The location at 6539 Telegraph rd. Damages vehicles. They have a sign that says they are not responsible for broken antennas. How is that when their equipment ripped off a factory installed item. The gentleman, honorable as a their. Denied the claim and they will be hearing from the BBB soon. Don't visit this location. They forcefully slammed the mirror on my truck. I didn't notice the scratch on my hood for a few days. The end result will be people not doing business with them. They are liars and thieves.

I had payed for the most expensive one they have and all I get from it is a broken passenger mirror. The kid whos wiping the car doesnt even bother to tell me about my mirror. I pull out and see it’s hyperextended, I go back within 5 minutes these guys try telling me “who knows these cars come with a few dents when you buy them”. And on top of that I didnt even get a refund. If i had a choice to pay a 10 year old blind kid or these guys to wash my car, id pick the blind kid.

Don't waste your money or time here. Worst car wash ever, and they're thieves. I paid for a month membership for the Tony's wash service and for a full detail at the same time. My windshield on the inside was not touched, my rims I cleaned myself, they didn't shine my tires until I told them I paid for it. I complained about the wash and service while I was still there, and it hadn't been a half hour since I paid for everything. I asked to be refunded the membership fee and only be charged for the Tony wash and the lousy detail work, they wouldn't give me a refund. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Absolutely horrible!

The best wash in the area by far! My car was so dirty after work and they left it absolutely spotless. I highly recommend the monthly membership, it’s very affordable and the employees are kind and respectful.

First time trying Tony’s and probably last. Paid $10 premium wash and tipped $10, only to discover the car was still filthy. Went back after a few hours. A young gentleman named Jo was very kind, apologetic, and understanding. The older male worker was rude and very dismissive, even though I pointed out the large areas with soap suds. Despite the large line forming, he was adamant about not resolving the issue. Jo, stepped in and the older male worker forcefully scribbled on my window and said, “ this is a one-time courtesy!” I was not looking for a free car wash. I was looking for a car wash closer to home. Unfortunately, this place isn’t it.

Stopped by here once on my way home from work expecting a casual wash but was I blown away, I was greeted by Joe and Al who were super friendly and helpful in helping me pick the wash best for my car as well as obvious effort, they sprayed my car down with different product and washers for at least 5 minutes before my car even entered the wash. The towel dryers also didn’t leave even a spec of water left on my car when I was done. I was so blown away I came back the next day and signed up for the monthly membership and now I am a regular customer and don’t plan on ever going anywhere else. Great owners great workers great car wash.

Warning there’s a scammer using Tony’s Carwash313 to skim credit cards. If you see multiple back to back 25 to 40 charges on your bank statement for $21.23 call your bank.

Worst car wash ever, nothing full service about it, looks like they wiped my dash with a dirty rag, cup holders still dirty, dashboard and steering wheel have dust and spots on them. I will never patron again, they don’t answer the phone so I can complain and not worth the trip back. So disappointing

Cleaned my car spotless inside and outside! completely wiped it clean and gave me an air freshener. Scrubbed my wheels so well, vacuumed my floor as clean as possible, everything was wiped down properly. They took their time and they have amazing with great customer service. 10/10!

Great deal... $20 a month for unlimited car washes! I have it on 3 of my family vehicles and I will be adding the fourth one very soon God willing... I'm just waiting for my youngest daughter to get her driver license so I could get her into her own vehicle to go to college! By the way this location has new owners not too long ago and they have replaced all of their machineries if not all of it with brand new ones and I love it !! :)
