My girlfriend and I redeemed a promotional free wash. We supposedly got "the works" but were both disappointed. Both of our hoods were not cleaned at all. We doubt we got the wax or the underside cleaned. Not upset about the free wash but I don't see why I would spend my money here. I've been to less expensive places that actually washed my car.

Hey, I got a free wash! And while it was the top of the line I got what I paid for so to speak with some residual bird poop and water left on the car following the wash. But for free, I can't complain. For the excellent service and okay wash. Update: went back the night of 2/12/2026 and got a free car wash again. But, this time I didn't notice it until the next morning and it took off the plastic cover on one of my mirrors.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD MANAGEMENT I wouldn't recommend this Tommy's Express to anyone. I went for a car wash and left with scuffs all along my tailgate from the Car Wash door coming down on my car before I was able to pull away. When you look at how the wash is set up, cars are able to pull into the wash as you're exiting the wash. When I spoke with the manager and explained to him I waited for a car to pass before proceeding, he was not apologetic and blamed the incident on me saying I should have pulled out of the wash faster and there was no car present. I asked to see the camera footage and he declined and tried walking away saying there's nothing we can do, have a good day. This is when I brought up seeing the video with an attorney, in which his tone changed and he then offered 3 months free membership.

I have a jet brite membership and usually go to jet brite on Roosevelt in glen Ellyn or Villa park saw an ad on Facebook for a free month subscription for Tommy carwash for the “works” car wash I signed up and got a carwash yesterday The car was very wet even after the carwash, wasn’t dried properly at all Also no tire shine Definitely would not recommend, not worth the price at all. Luckily I got a free month subscription and didn’t waste my money on this. Jet Brite is cheaper and better carwash. Or dream clean on Roosevelt in Lombard Much better options in the area

I was Amazed by this Carwash. My car was very dirty coming off the highway from a mini vacation. My Car came out cleaner then i have personally Experienced Going thru a tunnel wash. Nice part about it is they have an APP you can download and control your Unlimited Plan your self or just buy single washes. I was also able to add or delete my wife and kids cars on anytime. I defiantly will return, now that I'm a member.

Second time coming here. I had received a postcard on my car as a flyer. It only gave me one week to use both washes. I used one just before the expiration and I asked the guy these have such short dates and they told me it's no problem You can still use it after the expiration by a couple of weeks. I came today with the expired one and the guy said it was too late and I explained to him that what I was told and he said nope too late. So I told him just let me through without the wash and he didn't even seem to care or try to give me any kind of alternative. Not to mention there was a line and the car wash was stalling for other people so I was waiting almost 15 minutes and wasted my time... I had been considering doing a monthly membership after using the second one but with this bad customer experience I will not come here again.

I just moved here from Wisconsin so I wanted this to be my new local car wash membership but every time I’ve came here there’s been an issue with the gate opening by itself and I spend more time waiting than I do going through the actual car wash. Kind of frustrating because at rocket wash back in Wisconsin and I never had issues at all when I had a membership. I just drove on through. Hoping this changes otherwise I won’t renew next month

First time coming here it's a very nice mostly automated, there's no attendance of load you on the belt you just follow the instructions on the screen. If you're using a coupon or it's your first time here make sure you go through the cashier and not the app line. I felt like they have really clean cloths and a good high-quality chemical and soaps the car came out very clean.

Every time you stop here you'll have to go through the wash twice and if you don't have a membership, you will be harassed about getting one they're all about you getting a membership until you ask them to pay for it. Let people get their car wash and get on with their day. Nobody wants to be harassed at a car wash.

The last several times I have went to get my car washed there the attendants have not been putting the plastic bag over the rear windshield wiper. As a result of that the plastic cap has gotten pulled off twice. They cost about seven dollars to replace at AutoZone. I don’t understand why they stopped applying the plastic bags. I used to love this car wash and I’m not liking it so much anymore.

I have had great experience up until this point. This afternoon after washing my car I had a doormat sticking out of my car. I stopped outside of any of the parking spots AND LITERALLY 7 SECONDS later this guy with long hair walked up to me in a confrontational manner telling “there are plenty of spots and I “can’t park my car there” and that there “are plenty of parking spaces available.” It was the tone that this employee took with me (a customer) for something so minor that is making me reconsider my monthly membership! Don’t assume your customers have ill intent! I had a mild safety issue that I was addressing and 30 seconds to resolve it would not have harmed your parking situation!
