Extremely overpriced. Quoted me $1500 then brought it down to $350 and then charged me $425 at the end. They were not transparent about the final price being $425. I will never be back!

Gotta say out of the many places I take my truck to get cleaned it never gets back to looking like it came from the dealer especially after the ranch but they really made it look like new thanks guys.

Good job in repairing my windshield. Not so good review in customer service. Owner needs to be better at it so it can match the knowledge instead of giving passive aggresive responses but I guess its the norm here in the Valley. Bit overpriced too. Good job overall.

I went to Top Shine Carwash for a detail wash. Without notifying me the owner performed additional services without my approval, and he tried to charge me extra money when I came to pick up my car. When respectfully asked about the unexpected charge, and that he should have notified me before performing the service. He raised his voice over the phone in a passive-aggressive tone claiming, " I called you twice, and you didn't pick up, it went to voicemail". When I checked the call log, there were no noted missed calls. However, the owner was still adamant that we had to pay for the service. In addition, we tried to pay and get a receipt, but none of the workers present knew how to manage the cash register to print the receipt or give change since we paid in cash. The worker requested we wait for the owner but, I had to rush back to work so one of the workers gave me my change from the tip jar and I had to leave without a receipt. If you value transparency, professionalism or your time and money, avoid this place. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Top Shine Carwash and will not be returning.

A complete disaster! Outrageous and abusive service This car wash is an absolute disgrace. They yelled at my nephew like he was a criminal — totally disrespectful and unacceptable treatment. On top of that, they called the police on him for no reason and charged an outrageous amount of money, way more than the service was worth, with no explanation whatsoever. And don’t even get me started on how they left the car: poorly washed, with dirt all over. A total rip-off with terrible service. Don’t even think about taking your car here — you’ll only waste your time, money, and patience.

We had some water get into the back seat, so we visited this place for a full interior and exterior detail, including a wax, headlights, and engine. Overall, great customer service and amazing work and attention to detail. Sort or pricey for first timers but worth it! Definitely recommend.

Came in to get a full in n out wash the Z06 was outside for a couple of days..didn’t feel like washing it today found them on Google and let me tell you the attention to detail was definitely there..took less than an hr and picked it up an damn was super happy!!
