Tommy's Express does a pretty good job with their drive-thru car wash. The subscriptions are reasonably priced! They seem to have fixed the spot-free rinse pressure!! Previously it was not coming out very well and therefore it left water spots on my car and some white spots from the wax liquid that didnt get rinsed off well. SO GLAD it is fixed!! I do NOT like the gray spinning cloths that buff the sides of my car at the end in the drying section. It smudges my clean side mirrors every time. I feel like the blow dryers need more time to dry the car better! Specifically, the very front of my car, the side mirror area, and the very back of my car don't get dry. Maybe a couple dryers could be added to the sides of the tunnel to get those areas? Just a thought... I'm glad I have a subscription, so I can go multiple times a day if I want to.

I’m very upset with this car wash. I have been with them for quite a while. They take out of my account monthly, which that’s what I signed up for the first sign was I get three months before I believe $10 a month well, the second month I got charged $39. 99 and after that each month, it was still the same. I go through when I can and it’s not much and when I do go through, they’re always closed or I can’t get through because they have the blocks up. There was multiple people within a couple days lined up and they were closed for what reason I don’t know middle of the afternoon I talked to a couple of the vehicles and they said that they were gonna make some complaints. Well, I noticed not the very last time but the time before that I went and my car was all scratched up. And if they have cameras, they can see I was highly upset trying to dry my vehicle seeing all the scratches so I just went the other day because my car was very dirty thinking OK if my car gets scratched, I will be done for good. Well that was the biggest mistake. I should’ve never took my car through all of the chrome on my windows got scratched all up now mind you my car is brand new. I just bought this car off the lot brand new. They must have gravel inside the brushes as well. It hit my car so hard and left a little dent on the side. It’s very very small but still this is a brand new car. I am so upset. I’ve called multiple times. Nobody will call me back. I will be getting a hold of their insurance today.

Liz and Melah were both extremely helpful getting me set up and put through the wash. I’ve also noticed their worker Andre is always keeping the main wash and parking lot very tidy during the afternoon and evening. Second shift workers be getting their stuff done for real ‼️🙌 i never caught the guy with the curly brown hair’s name but he’s a very good worker as well, i see him getting stuff done too just like most of the Tommy’s express workers :) 5/5 stars would wash my car there again in the future

Unfortunately, This car wash did not clean my car well at all. The vacuums also do not work well. I had the $10 promotion for 3 months (great deal). But I ended up canceling before my renewal on the 24th. I asked if I would receive a pro-rated refund for canceling early, and she said "no." I also asked If I could access the carwash until the 24th then. She also said "no, it cancels right away." If I did not have a promotional price, this would have bothered me more. I will say the workers overall have been nice. I like that it uses license plates and I don't need a sticker. Edited from 1 star to 2 stars because company respectfully replied to an honest review. I appreciate not feeling bad for being honest.

Last two time in the car wash my truck was damaged. First time tore a light off. 2nd time it pulled the antenna right out of the bracket. Understand if the antenna got bent but not ripped it off the frame. Plus the worker there was very rude too.

This car wash is the best in central Illinois! It’s not only a safest and best on your paint it actually leaves your car spot free unlike others like club car wash uses a cheap system and harder brushes that scratch your vehicle!! Apparently the birds that pooped on my car had cement for breakfast. When I went though the was it didnt quite get everything. When they noticed i was getting some excess off before leaving and had me get a reclean to finish the job. Happy with the money I spent!

This place is awesome for washing your car! My husband and I have a membership so we can get the underwater for winter and the vacuums. There's a mat washer! It's so cool. Get the membership and come as much as you want!

​I brought my car here for its first wash since I bought it, and it was a terrible experience. Not only did the wash do a poor job, but it also left a significant scratch on my car. I was told I had to file a claim in person, so I waited until the GM was available. When I finally reached him, he was dismissive, claiming the car wash couldn't have caused that type of scratch. After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to let me file a claim by email. Corporate then denied my claim based on the "type of scratch." I'm extremely frustrated. Avoid this car wash if you value your vehicle.

Used the automatic wash and was disappointed with the results. There was still bird droppings on my car, dirt remained on the back, and the drying didn’t seem to work very well. I expected a more thorough clean for the price. Hopefully this can be improved in the future
