October 2023, just went through regretfully some of the brushes were not working. Towels that used to be available are no longer. Employee at check in could care less and acted like he was doing me a favor putting in my money. All of that causes them to lose a ⭐ down from 5 ⭐ to 4 ⭐. May 2023 and now they have a Hump Day Wednesday $3 off special...got my $9 wash for $6...SUPER!!! April 2023 and used the $9.00 quick wash twice...great results with better drying so up from 4 ⭐ to 5 ⭐. First time using this new location and found it well priced but it has a few minor issues that need addressing. Entry is a bit of a challenge off Baymeadows and could be missed when heading East. Once in it's the typical hard to read and reach wash selection machine. Sad but as we all know that this is a common issue. Bought two $9 washes as we took both cars and both came out clean but still a bit wet so off to the vacuum towel dry area. This is great but no extra towels and no place to place used towels. Heading out the street connection back to Baymeadows is bumpy as heck. Other than that we will be back.

Tux car wash was great! Loved the vacuum with two different nozzles,one for coverage of the carpet and one for detail. I was also impressed with the free spray cleaner. The mat holder and compressed air was way better than the old mat cleaning machine. Enjoy the new technology.

This staff is amazing. The wash was great. I recently visited and locked my keys in the car. A male employee was helpful from start to finish when he didn’t have to be. I don’t know your name but I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice car wash tunnel that produced a rather clean car. The vacuums are free and work well. All the vacuum stations also have a free air blower nozzle to help get extra water off of your car or clean your mats better. I will definitely come here again for a quick clean

This place is kinda crap low key. They don’t have towels or spay available to use. Or even a restroom to use while you are there. The sensor only works half the time. It’s just not great.

Worst experience I’ve ever been in my life. The one employee was not friendly and didn’t even help me while entering. This was my first time ever come here. The GM came at me very rude and disrespectful strongly!!!! If you thinking about ever going to this place to wash your vehicle please think twice and turn around. Hopefully this place shut down!!!!

Car wash does a nice job. The brushes are low speed so not as rough on you paint. They also have a touch-less option. Staff is always pleasant. Prices are fair. Signed up for the monthly membership when they first opened up. Only complaint is we can’t use the tire shine with the wife’s Mustang because it sprays it all over the side of car and has to be hand washed off.

Dropped $19 on a carwash. Was absolutely not worth it. Half of my car was still dirty, doesn't help that the first person only pressure washed the driver's side, leaving the passenger side for me to clean off with spare napkins. Was at least pleased to see compressed air with the vacuums to make cleaning easier. Going home to finish off my car with washcloths I just purchased. Next time I'll just go to a Ducky's and do it myself.

I got a wash and when I got home my mirror base was broken on the passenger side. I returned the next day. Said it didn't happen there. Went to dealer got a new part for $10 put it on . Canceled membership. They charged my card anyway. Had to call cap 1 to handle it. Bad customer service. Fix the problem $10 or loss $32 a month. The need customer training .

They broke my rear wiper and when I went to tell them is was broke off. The young man was extremely rude and said you can be in here. I said how am I supposed to tell you it missing. He said you need to get out of here. He finally went to retrieve the pieces. No apologies nothing. Woman who said she was General.Manager was almost as bad. Offered no apologies ust said here read the sign we aren't responsible. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE

I am from Michigan and here in Jacksonville for about 4 to 5 months. I went to TUX on 03-13-2025 to get a car wash, the person at the kiosk that I could get the Deluxe Plo Sld promotion for $10.00 a month for 2 months, and if I wanted to cancel I just needed to tell him at the kiosk at least a week in advance that I needed to cancel, since I would be leaving for Michigan. When I went in on 05-05-2025 to get a car wash, I told the person that was helping me that I needed to cancel my subscription for the car wash that I would be leaving for Michigan. The man told me that he would let the manager know, wrote the information down and headed for the office. Later on 05-13-2025 I received an email from my bank saying that I was charged by TUX for another month. When I went to TUX that day to ask them about it the manager told me that no one told her to cancel the account and that there was nothing she could do about it. I told her to please cancel my account now and give me a receipt so I had proof that the account was canceled. She told me that she could not give me a receipt, I told her that I would take a picture of the computer screen with my account canceled. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I THINK THINGS ARE NOT RIGHT WHEN THEY CANNOT GIVE A PERSON A CONFIRMATION WHEN THEY CANCEL AN ACCOUNT.

They shut off the vacuums before 8PM, but won’t bother to tell you that before you go through. Just spent $16 & wasn’t even able to vacuum my car out after the wash. Tried to ask an employee & he was extremely rude, saying I should have checked the app before coming through. If the wash had been halfway decent, I might have been less bothered by it. Still have dirt all over my car. Don’t waste your money here!

I came here because it said it was touchless and it's not fully touchless That is faults advertisement. the very first brush scraped cross the front of my car and left scratches talked too manager and all she did was say there is know way it scratched my car do not go here.

This car wash ripped the rear washer blade off my Mercedes, then the folks working there did absolutely nothing other than suggest I go to autozone. When I got upset they did a great job of acting like they were the victims. Got a call from the owner who took zero responsibility for the damage and thought they would lecture me on how badly I treated the folks there who just wasted my time and did nothing. Use this car wash at your own risk. They take no responsibility for taking care of their customers cars. Clearly this is business as usual.

Not welcoming customer service i did the Deluxe wash. Did not wash the car as well. At all, the customer service rep unfriendly when I came back around to tell that the car wasn't crossed properly said it's not going to be washed if the car is dirty and offer me rapid wash. Instead of the Deluxe wash that I had to begin with. The vacuum was not working well at all. The customer service rep mentioned that we opened to 8, it was at 8:25. I will not be taking my car through this car wash. Again and don't recommend it

Truck still dirty. $19 wasted. Cleaned the drivers side a bit but did not clean the front/grill and didn't even touch the tailgate.

We had a 3 car subscription for the last couple years but after the following events scratches on the back of my 4Runner broken lights on the front end of it and the last one the car wash popped out and broke the center caps on my factory wheels after seven phone calls to the district manager. They finally called me back and said that they were not going to reimburse me, even after the fact, I had a conversation with one of the mechanics that was working on the facility. He advised me that they had have had some problems with the machine at the location on Baymeadows Road.. I had since made a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charges on my American Express card. The place seems to be very unprofessional in my opinion. Everyone knows as a business owner. If you have a problem, you need to resolve it and go forward to handle it professionalism that’s a flat out saying that they’re not fixing something that they’re machine cause it’s just unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience at Tux Car Wash on Baymeadows. I was charged for a service I didn’t receive, and when I went back to address it, the manager didn’t just dismiss my concern — she flat out lied and claimed I had gone to a different location, which is completely false. I showed my bank charge and clearly stated it was this exact location. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she became rude, combative, and unprofessional. It was clear she had no interest in helping customers — only in avoiding accountability. Tux Car Wash lost a customer for good. There are too many other places that will treat people with respect and stand by their service. Avoid this location.

The staff at this new car wash was friendly and helpful. The tire shine left my alloy wheels requiring lots of work to rectify the globs of brownish black goop, however. Appreciated the courtesy towels and cleaning products. Oh, the vacuums were terrific!

I visited this car wash today and selected their most expensive option at $19. After running my truck through one time, it was still filthy on the back and passenger side. The employees were nice and did not give me a problem about running it through again, the photos are of my truck after the second wash. It’s worth noting that my hitch ball was taken out. Don’t waste your time or your money here!
