I've been to several other detailing places in my life before but Mad Guys Auto Detailing did a phenomenal job on my Ford Explorer! My vehicle looks brand new inside and out better than driving it off the lot when I purchased it. They paid attention to every little detail. The staff was friendly, professional, and really take pride in their work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality detailing!

WORST SERVICE, DO NOT GO! Both the owner and technician said bubbles in the tint are normal even though the warranty receipt shows they will fix it. Aftermath of his reply 1 hour later from me posting this: first your discount shouldn't affect the quality of the work the customer expects, second why would you place the same person who screwed up to do it again when he said "if I do it again it will come out the same way," third you failed the warranty. Whether it's Yelp, Facebook, websites, BBB preventing you from taking advantage of someone else is my new purpose.

I wouldn’t return. They are new to this business and are shady when it comes to pricing and service. They offered me a clear coat supposed to look great after done but it honestly didn’t change the look of my vehicle as the pictures they showed me prior to service. BE AWARE. They can be tricky. They offered me a price and switch and bait after. After my vehicle was done and wasn’t looking great they said “ oh that’s because you chose tier 1 service, but we have tier 2 and tier 3 that is more pricey but ends up looking better.” - they didn’t mentioned tiers when they first gave me a quote! Shady to say it kindly but al honesty this place is dishonest. When I first quote they never mentioned tiers and over promised which makes this qualification 1 star. If I wouldn’t known from the beginning I needed more money to have a better result then I would’ve considered it but the fact the mentioned it last when the job was done is clear was to not provide a good service and give excuses as to why didn’t look good. Some other few things to consider. Place looks like a great professional location but in reality they only have one guy working on your vehicle and equipment is not anywhere so I doubt the end result of any vehicle. There are other good services priced around the same as these guys I recommend you shop around and ask for guarantees if you end up choosing this business. They promised my coating would last at least 6 months if washing my vehicle myself. It’s been a month with my vehicle on my garage and the coating is gone. By far this is the $1600 dollars I’ve thrown in the trash the most easily in my life. Hoping it avoids you to waste your hard earned money. No integrity no professionalism.

I’ve had my car detailed by a few different places, but none have done as good a job as this shop! My car looked even better than when I first bought it 🔥 seriously, that says a lot. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the techs. I never felt like I was bothering anyone, and they kept me updated the whole time. Andres was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about what I wanted for my vehicle. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. The waiting area was clean and comfy with a TV and snacks, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth every penny! I’ll be recommending this place to my family and friends for sure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Experience with Mad Guys Detailing! I’m so impressed with the service I received from Mad Guys Detailing. They did an amazing job on my car! Instead of trying to upsell me, they actually did the opposite, which I really appreciated. I didn’t need the Level One paint correction since my car barely had any scratches, but I went with it anyway because I love the shine it gives—and wow, it was worth it. A couple of days ago, my daughter got sick and vomited in the car. I was worried the stain and smell would never fully go away, but they completely removed both. My car looks and smells brand new again. Professional, honest, and high-quality work. They even sent me off with a small treat bag — highly recommend!

Wow! 🤯 These guys are amazing! The results speak for themselves, & the photos dont do it any justice! We took my wife's 2019 GLS63 AMG in to have it ceramic coated & fully detailed. Engine bay, interior, exterior & rims as well as tinting the front two windows & adding a clear ceramic tint to the glass sunroof & front windshield to reduce the heat. When I tell you that our vehicle looks better than showroom I really mean it! If you want a glass finish, go to Mad Guys where they are truly MAD about the details! Other places quoted me, but after checking out their setups & scoping out their "finished" jobs I decided to keep looking. When I arrived at Mad Guys & asked to see their work I was blown away & knew THAT was how I wanted my vehicle to look! If you want THE BEST in the Valley...this is IT! 💯 Photos do not do this justice! The in person look was above & beyond what I had even hoped for. They exceeded all our expectations!

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We took our vehicle to this detailing shop, and when we got it back, there was clear damage that wasn’t there before. They admitted fault, said they’d replace the damaged parts, and even ordered them. But the second I called to point out more damage that we noticed afterward (with photo proof), they completely flipped now they want to cancel everything and refuse to take responsibility. What really gets me is how they make you “inspect” your vehicle inside a dark garage when you pick it up. You can’t see anything in that lighting. Make sure you pull your car out into the sun before you leave, because once you’re out of there, it’s a whole different story. This shop clearly doesn’t care about doing the right thing or standing behind their work. I have all the proof and photos, but at this point, I just want to warn others be careful who you trust your vehicle with. Not y’all changing your review as well. We had proof so did calliber collison and they’re taking care of your damages. Thank you.

Mad Guys customized our 1966 Ford Mustang, and the results are absolutely stunning. They removed dents, flawlessly matched and repaired the paint, added white stripes, applied a black matte finish to the rear, and cleaned and polished all the chrome. It’s incredible how much their work transformed the look of this car. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding—communicative from start to finish and always polite and accommodating. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.
