OK I really like this laundromat better than Burtons because it’s cleaner except today a washing machine would not take my money anymore kept saying error after I put five dollars in it there is no employee working from 2 to 5. Those are the times that I can get there to do laundry when she came in at 5 o’clock I told her that it took my money and I told her it wasn’t the first time but this time was enough and she said, but maybe you should come while we’re here when you do laundry in case you have trouble, I said I have a job, I come when I can maybe you should have employees working from 2 to 5 how about that? Not sure if I wanna go back

We were in Elkhart for a short peruod of time. Normally we would stick around and do our own laundry but this day we had a lot to do and not much time. We decided to drop it off and pick it up later. The ladies working were extremely helpful and wanted to help. I was pleasantly surprised walking in the door at how clean the laundromat was to include the washers and dryers. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. We will also tell our friends that frequent the area about it as well. Keep up the great work.

Have been using this laundromat for years, they recently jumped up the prices on the washers by 3 dollars and lowered the amount of time you get per quarter on the dryers yet more than half of their dryers are broken/out of service. If you're going to raise your prices you should probably have upgrades that show that the new price is worth it. Definitely going elsewhere from now on

It's a little pricey, but they have the ginormous front loaders, I believe they hold up to eight loads. So as long as you can get into the dryer as you need to it's really nice to get things done more quickly. To me that can be worth the expense when I am short on time. But the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean as well. I would definitely give my recommendation to anyone who has to live the life of a laundromat junkie.

Probably one of the worst laundromats in Elkhart. Most of the washers and dryers don't work. The ones that do work all have different prices even though they are all the same. I'd recommend going somewhere else

Timers are inaccurate and people are rude, take your things out of units and when confronted claim not to speak English but then speak spanglish so I know you understand. When you ask the employees for help cause someone also put extra soap in your washer when you were doing something else they say "I don't think the cameras even work, I'm sorry I just work here".

My biggest concern about my recent visit to Ultra Clean is that it is not living up to its name… There was significant black mold on the rubber of the detergent covers (where you add the detergent/bleach) as well as a gross substance (I’m guessing black mold) on the washers’ inside rubber chamber. *** Something simple like spraying bleach inside the washing chambers once a day could make a huge difference in the appearance & safety of their washers. ***

I've been here twice this month because it's close enough to my house that I could walk if I wanted to. It amazes me how many of the machines don't work. The drink machine, about 1/3 of the washers, and 1/2 the dryers. I went so far as to count the working dryers; 20 out of 40. There was no attendant on the premises. The music was off. Basically, it's an unpleasant experience every time I visit.

Terrible lady giving incomplete instructions and yells at you when you don't understand. Machine is $6.00omce you place your laundry, add soap, the machines require another 2-4 dollars to continue. No clear instructions up front, you're led to believe it's 6.00. It's not. It's $6.00 plus and then you get yelled at for being unhappy that you were duped into the machine to begin with. I'd steer clear of this rip-off joint.

Inside is kept nice and tidy by a friendly attendant, washer smelled a bit musty, but it was a front loader(sounded like a bering might be going out, but it spun the load valiantly) and I always clean them before use anyway. Vending machines, mini arcade, air hockey, and a couple of large flat screen TVs, well-stocked sundry counter. Adjacent to a tanning salon. The Parking lot was fairly littered but this is Indiana in the winter. I'm mainly disappointed to find that they close at 10 rather than being 24 hour like the first website that I found them on claimed,. I'm only able to do a portion of my laundry now, thankfully my dryer isn't broken just my washer.

Great Dope Awesome Lady first time going there kinda showed up a Lil bit passed the last wash time but she still let me in to wash and they didn't have atm so she gave me the $30 I needed to start the washers and let me leave to get the money off I owed her
