Twice last week in the middle of the day the store was closed and it was not a holiday. I liked shopping there but if they keep being closed in the day time I will have to go other places.

This is the most unprofessional Dollar General I have ever seen they never answer their phone they let kids run in and out the stores stealing all day and they let people that lives in the projects take buggies home smh They need a whole new management

From what I've seen in Elkhart stores the floor needs alot more attention shelfs need stocked .all the time but usually people are nice and helpful

Love the the lady at night shes friendly and funny very helpful and I've literally watched her work to cash register alone and make it flow and get rid of a huge line by herself!!!

Store closed at 3:00 p.m., this is not cool. I understand the labor shortage, but Dollar general is paying decent now and there should be no excuse for this.

Incredibly dirty and unorganized. Employees seem like they have NO idea what they are supposed to do. Items scattered all over shelves out of order. It's a mess. Go to another one.

Horrible woman running this place!! They're supposed to open at 7am and she shows up at 745 and I ask how long it takes to open the store and she says " I ain't openin till 8" I say you're supposed to open at 7. She repeats herself... She needs to go back on welfare because apparently customer service is not her strong suit. I am calling corporate to inform them of their employees behavior and poor demeanor!!!

They need to not change the prices until they change the sign it still says Family Dollar Store I wondered why everything was not $1 like Family Dollar stores have always been. Total rip-off because I went in there to get some Febreeze and barely had any smell to it at all they probably water it down and then they charge $3 for it. I would have avoided this one.

Very convenient. Could stand to be restocked more often though, things fly off the shelves. Love going here for all the basics, you got kitchenware, bathroom stuff, even have cute home decorations, there's candles, we got soap, laundry detergent, water, bins, totes, clothes, even found some off brand Crocs, there's candy, lots of treats for your lunchbox, they got earbuds, chargers, makeup aisle that has Believe Beauty products (Jeffree Star approved lol), bread, milk, lactose free milk, pop, boxed cake mix, cereals, just a lot of good stuff including seasonal things, like all the major holiday things they got it. Great place, decent cashier's too, they get the job done and can often be friendly.

I had a friend that was attacked, police wouldn’t even respond , bad neighborhood, kids running through the store breaking stuff then leaving. The only good thing about this store is that the employees are brave for working there. They are friendly and helpful as well.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The cashier's are down to earth. The only complaints I have are they need to restock the shelves a little bit more often and they have to answer the phone. I have called there one day about 15 times and they never answered the phone once...they could lose valuable customers that way

Everytime I go in this store its a mess. Shelves aren't stocked, things (stock carts) blocking isles, empty shelves, just completely unorganized. The staff is rude and always giving people rude looks. Some of the cashiers are slow and het side tracked to easy. This store needs do better.

I deliver door dash orders and I absolutely hate getting orders for this location! Every single time I have to substitute or refund items. The coolers are poorly kept and smell like spoiled milk. Shelves are a mess and nothing is where it should be.

My daughter was trying to buy a toy with her tooth fairy money, but she came up 2 dollars short. The angel checking is out went into her own purse and paid the difference. She didn't know that my daughter is autistic, and didn't matter that we are a different skin color, all she cared about was the happiness of a child. I offered to reimburse her, but she asked me to pay it forward. I don't know why they say grown men don't cry, and this is the least I could do to tell the tale.
