called the beginning of August to have my left side back light replaced. Today September 23rd is when they called me back to ask if I still needed it replaced 😳….. told me that the machine that they needed to tell them how to fix my light had a waiting list for it🙄…… I just hung up the phone. This place is being operated by children not even capable of fixing a taillight. Please take your cars or trucks to a more reliable source. This is NOT it.

Got nothing but bad experiences with these guys. Stay away from them if you are looking for car sales or maintenance on vehicles. Their customer service is terrible and just all around terrible experience. If you can, please take your business elsewhere. If you don’t you were warned!!!

I’m an old Man. (74) My experience with Turan Foley has been the worst experience in my entire life. I purchased an All Electric (2023) Lyriq Cadillac After 6 weeks it went dead! They towed it to the Dealership where it has been sitting for the past 4 weeks. They can’t fix it. I’m beyond sick 🤢 of hearing “Thankyou for your patience the GM technicians are working on it” 🤬 Asked to speak to a Supervisor at GM and was told they would call me in 24 to 48 hours!!! And they never call. But they hoped I was having an “Electrifying Day”. ⚡️.
