recently. They just need to work on keeping their staff. People get familiar with certain people and their commercial accounts. They got to relax they shut you off for $20 being 2 days late. Let's let's wake up, but other than that everything's great

Went in to simply get some oil and Adam assisted me in finding the right deal and also some mail in rebates for the oil I was looking for. Very helpful, passed on some really good advice on oil, other tools, tool rental, etc. Best service, I've seen in town, no exaggeration. The guy knows his stuff. You can tell his team members were also very helpful and were actively helping customers. I'll be back for sure. Thanks

I just went in there earlier, looking for the brightest lightbulbs for my car and the counter help. A young men. Awesome did his thing helped me out went above and beyond and Raphael. He was awesome helped me install them great team there very knowledgeable staff. Shout out to the Lowell store Forget advanced auto and AutoZone they never have any parts that you need installed always come from the warehouse or want you to order online. Some people don’t like online ordering. Well, done O’Reillys

This store has the worse customer service I had experienced, they employees never ask anything...do need help? Are you ready to pay? I just feel like I am invisible in this store. Every time I come in this store are a new employees but the customer service is the same, horrible! Just because I am a woman??!! I'm a customer!! Thanks!!
