Been going here for years, even after they renovated, run my 2021 Shelby Cobra through there, loved it, took my 2021 Corvette yesterday, older gentleman came over, and told me he doesn't recommend me taking my Vette in, said the dryer might damage my 200 mph rated wing, I wanted to go in, but after him giving me attitude, and standing there with his whole hand on my mirror, and the other on my car, I decided I'll leave. Very bad customer service!!!

I give it 3 stars for convenience. It's the closest wash to my house, but compared to other washes the price point is high and the dryers do not dry the car well.

Very rude old man who works there, (Veteran) we pulled up and asked him if he can power wash front of my car since we had few bugs on the bumper, he did it, when I start choosing packages he clicked most expensive one, I told him that I want only 10$ wash not 20$, he got so mad and start yelling right in to my face, just because I didn’t not want to get expensive pkg, I’ve washed my cars in many places, and never had such a bad experience as today. Just because he power washed my front bumper, that doesn’t mean I have to pay $20 because he feels like it. Customer has right to choose whatever pkg they want, not being yelled Because they did not meet expectation that car wash guy. Zero stars if I could give him. I am from the Atlanta area. On 4/1 we had a heavy rain and the vehicle was covered with pollen. We don't have a Turbo in our area but if we did I would definitely be a car wash club member. I was very impressed

Cars came out dirty, don't lose your money, we paid extra for shine rims and the whole vehicle came back the same way. Horrible!!!

My husband and I were going to try the 1212 NMB location with our brand new Mustang on 3/20 at ~3PM. We drove up in the narrow one way lane to the gate attendant. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to “Back out!” My husband asked if he “Was kidding?!” and the guy said “No, back up!” We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; “I’d have to walk over and open the back gate.” Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant’s demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy high-curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. An awful experience. We filled out an incident report and so far no one has taken any responsibility.

Car was covered in salt from driving thru snowstorm in the smokies. Black charger with ceramicpro ceramic shell, can only hand wash or touchless, did a good job of knocking off loose dirt. Didnt expect it to be spotless but did what I needed

I took my car to be washed here a week after I took it to the car was on 13th south and again my car wasn't cleaned properly. When I came back less that 15mins after having my car washed the attendant tried to tell me that the dirt left on my car was "impacted" and that I hadn't had it washed in a long time (when I knew it had only been a week) he was very disrespectful and inconsiderate speaking to me like I was just an ignorant female. I will be disputing the charges!! DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! The disrespectful man was in his 80's and his name started with an S 8/01/22

Great 24 hour car wash. While visiting MYRTLE BEACH recently. I stopped by Turbo Jet Car Wash and tried their $10.00 basic wash which performed as advertised. Did a really nice job cleaning up my car.

I could have done a far better job with my water hose. Went through this car wash 9 5 2025. It did, literally... Wet the car. Handprints everywhere. Worst car wash we've ever been through and I'm 60....

They never answer the phone. I even left a voicemail. There website is useless. They suppose to be open for 24 hours but nobody seems to never be there. I been trying to become a member but I guess that's out.

I wish this place was closer to my house! Clean and everything worked. There was even an attendant in case of problems. I will be sure to use it anytime I am near. *I only hand wash my car or use touch free carwashes* Would love to see more of these.

The human that calls him self a man that was working there claims to me that I have to wipe the bugs off of my own car when I take it to a car wash to get rid of them and also missed spots so I ask if I can get ran threw agin and he says no and proceeds to walk to my car and wipe the front bumper where the bugs were and left bug goo on my car and still does not let me go threw the car wash agin I will never return and I would not go there if I was you either. And it also looked as they were supposed to spray down the vehicle before it goes through to get bugs and all off. he just sat there on his but until someone pulled up in a white truck with soap so if your the owner just watch him. BUT THE VACUUMS DO WORK GOOD AND THEY ARE FREE WITH A WASH

In town on business and figured touchless would be the safest option for my 2020 Lexus LC500 and the wash was mediocre - but the real problem didn't arise until I drove home in the rain. Washer blades are brand new so that wasn't the problem. I was left with a horrific waxy / film build up on the windshield that made it impossible to see out of. Whatever solution they're using is awful. (I had the basic $12 wash) I stopped 4 times to clean the wipers and windshield, I used alcohol, microfiber cloth and dry towel 3 times. Thankfully, I had that in the car because it was late and nothing was open. Extremely frustrating experience.
