1 star for the management. 1 star because it washes. 1 star because fair monthly price -1 star because everytime i go in have to either take stuff out of the bed of my truck or they turn off settings that are basically required to properly wash a vehicle. The stuff is ALWAYS heavier than the 20lb girl telling me it can't be back there. -1 star because their machines ABSOLUTELY scuff your paint. All of that culminates in me just being fed up with you people. You won't get my money anymore and I truly hope others follow suit.

Employees always really helpful. Before the wash they have stations with small and large brushes to do any spot cleaning that may not come off with just the automated wash. They have vaccums, an air hose, glass cleaner spray bottles and rags for after the initial exterior wash.Make sure to stop inside for a car air freshener.

Wash is inconsistent. Sometimes your car gets a nice full coverage. Other times only half the system is spraying product. Staff is friendly. Subscriptions are hard to beat price wise.

I have come here a few time with friends and always have had a good experience! Today I brought my own car through but my car was too low to go through the car wash it self BUT they allowed me access to the vacuum area free of charge! I have been needing to clean the inside of my car but haven’t been able to find a place that would allow me access to the vacuums so my car has just been getting so dirty! I am EXTREMELY grateful for the wonderful service! Only thing I would love to see a self service area for low cars just so I can give you guys more business!

Had a membership with this car Wash for over a year just had my car in there on Monday. Everything went fine. Took my car through there today and my driver front and driver back. Tires popped off the rim. They blamed it on my valve stems. Brand new tires just got put on January 27 of this year. The guy Luis literally was so rude and talk to me so rudely that my son had to come up there because he heard how he was talking to me over the phone. Louie told me and my son that he needed to educate us. He wanted me to ride on my rim to move the car out of the way I move the car as far as this out of the way I could so they could still get business going through there if I wanted to be a real butt about it I could’ve just left my car in front and not moved it at all. I damaged my Rim by moving it as much as I did and he wanted me to even move it further they wanted to take no accountability at all while I was in the car wash. I could feel my car jerking. It definitely was something going on with their tracks. They still wanted to blame it on my valve stems when I got at the end of the car wash I opened up my door and seen that my back tire was completely flat, not knowing that my front tire on my driver side was off and flat like I said I drove the car as further as I could To the side to accommodate their business so their business could keep flowing and he still was upset because it wasn’t enough for him. Luis and Jason were not at all good at their customer service skills. They said they wrote up an incident report but did not give me any kind of receipt for it I had to pay for Towing. I had to pay for my tires to be done. It was a total crap show. They don’t know what it is to be customer service. I’ve owned an upholstery shop for over 40 years in Polk County Florida. I Service The, Polk County, Sheriff Dept, The, City Of Lakeland, Penske truck and leasing saddle Creek company And many more reputable companies. how they treated me at that car wash was unacceptable. They couldn’t even be kind of someone at all Luis literally needs to go to school just to know what kindness is and customer service. I don’t know who runs that place but it’s a bunch of freaking kids that know nothing and then they wanted to tell me that they wanted to educate my son and I. again my son wasn’t even with me, but had to come down there because he heard how rude Luis was talking to me. They wouldn’t even call a tow truck for me. I had to do it. I had to pay for it. I had to do it all because again their customer service skills sucked. I will definitely be canceling my membership and I will make sure that all of Polk County knows how crappy they are. I’m sure this little bit of a review won’t do nothing to them their multimillion dollar company and yet they couldn’t even help me out knowing that their machine track did. They can blame it on my valve stem all they want. Burner the end of the day they was rude to me. Customer service skills was horrible. And just to remind everybody, my car went through their fine on Monday, but definitely could feel a malfunction going on why I was in the middle of the wash. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but you have to give them something because if you don’t, you can’t post a review mind you I never post reviews, but I think this one’s worth posting total package needs to get educated kind decent people to work for them that no actual people skills
