I've had their monthly package for over a year now. I've tried other car washes but they can't seem to get my truck clean. The vacuums actually work at this location lol there are always plenty of towels n window cleaner unlike Take 5 that's nearby

This is aimed at the Boones Creek location. I have a 2 car subscription and about 90% of the time the tag reader does not read my tag. It’s frustrating to sit there waiting for someone to come out and manually input my information while other cars are skipping in front of me, kind of defeats the purpose. Well, today I blew my horn as instructed and no one came out, so I had to cut through the grass because there is no where else to exit. Also, I noticed the sign that says “military discount”. My registered tag is a disabled veteran tag and I am just now hearing about a discount. You didn’t catch that when I signed up? Customer service? I really don’t care about the discount, but the whole experience has been terrible.

Really good car wash! Really careful and they always ask for the mirrors to be folded in. They have subscription options, but I only get there once a month so I don't opt in. It's cool that's its offered tho. Free vacuum and window cleaner and microfiber towels are provided.

I just completed a 1500 mile road trip so there were plenty of bugsplats on my vehicle... I purchased the $16 car wash option... The wash did a pretty good job it removed probably at least 95% of any bug splats. It's a nice feature that they offer the use of clean microfiber cloths and windshield cleaner spray.

First month of my subscription was fine, I went almost every day. Second month about a week in the license plate reader stopped reading my plate so the attendant checked on it for me and tried to tell me I had spoken to their district manager and requested a refund and cancellation. I showed them on my banking app that the charge had gone through and wasn't refunded, and told them I in fact had never spoken to nor would even know how to speak to their district manager, but they basically said that my only option was to pay for another wash or monthly subscription there on the spot.

Probably one of the worst car wash experiences I've ever had. I was greeted by a smirking young man with a mullet and pit vipers who assured me that the $16 car wash would have an undercarriage spray so that I could have the salt removed from my truck. Lo and behold not a drop of water touch the undercarriage. I call to see about running my truck back through the car wash this time with an undercarriage spray and they said that they couldn't do anything about it that I would need to call the regional manager. I called their regional manager and of course it just goes to his voicemail and he never contacted me back so I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank. If I could give zero Stars I certainly would. Please avoid this location and go somewhere else that actually values their customers.

Wish I took a before and after photo. My car was truly filthy. The guys at TruShine seriously hooked it up. For the price it’s 100&10% worth it. If your car is as dirty as mine was - they hook it up with the elbow manual cleaning and then send you down the drive through. This car wash is legit. Will definitely return with a cash tip in hand.

Not the greatest car wash around. They really need to do something about their little yellow concrete barriers. They are well below your field of vision. I was unable to get my card work in one machine and there was no assistance available so I began to back out cuz I saw there was at least a gap where I could pull through. What I did not see is the second set of barriers behind me that were there for no apparent reason. Anyways I got a mediocre car wash and some new paint and a dent. Never going here again.

Great wash. Love the vacuum and the carpet mats cleaner. If you take your all weather mats over to the entrance of the wash the staff they wash them for you. I have seen the staff vacuuming vehicles for handicapped. Their monthly packages are a great value. And they have free air fresheners!

Unfortunately the prices have gone up. But they have great customer service. Good vacuums, it actually sucks up dirt unlike most vacuums at gas stations. The compressed air was helpful for those stubborn to vacuum spots. Loved that they had clean microfibers so you can tend to the windows/interior of car! Restroom inside.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. The location at boones creek had a roller fall apart in front of me jammed up under my truck completely stopped me in the truck wash heard things hitting my truck and the district manager Greg says that the damage was present before entering the wash best of luck to you. we can offer you a month free unlimited wash for the inconvenience. Wow. He shared the pictures with me and claims he can see the damage and circles in the picture where the damge was its not even the spots on my truck where I have the damage. All to be seen in the pictures to be attached. Asked for any pictures of the passenger side where the damage actually happened in the car wash where the roller actually came off and NO pictues or video. Surprise. I was stuck with a roller jammed up under my car not to mention 4 sets of wheel carries launched me around in the car wash and a truck ended up hitting me from behind before they got the wash shut down. No damage from behind just the side and there is nothing they can do about it Greg says. Just beware would not recommend this or any Tru Shine car wash to anyone.in the picture with the blue and yellow circles yellow is where Greg thinks he sees the damage yellow is where the damage actually is on my truck. I am going through all this effort in hopes to save any of you from future stress anger and money loss like I am having to go through. Please chose a different car wash not worth the risk.
