Several weeks ago, I borrowed a buddy's truck, for about 8 days in order to move my stuff into the new apartment, in a rather slow-paced manner, without burning myself out. I had decided that, at the end of it all, I wanted to spend the u-Haul money his truck saved me by diverting those funds into fueling/cleaning/detailing his truck--showing mad respect/gratitude--before returning it. So, I called four places. Those businesses did not return my calls; or, they gather from my voice, that I am Black, and decided that my business wasn't worth a return call; "cool." Top Shelf, the fifth place, returned my call that night. I spoke with Steve who coordinates for/with Griffin, and immediately he took time to understand what I wanted to do and by when. Once that was accomplished, we furthered coordinated--I heard from and spoke with Griffin, things were smooth, easy, and outstanding. (Sh*t, they even offered to do pick-up & drop-off, which was hella nice, but that wasn't needed.) I chose the Gold Package, L (It was an '05 Dodge Ram). Griffin delivered and the work was far beyond my expectations. I didn't know what to expect, honestly but, d*mn, his work and the value is superior. Top Shelf stands out for me, among auto-detail services. Now, sure, other detailers are going to offer, maybe, some other bells and whistles (Ceramic coatings, etc., you know. . . . ) but Griffin uses quality products, some "secret recipes," and works from an old-School orientation. He brings out the vehicles own beauty, organically repairs blemishes both mild and extreme (to the extent that damage will allow), and puts a HURTING on the interior (restoring worn out mats, even). Additionally, he is willing, if you ask, to spend time speaking with you about maintaining your vehicle in between details. I plan on supporting Top Shelf, bi-annually, while using Griffin's suggestions, my own knowledge, tools, & gadgets to maintain my own car's appearance in between details. I especially recommend this place to (single) women who want to do something nice for themselves/vehicles, and who also want to deal with a business situated within a family-context (Father-Son Duo), that's not at all looking for ways to take advantage of its clients. I would also recommend Top Shelf to folks who are sick & tired of reaching out to non-respondent/no-call-answering businesses. In short, you really can't wrong with Top Shelf. Give'm a holla.

I opt for the Gold package and Gold I got back. Griffin took care of my 2019 Audi S5 and having to drive on dirt roads that makes my heart bleed. He had his work cut out for him. I wanted all the sand and dust gone! Not only did I not seen a grain of sand/dust on my car I also believe he stoped the bleeding of my heart. I will be back. Thank you for such great work.
