I love this place, but who closes a car wash at 6pm? Some of us don’t get off work until 6pm. I have no choice but to switch to another car wash because of the hours.

Pulled into the car wash tried to purchase a wash would not accept my card. employee came out was rude very ugly, and asked me what my problem was! I said it's not accepting my card, he said "did you push everything, I said I guess!! "why isn't it working, it should! That was his comment to me" proceeded to the car entrance of car wash. At the end of the wash the car was still very unclean the windshield wasn't clean and my hood was not clean went to the attendant and ask him for help he send Anthony, supposedly the manager on duty, and he was rude again, and said 'that I didn't purchase the right package to get it clean" I thought a car wash was supposed to get most everything clean, but apparently not at this one! it's a specialty car wash you have to buy more expensive washes to get your car, " just somewhat clean" l will never use that car wash again.

The worst car wash that I ever had . The wheels had normal brake dust on them I ask if they could pay attention to the wheels before they ran me through it looks terrible and I ask about it and they said it is the best they can do . I have had cars done three before and ask that and they did good my last time there and I will tell all my friends that

I have visited the TruShine Carwash in Kingsport several times lately. The experience has been wonderful. The site is clean, and the workers do a great job. Two gentlemen there have helped me at the pay kiosks. Tyler and Anthony, thank you for being kind, patient, and friendly. I look forward to visiting this wash again soon.

I stopped by today to get my truck washed, Sebastian was at the kiosk when I arrived and he was able to answer all of my questions! He got me started on a monthly plan, and even washed my truck! When I pulled in to get my wash the attendants made my request to get the bugs off of my bumper feel very personal and took the extra second to get them off. Defiantly the best wash around town, and I'm telling everybody!

Yes I like to share a review. I had some issues with Trueshine. So I contacted there office and they where very willing to solve it. Very nice people and willing to help. Customer service was professional. I highly recommend trueshine. Hope that helps others.

Very busy today with everyone getting snow and salt off their cars. But the line went quickly. The wash seems to be efficient. However, the wheel shine doesn't seem to work on some vehicles (suv?). The vacuums typically have good suction. Today, the vacuum didn't seem as strong, but it might have been due to the large number of people using it at the same time. The glass cleaner they provide isn't very good. You would be best served to bring your own. The provided towels always seem to be well stocked. Overall, an acceptable car wash.

Here is the scoop....I visited this business in November and the wash was awesome, the vacuuming & cleaning options were neatly kept and worked beautifully. Here is the shady part...I came through and purchased a basic 5.00 car wash is what it said on the screen. I thought that was a low amount to pay for a car wash, but sometimes other car places have their "Tues" car was deals and made sure I wasn't agreeing to any kind of membership. Fast forward until today, and I received a membership charge of 26.95. I live out of town so I would never ever agree to something like this. I was only in town taking care of my father that had been hospitalized. I reached out to the office and Megan responded in detail and was very professional. However, the options were to transfer the membership to my parents vehicles, stop future payments (no refund), or to come back in town and them give a refund for a price adjustment of what I "should" have paid for a one time car wash which was 16.00. I told them to delete my credit card on file and to stop any future charges. This is shady on so many levels since I live out of town and have not been back since. BE VERY LEARY of this company please. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know in Kingsport.

Brought my vehicle in for car wash and the employee broke my side mirror off when he folded it in. They filled out an accident report and a week later contacted me and implied that I brought it in broken. The employee at the time of the incident knew he did it and offered to pay for it. I would have rather of not heard from them than for them to imply I brought it in defected and ready to fall off.

These membership tunnel washes are the best. Would have given it 5 stars but they limit you to one wash daily on memberships unlike their competitors. They are well stocked on the tail end for rags and other amenities and the employees are fantastic.

Had a family member go to this car wash last week and the worker broke off the right side car mirror. The workers filed an accident report, and after seeing the report, corporate concluded that the mirror was broken before the car was brought there. The car mirror was not broken before going there. Dishonest company, will never be returning. If the company can’t afford to replace a $400 side mirror that the worker of the company broke, there’s bigger problems here.

My first experience at one of these locations was certainly the best I’ve seen at a drive through car wash. (I’ve never been to one before) I was sitting at the kiosk for a while because I was looking over the options (a little stressed out honestly) when a young employee (I believe named keegan or Keaton) was extremely helpful to me and answered my questions about the various wash packages and was extremely kind and professional. You only ever get one impression and this location nailed it!

Well it sucks vacuums are good, they only offer highly watered down glass cleaner??? Maybe or just lightly dies water and the wash didn't remove bugs at all I sprayed a couple with the glass cleaner and it washed it off on its own so.... Use at your own tolerance was gonna buy a membership but I'll choose another location

Being a customer for a long time. Found out that veterans get a discount for our service, asked about how to do this to safe a few dollars. Was informed that I needed to go around to the office to do this. Well I did , the gentleman when in the computer with my information after a few minutes he informed me that all was ok. Well the next day I looked into my account, to my surprise ok was that they double charge to my account . So instead of saving a few dollars, I got charged twice. Very disappointed, if not fixed will take my business elsewhere. There are other options in town.

Been going to this car wash for at least a year now, never had any issues with showing them my military id until today. Was told I have to do “paperwork” inside because the ID wasn’t enough to prove anything. I will not be returning to this car wash due to them thinking that little of the Military, that an ID isn’t enough proof.

Hands down one of the best car washes i've been to. There was a quick check in process which went smoothly, and then the first employee did a great job on a pre.Soak. All the brushes looked fairly new I. Felt confident.I was going to have a clean vehicle afterwards. This facility does have free vacuums. What really surprised me was the strength of the vacuums, and the fact they had an air tool to help clean your vehicle. To further surprise me, they did have glass cleaner and microfiber cloths, which we're free to use. Overall, the facility was clean and well kept. The employees we're friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this car wash and if I have the opportunity, I will be going back.

Came to the Kingsport Ft Henry location at 4:45 on a Saturday. First stall we parked at didn’t have a working vacuum. Moved over one. Only one spray bottle which was basically empty and one rag left. Had to hand wipe my car to get the dirt off. Trash cans overflowing. Trash all over the ground. Mat washer not working. Could’ve done a better job at home with my soap bucket and shop vac! This location needs some serious TLC or better employees bc it’s went way downhill.
