Be very careful, I came here days ago and already being a member for more than 1 year, I paid a membership in cash because I had lost my card, and I get that in 2 days I'm going to wash my car again and they don't open me, followed by this I told the manager on duty that I had paid in cash which they told me was a lie, they also told me that if I didn't move they would call the police, this happened today December 31, the owner told me that he didn't care about anything and that I left and never return to his Carwash again. Be very careful with these thieves, I also have a claim for a damage that one of their machines did to my car and they didn't pay me either!

First time using this wash and they have for new customers you get there highest wash for $15 for the first 3 months. They have one of the best drying systems I’ve seen. I didn’t have to wipe my vehicle off at all. Davion was super nice and wanted to make sure everything with the wash was good or if there was anything that needed improving.

Was great, monthly member here. Lately there’s an air leak or something blowing crud all over my drivers side during the “drying” phase. I went back through minutes later thinking maybe I was too close to a car in front of me and getting residual soap blown on my car. Using the one by the QT from now on. Update - it’s fixed now and car wash works as supposed to, kudos for quick repairs of equipment and valuing customers feedback!

Natalia was so sweet and helpful signing me up as a member. My car came out clean and mostly dry. On my second visit after signing up I got out to towel dry my car and found some of the red foam things stuck in my headlight with the paint around it chipped. A team member happened to be right there and got the manager and he immediately filled out a claim. They were just as surprised as I was that it happened. He said I should hear from him in a week so I’ll update my review once everything transpires. UPDATE: went through wash because my car was dirty and it happened again. I don’t know why it happens, I haven’t had this issue with other car washes. SECOND UPDATE: I have not heard from Tommy’s about the claim and it has been 3 weeks.

Always super friendly and efficient service! Even when my car is super dirty, one pass through is all it takes to get it clean. The vacuums always work great and I love that they offer towels for wiping your car down and the free mat cleaner. The lot is always clean and stocked. I’ve been to other locations but this is my favorite and I’m glad it’s close to home!

This is my favorite car wash! I’m happy that they added towels to dry. My car is always clean with very minimal water left on it compared to other places. It’s always clean too. I appreciate Davion checking on me after my last wash to see if there is anything he could do to improve my experience. The staff is always great here 😊

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Natalia and Dustin Craig from the Denton location! They were absolutely wonderful, truly going above and beyond with their customer service. I only came in for a simple $10 wash but ended up signing up for a membership because of how passionate, friendly, and helpful they were. Someone please give these two a promotion, they genuinely care about their customers! The $15/month deal for the first three months is such a steal, and the wash itself was great. Natalia even took the time to help me set up the app on my phone so everything’s super easy to manage. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Natalia and Dustin!

I discovered Tommy’s car wash recently and have had a wonderful experience. I decided to try the 3-month membership special they had where you get unlimited car washes & vacuum. So far, I’ve really loved the easy process of checking in (going through the lane where the light approved you and you go straight to the car wash), the speedy car wash, and great vacuums. I found some vacuums have better pressure but overall, enjoy detailing my car here, especially with the detail kit I receive each time. Hassan helped me today and provided excellent and friendly service. He brought out my detail kit while I was vacuuming. I highly recommend as a way to keep your car clean in an easy and efficient way.

I washed my car here weekly. Touchless carwash is best for whoever own Tesla which has bad paint job. Tommy car wash won't leave scratches on your car paint. Staffs are very nice and friendly

Previously riding thru a car wash that beats the car to death was a nightmare. Claustrophobia was also as bad. I have a new Beemer and after all the sleet and ice storm I need a wash. Boy we both made it thru. What a difference. Gentle and the lighting and openness made a huge difference. There was also a person at the end of the line making sure all was good. I’ve been to a lot of car washes, but Tommy’s Express Car Wash really stands out. The wash quality is consistently excellent — my truck always comes out looking spotless with a deep clean and great shine. What impressed me most though is the guest experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and they keep everything running smoothly so you’re in and out quick without feeling rushed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the whole process feels modern and efficient. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
