The self serve ones never work, it never switches the soap types so I can’t actually wash my car and it just steals my money. Plus you swipe you card and it sometimes charges me up to half a dollar before it turns on

I went in at 5:40 and the guy wouldn't take me because he might have to stay few minutes past 6 pm, I just wanted the express detail which probably would have taken him 15mins. I tried to get my car done once before and again, they wouldn't take me because they had some high end cars coming in, although they weren't there yet.

I live locally and had been paying as I go for the two cars we own. I bought the monthly wash for my new car in June and returned to wash another car that had been sitting under a tree, which I mentioned upon entering the wash. The attendant said no problem. The sap would not come off so I pointed it out and asked for a rewash. Rudely, the attendant said no wash will remove it and said alcohol was needed. I spent hours rubbing off sap with alcohol. I returned and asked for a rewash since they had said the first time it would work. The attendant said no. I said cancel my other car and I shared the license plate information and he said fine and I left and went to Rojo's. I just checked my credit card and I was charged for a service I cancelled and habe no attempted to use for July and August.
