After owning my Wrangler for 6 years, it is time to sell it.. but before I do that.. I needed a detail to get the most value for it. I can't sing Picasso & Kenny's praises enough! Owning 3 dogs, my Jeep was COVERED in dog hair & everyday dirt. My baby looks better than the day I drove away from the dealership! Picasso joked at the beginning.. that when he was done with it.. I wouldn't want to sell it! And he's right!! It is absolutely stunning, I was blown away & still am. Part of me just wants to park til I sell it because they did an incredible job. They got scratches out, made the black pop.. Just mind blowing. I'd absolutely recommend Total Recon to anyone wanting to bring their vehicle back to showroom status!

If you’re looking to customize your vehicle or just get it detailed you must go see Picasso and Kenny at Total Recon ,they are very good at what they do, takes their time and gets it right the first time ,,, car comes out beautiful!!! Couldn’t get any shiner ,,, they are also extremely friendly, they will stay there and work on your vehicle til it’s perfect , my car was customized with new seat covers , steering wheel cover the whole inside redesigned by Picasso ,,and when I went to pick it up Kenny was doing some last minute stuff to make sure I had no fingerprints any where on my car ,,, I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else ,, this is my second car I have bring to them and I will go back yearly ,,, I could not be any happier with them and what they do !!!

Just had the most pleasant and hilarious experience at Total Recon. Picasso came recommend to me by a friend and I see why now. Wow! One of a kind human he is! Hilarious is an understatement but his passion for spotless cars is rare. Detailing is not something many of us do but we should all do it once a year. He has a self built clientele due to his impeccable work and work ethic. I would debate anyone who said he is not the best in the business. Get your car detailed , do what ever he says it needs he will show you it’s worth every single cent! He truly is a part of the community we didn’t even know we needed!

I recently had my vehicle detailed by Total Recon, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. I took my 2010 Honda Accord to Picasso after getting it back from Ricks. He sat down with me told me his game plan and went to work. What I got back was a revitalized paint job after years in the elements and a beautifully detailed interior, a pristine engine compartment with custom touches both inside and out. My ride was better than showroom pretty. Prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding!!

Words can not describe the work that he did on my car, not only he did a good job but he has a very good sense of humor. He is very dedicated to what he does and really shows that he loves his job, I don’t even want to use my car since of how new it looks. It’s better than brand new, so worth the money. He even cleaned up my motor, flipped my car upside down, I totally recommend anyone to him. I will most definitely come back to him the next time I need a cleaning in my car. Shines like glitter!

Picasso does a great job here. I brought in a car I got as a gift that had multiple dents and scratches, as well as stains inside on the upholstery. Picasso removed all of these blemishes and gave the inside of the car a deep clean that left the upholstery bright, spotless, and soft. I was also impressed by his efficiency, as he got all this, as well as some work on the engine, done by the next day. I highly recommend his services.

My wife and I recently stopped by the shop just looking for some info, and we were lucky enough to be welcomed by Picasso himself (the owner). From the moment we walked in, he took the time to explain all the options with such passion and honesty that we immediately felt we were in the right place. We decided to go for the makeover—and WOW. The results blew us away! The paint looked absolutely flawless, and the interior cleaning was on another level. Our car looked brand new again! I can’t recommend Total Recon and Picasso enough. When he says, “welcome to the family,” he truly means it. You feel it in the way he treats you. Super professional, incredibly friendly, and just an all-around awesome person. If there were six stars, I would give them to Picasso and his team for great service, the best inside and outside detail ever, and for a reasonable price. Picasso has a great personality, very honest, does what he says he is going to do. This is my first time having my truck detailed here at Total Recon. Total Recon did an amazing job on my 2023 Nissan Maxima! My car inside and out looks better than the day I drove it off the sales lot. It shows that Picasso takes pride in his work. I recently brought by 2009 Toyota Corolla to Total Recon in Chicopee after speaking with Picasso. I was impressed by his passion with making cars look their best and his willingness to take time explaining products and services. He is the opposite of what I experienced 3 years ago, when I had a complete paint job by a nationally known car body shop, as my car had extreme paint peeling. After Total Recon's clay wax and the touch ups Picasso included for free, my car looked great! Picasso noticed how some of the paint was flaking off and advised me on ways to protect and even out the paint, as the nationally known car body shop had done a subpar job, including just 1 clear coat. I followed Picasso's advice and had buffing and a ceramic coating applied to protect my car paint. And I didn't even have to make another appointment as Picasso was able to keep working on my car that same day. Picasso was truly looking out for me! He was able to clean my very rusty rims and paint them and my hubcaps. When I picked up my car the next day, I was floored with how good it looked - so shiny and luscious, it looked brand new! I never thought that my ride could look this sweet! I am very thankful for Picasso for seeing the potential of my car - he truly is an artist! He was a pleasure doing business with, not only for how great my car looks, but because of his personality. He is most gracious, accommodating and hospitable. I look forward to going back to Total Recon for all my car detailing from now on.

Picasso doesn’t miss a spot! Had to bring my car in for a detail after spilling gas in the trunk of my SUV. Ended up going with THE MAKEOVER and was not disappointed! Every detail of the car was cleaned to perfection (inside and out), and he even removed a scratch I thought would require a body shop to get rid of. Add bonus points for the top notch hospitality and solid pricing. You can’t go wrong with Total Recon. Picasso and Kenny will take care of you!

Wow... The job they did was amazing. Total Recon took my 2020 Tundra that had never been detailed before and brought it back to like new coming off the lot!! I randomly stopped by, the owner came out introduced himself and gave me a quote on the spot with a couple options. I chose to go with the Makeover. I ordered some touch up paint from the dealership for him, dropped it off and you can see the results for yourself. Highly recommend Total Recon to anyone for professionalism, craftsmanship and service.

Thank you for the great service! The scratches on the surface of the car were taken care of beautifully. The dent was repaired to the point that it’s no longer visible. PICASO!! TOTAL RECON! It’s been 3 months since I had my car WAXED, BUFF and DETAILED. TIL this day I still think about my experience with Total recon. He was VERY hospitable and VERY passionate about his work. My car was super shiny and super soft. The interior was very well detailed. I highly appreciated how he took his time noticing the little details. The after smell of the detailing was amazing. It lasted long as well. I highly recommend.
