Updated: I initially left a review in August 2024 based on my experience here. Today, after paying in full for another wash, I was confronted by someone claiming to be the owner. Rather than addressing my past concerns professionally, he was hostile, questioned why I returned, and even pulled up my previous review and photos (which is kind of weird considering they must have done some work to track down their reviewers). It’s concerning that this business tracks and confronts customers who leave critical feedback instead of using it to improve. A professional approach would have been to acknowledge the issue and offer a resolution, but this encounter only reinforced my original rating. If constructive criticism isn’t welcome, this may not be the right place for those who expect quality service. The gentleman who claimed to be the owner has set a dangerous precedent and tone for those who raise concerns about the performance of service. I won’t ever set foot there again. August Review: This use to be my favorite hand car wash. Hands down was the top tier but recently the guys are sloppy and careless. For starters all weather mats were left dirty. For the first time in the past 5 years, they parked my car too close to the others while drying. Not sure what the rush was today since there was only one car being washed. I spoke to the guy and he didn’t seem to care. I took a cloth and wiped down my car since they had 3 guys on one car. My car wasn’t clean thoroughly as in previous times since you could barely open the doors.

Called very last minute for a detailed wash, they took me in first thing next morning. As it’s a females car, you can only imagine what my car looked like inside 😖 ( not proud of it ). I had some spilled coffee stains over my carpet, which has been sitting like that for months, I’m a smoker as well again NOT proud of it, but yeah. I am satisfied beyond words. Stains are completely gone, my car smells brand new & it’s exciting getting inside of it being squeaky clean, thank you Tony’s Hand car wash, you guys met all of my expectations and more. I will be back 😊 Update 🙃 Back again - this time with my new car ( mom car ) Satisfied once again. These ppl don’t fail ! Thank you ❤️

I gave one star for the poor quality of the wash, some parts of the car were completely dirty. They need to do a better job or better supervision. The water is not a problem, the dirty door is, dirty parts are all over the vehicle.

They have enough customers and don't care about anyone's complaints - direct from the owner. It's a toss up when you go here if you're going to get a good wash or not. Another place was able to remove the dirt spot they told me was a scratch. As others have said, the owner is quite rude and will tell unsatisfied customers to go elsewhere which is exactly what I did.

I have been going to this car wash since 2007 when it was John's Hand Car Wash! Yes, ownership has changed and the name has changed but the quality service that you receive has not. There is also 1 special person who works there, and he is now the manager. His name is OLIVER! I have literally brought every car I have owned since 2007 to this man, and I have OCD and I'm very anal about certain things so I'm hard to please, but Oliver has never disappointed! I even come here with rental cars when I have one! Also since Tony came into the picture years ago this business has been elevated and structured to operate more efficiently and more professionally. Not to mention Tony is always updating upgrading and renovating which is a big green flag, because by investing money back into the business you also are investing into your customer! This is more than my opinion, this is a FACT! All you have to do is go see for yourself. 💯

Great experience. The staffs were friendly and they left my car squeaky clean. Obviously there will be certain spots missing here and there, nobody is perfect, but if you ask them they will happily clean it for you. I recommend this place for anyone needing their car cleaned, detailed and also if they need the engine bay cleaned.

Come to this spot all the time. This is the ONLY place to get your car done. I have never had a bad wash here. No matter how early or how late I come. They have a system in place and they pay attention to detail. Don't waste time or money anywhere else

They act they are professional, but honestly, they don’t take the time to properly clean the car. We spent at least $40 for a regular car wash, and even if you pay more, it doesn’t make a difference — they still do just a basic wash. They don’t clean the inside properly, and the rims are never spotless. I know they’re popular right now and there’s a lot of hype, but if you don’t want to waste your money, don’t go there. You’d be better off going to a hand car wash on the street — those guys actually take their time and do a better job. Trust me.

First time visit today to get my M5 washed. Nice efficient system they have set up there. I got lucky and arrived about 10:30 and there was no line. I got the VIP package which included Hand/Paste wax after the wash and interior leather cleaning. All and all the young man working on my car after the wash did an Excellent job. My car looks showroom new I will definitely be back when my car needs to be cleaned again. 👍🏾

10/10 SERVICE !!! I love and recommend this place to everyone ! I’ve been bringing all my cars here for years because they hand wash it and are very gentle ! It’s the only place I trust. They always give me the best service and it’s very affordable. The thing i love is they pay attention to detail. In my younger years I came here with my dad’s Toyota that i accidentally scratched and one of the guys was able to help me get rid of the scratch mark with no additional cost. Now I bring my Cadillac to get detailing and regular washes. Unfortunately when passing through allerton a moped scratched my Cadillac and again I brought my car to Tony’s car wash where they restored it 🥺 this goes to show how detailed and caring they are !
