I would have been better off with a garden hose or a neighborhood 10 year old.Im glad I didn't pay for anymore than $10 bucks for the basic wash but I still feel like I got robbed considering it's probably an 80% mark up. Dollar worth of reclaimed hard water and a dollar worth of soap. I knew i should have took the boss'es car to Super Suds in Bartow. (The only place I'll wash my Mercedes) First 3 pictures are comparing the car wash today on my boss'es Cadillac and last is one of my Benz after over a hundred mile drive after washing it at Super Suds in Bartow.

They are busy today, but it's good weather, sunny, and the Mister staff at South Florida Avenue and Pipkin Rd are working hard. I have a monthly membership, but occasionally I stop in and get them to clean and wipe down the interior and glass. They did a great job.

Older location with older equipment. Windshield is still wet when you come out.. I couldn't see the vacuums, not sure if they exist, awkward entry... Drive .8 miles down the road and go thru the newer one.. big difference

I paid $32. for my truck wash and it's still dirty. My floor mats weren't cleaned, they didn't vacuum behind the seat, all the windows are streaked from using dirty rags. Door jams weren't wiped at all. Only one person seemed to work hard, the rest are the laziness people. One guy just stands there wiping the same spot over and over. This used to be a great full service car wash. Now it's just a bunch of slackers who don't give a shit! You just lost another longtime account customer.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought an upgraded package to ensure the car was cleaned and left a $20 tip. All they really did was took my car through the car wash. They didn't clean in the inside or throw away my banana peel. I paid $60 for no reason! I tried and tried to call and speak to a manager that day and could not get through. The phone kept ringing. Take a look at the photos AFTER they gave me back my car and I got in it. I will NOT be going back to that place. Not happy about my visit there.

This is by far the worst car wash I have EVER been too. Especially when it comes to the mister brand. The staff is extremely uprofessional very rude and even disrespectful, dont even try to bring your issues to the managment team. They are worse that the regular employees. Due to my experience I will never visit another mister location again.

I am really disappointed. I paid 38 dollars plus $10 tip for a premium wash that was not premium. My tires had no tire shine, and they half wiped the rims ,you could see dirt streaks on every rim. Crums were left in the change tray and a empty water bottle in the side door, which let's me know they were not wiped at all.. the mats were not removed when vacuumed.the only thing I can see they wiped was the dash. There were spots all over the windsheild and bugs on both side mirrors...what is premium about that?? I wasted 50 bucks.I WANT A REFUND!! I didn't stay to speak with a manager because I wasn't feeling well..but I am definitely going to post my review to my channel and I plan on speaking to management about this poor quality wash. Corporate reached out I spoke with the manager, and they refunded payment...

Paid for the "Titanium" wash and with tip was $50. Didn't rush them and waited till I was called to hop in the truck. Got to my next stop and really started to look at the job that was done. Dash was still dusty, floor mats still had debris in them, "new car" sent was never used. Got to the outside and noticed there was very little tire shine on the drivers side and absolutely Zero on the passenger side. Will not be back.

We returned from a 2000 mile roadtrip a few weeks ago and I took our car in for a full service car wash at Mr. Car Wash. The job was “acceptable”, but not what I’d consider great. My biggest complaint was the front was still covered with dead bugs. We never really went through a big “bug event” during the trip, it was just your average accumulation during that type of drive. I was in a bit of a rush that day and didn’t notice it until arriving home. A couple weeks later (Sat. Oct. 25), I returned for another full service wash, but forgot to mention the bugs still on the grill and hood after the previous visit. Once the car went through the car wash and got to the finishing area, I watched the final process from the customer waiting area outside. After the car appeared to be “completed”, I noticed an employee doing a final walk-around and he called two other employees over and pointed out areas on the front of the car (which I assumed to be bugs). They retrieved some sort of cleaning pads and went to work on the area. Upon finishing, guy who had inspected the car (who I assume is a Quality Control employee of some sort), called us over to take our car. He was EXTREMELY outgoing, polite, friendly, and held my door open for me as I entered the car. That’s about the time my wife arrived and he immediately RAN to the other side of the car to open the door for her! After we were inside, she commented on how polite he was. Needless to say we were VERY impressed with the treatment and personal attention, especially since we were there on a sunny, Saturday, at around 11:30 am and they were extremely busy! Once back home, I walked around the car and didn’t find so much as a gnat stuck to the front of the car. We were 100% satisfied with the service received. I didn’t notice the Q/C guy on our first visit (where the bugs were overlooked), but his presence was a huge plus this time around. Possibly it’s something new that was recently added? Maybe he’s just there on busy weekends? Maybe he simply missed us the first time? I don’t know, but he gets two thumbs up for this particular visit. I hope all future visits are as positive as this one as even though the business is quite a way from our residence, it would be worth the drive for similar service in the future and we would become regular customers.

Review #2: I decided to give them another chance on 8/31 around 8 AM. The place was busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Yet again, I paid $44.94 for their best cleaning service and received subpar results. The mats were still dirty, the cupholders were a mess, and the plastic protectors for my cupholders were missing. On top of that, not all the windows were cleaned, and the ones that were had streaks and smears all over them. I will never return! What's worse is that management never responded to my previous review—they clearly don't care. My advice: steer clear of this place. It's a complete disappointment. If I could give them a zero-star rating, I would. Review #1 - Paid $40 with tax for a platinum interior. My SUV should have been spotless inside and out. When I was told the car was ready I looked in the back and it was not even vacuumed. I then took it back around to have it fixed hoping the supervisor would see what a terrible job they did. When I picked up my vehicle again, my center console in the front and back are still dirty, windows were not fully cleaned, the exterior was still dirty (to the point were I could write on the car, see pics) and the rims were not fully cleaned as they should be. At the beginning of the wash, I was asked about joining their wash club, I’m glad I said no thanks! My 5 year old son does a better job when we go to the self service car wash. Oh and don’t bother calling them, no one ever picks up the phone.

We were passing thru town, decided to get a quick wash. And frankly that’s all we got for $20 Platinum wash. It got most of the highway dirt off, but then I was told I didn’t buy the “Full Detail” package to be able to dry and vacuum. I wasn’t even given the option at the Entrance kiosk when I was paying. When I asked the young man if I can borrow a towel to dry it, all he could say was that Corporate doesn’t allow it. I explained I was just passing thru town and paid $20 for platinum. Then he said there is another location 3miles away that has towels available

A few days ago my husband went in for a Titanium interior full service wash of our Infinity. The car was driven into the carwash from the vacuum area by their staff and went in without damage and came out with a large crack in the windshield. No one mentioned this and when approached, no one knew anything about it. A damage claim was filed and we were told to wait. We were notified via email today that they viewed the footage from their cameras and they state there was no equipment failure on their end and that sometimes a "small, unidentifiable chip or crack" could have caused this and then the blower could have spread the crack. They shared their windshield repair service information with us to have it fixed through our insurance/our cost. Unacceptable. I realize it is unpleasant for a car wash to assume responsibility for damage that it caused, but it is honest practice. We are sending an appeal to their email. Stay tuned... if they resolve this issue by taking responsibility, I will take down this negative review as we do not seek to damage the reputation of any reputable business.

$43 dollars for a car wash and my car is still dirty I just left not even 10 minutes ago. I was going to bring my other vehicle here but after I seen the way this car was cleaned I will never be back. I still have San on the passenger side floor mat as well they didn’t even take the time to clean the inside after I paid extra money. Huge rip off
