I only live a few blocks from our car wash. One day when I drove up to the window….my car just suddenly STOPPED! Nothing would get it going… not even rolling it out of the way! I could not open my door because I was right (close) by the receptionist window…5 inches. ABBY, so sweet, she had to come out, guide the cars behind me around….which was not the easiest for her! But she did it with a smile…helping me to not be any more embarrassed than I already was!!! I admired the way she handled that situation….and I felt I should say so! I will mever forget the grace she extended to me….this was last year! I am still a loyal customer!!! All the peope there are always friendly. THANK YOU♥️

Justice and Jesse were so kind at the check-in window! Car wash is nice. Received a free air freshener and vacuums are amazing! Two gentlemen did a very good job of spraying down vehicle before entering wash and we're good guides to get onto track!

Went to the wash today and saw the attendant helping the truck in front of me pull stuff out of the bed so it wouldn’t get messed up. Then I pull up, and he has me roll down my window just to let me know it’ll take a little longer because he wants to make sure the dirt caked on my running boards gets cleaned off completely. Dakota, you’re the real MVP. Appreciate you man.

The car wash here is great! One of the best in Independence but the vacuums are next level! Best suction and they extended wand help get into every crevasse and under the seats. Also staff is nice! Justice and Jason are awesome employees and deserve a massive raise!

Went here to get my car washed yesterday, first off the logo emblem on the front of my car was ripped off inside the car wash(maybe it was ready to come off idk) but the next day I noticed scratches all over my side windows and all over the back of my trunk that 10000% were not there before. I’m taking my loss as I cant prove it happened there but I will be washing my own car from now on. I’d recommend anyone to never come here as there’s a chance you’ll end up with a scratched up car.

Worst car wash ever... just canceled my $50 monthly subscription. I went through the wash twice and it didn't clean the front or rear of my vehicle AT ALL! I said something to workers and they couldn't care less.

Love this place. They monthly membership pays for itself big time just after a couple washes. We have all three of our vehicles in memberships. And it’s the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Tabatha was so helpful and the whole staff is always so friendly and happy. They always used to give puppy treats to our dogs too if they were in the car. It’s a cute little family here. 😄

I decided to splurge on the Ultimate Car Wash, normally $25, and it left my car a dirty mess. I handwashed it in the driveway just now. This is what it looked like after their best wash.

The car got cleaned well enough, but the driver-side rear mirror got unhinged (broken) from its mount. I told someone there who took my name & number for the manager and I was told I would be called in the morning. That hasn't happened yet at !:34 PM, and it really needs to be fixed(!).

This is the best car wash. The people here are so super nice. When you arrive, you stop at the booth, and they have you choose the wash you would like and pay. Then you drive forward, and they guide you into the car wash. Once he tell you to stop you put your car in neutral and it pulls you through the wash. Car always comes out clean. They also run specials quite frequently on monthly deals.

Might have to cancel my membership. I dont know if its equipment thats not properly working or what or if the water is dirty but no way my vehicle should be dirtier after coming out the wash.

I have been a subscription member for 2+ years. I find the wash to be excellent in its ability to get rid of all "winter grime" plus they are good with the upkeep of the vacuums (always work well). I could start using another ("big company") car wash near my home, but I am completely satisfied with Ultra Clean.

We were customers here for 3 years without any issues having them debit our bank account once a month until we switched banks. I brought in a new debit card for them to swipe for our account and they charged us for the month and then 2 weeks later they turned around and did it again. After 2 weeks of back and forth with them on the phone, the only resolution they came up with was offering us free ultimate washes. The manager, Steve refused to ever speak to me on the phone. About a year later there was some fraud on that debit card and I had to cancel it and get a new one. The car wash continued to try and debit it each and every day even though I explained the situation to them. I called again, the manager Steve, still refusing to speak to me, told them again to stop charging the card and I would bring the new one in when I got it. When I finally got the card and brought it in, they wanted to charge me a higher amount for the same services I had before. When I asked why she said because you told us to cancel your account. No ma’am, I didn’t. She said she would talk to Steve. I came in a few days later, asked for Steve and they told me to park in the back and he would be right out. I waited for 30 minutes and left. There are maybe 50 car washes in Independence and I don’t need this horrible customer service.
