After 6 years I decided my Ford Escape needed a thorough cleaning inside and out. I take it to the local car wash every month and I generally keep the inside free of trash. Hauling around the dogs leaves some dirt and hair. Checking on places locally, I find this place which used to be T & G Gym and Vision Cycles back in the 1980's, so that was an odd coincidence since I knew those owners back then. Talking with Carlos, we worked out what I wanted done and for $300-ish (depending on your needs), I got the works. WOW! I am thoroughly impressed. I live a few blocks away, so when he was complete, he was kind enough to drop off the truck in my driveway, opened all the doors, hood, and back hatch so I could inspect everything. The inside was spotless, no dust, no dirt, no random fries or chips under the seats. The outside was amazing, and what impressed me was the extreme clean job done on the engine. It literally looks right off the showroom floor. Engine was immaculate, no leaves, no debris, no twigs, no dirt or oil spots, no "helicopter" seeds. Very much worth the cost. This is not some half-*** wax and vacuum job, this is as professional as it gets. Disregard the bad reviews, those are stupid reasons. It's not a place where you can drive up with your 18 wheeler and expect service, this is a small local shop that can accommodate a handful of cars and trucks. And don't bust in on a man's business if you have an attitude. Props to Carlos for doing what he did in that situation. Thanks again!

About a month ago I called later in the evening to inquire about detailing. Carlos answered and got me scheduled for next day. He was professional, clearly communicated, and very accommodating. My car was clean and smelled really nice. The fragrance lasted for weeks. The best part about the service provided was being able to drop my car off while at work and he brought the car back to my job. Exceeded my expectations so I will go back

Great service... Spur of the moment service needed on a Freightliner Cascadia Semi. They rose to the occasion, all I heard was yes we can to the majority of my questions. Carlos is just a magician. My car sits outside, goes to sporting events, hasn't been deep cleaned in forever... Doesn't matter. Carlos overcame all of that and literally gave me back a new car. It seriously hasn't looked this clean since the day I bought it off the lot. Idk how he did it, he's just magical!

In Jan right after Christmas and a surgical procedure, my car was stolen, but found and returned in a few days. Although nothing was damaged other than a window- I felt very violated as some personal affects of the thief were still in my car when I got it back, and when I asked a friend who’s son works for a dealership, who he’d suggest I take my car to- Carlos was the only name he gave me. She looked SHOWROOM NEW when I picked her up- her name is Rosey. I highly recommend The Real Deal detailing shop!!! Amazing service and absolutely pleasant to work with from start to finish!
