I found it a bit expensive. The upper car came out with a decent wash but was missing the cover off my rear driver side tail light assembly. The wheels and lower parts of the car were still pretty dirty.

First time using this car wash and my experience was horrible!! I pressed the button for help and the two young teenagers stood inside looking out the window at me and finally came out after I sat there for 10 mins the young man approached me and said What’s Up very unprofessional! I figured it out myself and he was like ok cool. I will not be back.

Been a customer here for alittle bit! On 7/12/2024. Mr. Brian came out and said hello and gave me a free air freshner! Very clean car wash overall. I have never came across no drying towels or window cleaner being empty. Has 2 different vacuum hoses to help clean your interior. Management has always helped if i had an issue with monthly payment.

I signed up for unlimited washes and its working out great! Jacob Ward goes above and beyond before sending my cars through the tunnel! They stay open even if it rains until 7:30pm! Great place, friendly staff and free vacuums! They also have free windex and towels for everyone to use!

I took a brand new Tundra Capstone into Ultimate Shine in Seymour and came out of the car wash with a flat tire. The truck has sensors to tell me if a tire is low. It wasn’t low going in, and was completely flat upon exiting. A loose screw was found on my tailgate by an assistant manager when helping. Upper management was given a receipt of what it cost to replace the tire a few days later, with no interest in compensating me for the cost of it ($425). I’d just signed up for the $40/month unlimited a couple of days earlier. This is probably a rare occurrence, but it happened, and the management there has zero interest in helping out if it should happen to you.

missing a couple of spots is one thing, BUT COMPLETELY MISSING THE WHOLE CAR? and also LEAVING MARKS? don’t trust this place. unfortunately i’ve wasted my money here probably 5 times now trying to give them more chances.

I don’t recommend this place for a car wash unless you only want a mediocre wash. I gave them an opportunity to earn my business as I’m disabled and have a hard time washing the car from a wheelchair. Our new ceramic coated car went through this place for the Ultimate Creamix wash and the pictures show the quality of the service. Back hatch was not cleaned at all. Questioned the quality and was offered a “free wash”. Why would I try again when it wasn’t done correctly the first time?? Requested a refund but “the complaint needs to be reviewed and no guarantee a refund will be issued”. Not at all happy with this business or the quality of work they supply.

WARNING: For the safety of your vehicle and its occupants avoid this place. Took my large suv through this carwash September of 2023. Unsure of how this happened but the top washing roller severely damaged the paint on the hood of the vehicle then proceeded to grab a hold of the steel sun visor mounted to the subframe right above the windshield and lift this 7000 lb suv off the tracks of the carwash while simultaneously ripping the visor from the subframe. I hit my breaks and laid on the horn. The carwash was stopped. Couple of the teenage boys running the wash came to investigate and deemed it safe to resume the wash. Upon starting the carwash back up the top drying wheel then literally CAME THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD of the vehicle and severely damaged the paint on the roof of the vehicle. The carwash was finally stopped and we were allowed to exit. My 9 year old son was with me for this and was scared to death. Poor kid now refuses to go through a carwash. Long story short, the carwash insurance (erie) drug this process out and i did not get my vehicle back from the body shop until mid January of 2024. Erie nitpicked everything and we had to fight every step of the way. They refused to repair the damage to the paint on the roof of the vehicle essentially because the vehicle was old and the roof was already aged. So now these repairs will have to come out of my pocket which is completely ridiculous and unfair. I asked over and over to have the vehicle returned to the condition it was in prior to the damage. They completely refused. Just a very dangerous and traumatizing experience for my little boy as well. Avoid this place at all cost. Edit... BTW, my son and I had just gotten large blizzards from DQ right across the street. You know how expensive they are now. I got 1 bite in before I ended up with glass shards in it. Beyond ticked!

When the carwash in Seymour,Tn first opened it was great. In the last few months the cloths have changed and the new ones are not absorbent like the old ones were. Also several times I have tried to use the vacuum cleaners and one side is dead. A couple weeks ago there were at least 6 or 7 dead vacuums. It’s very frustrating to have to park several times in one car wash trip. If the employees could care enough to put “out of order” signs up or place the dead ones on the ground the customer wouldn’t be so inconvenienced by parking more than once to do a complete vacuum job.

Manager is #1. He has called and checked on my satisfaction. Jeff is honest and customer focused. Wish the car wash either cleaned the wheels more thoroughly or provided a pressure washer outside. Good value. Who’s gonna get out in freezing temps and wash their car? Thanks to the gills on the prep station.

Low quality wash for $25. No tire shine, wheels barely cleaned. The back of the car was washed first by attendant then by the car wash and it still looks terrible. Water spots everywhere and the dryer doesn’t even dry. Save your money

We have two memberships and today I took our 3rd vehicle through. The service is always first class. We have tried other car washes however none hold a candle to Ultimate Shine in Seymour.

My wife Went to get a wash on Monday and didn’t even get a start in the car wash hardly and got a cracked window, dented hood, and dented roof by someone antenna that had broke off a couple cars ahead . Manger Jeff was great to respond at the site. But getting a response since then haven’t heard from Nobody. My wife took her time to even get an estimate done for the repairs as well as taking it to them. And a week later still no communication. Will not be going back here again . The manager on site would get a 5 star, but after leaving and no communication and no response after a week still forcing me to go through our own insurance just for them to sue the car wash and etc has not been the route I wanted to go . But after calling 10 times to customer service getting no where and no email response or calls responding to the incident it’s given us no choice but to do so . I don’t recommend going here if you want a good car wash that isn’t going damage your vehicle . The two workers there told my wife they knew the guy that the antenna broke off his truck cause he told them before entering the wash it was broken and he didn’t care if it broke off. So lack of workers part for letting him go through there with a half broken antenna … and not checking to see if it broke off and got stuck in their brushes “ which it did “ ….
