Ricky V went above and beyond while I attended Tommy’s. He assisted with cleaning my mats and making sure they were dry before returning them to me. He had a positive attitude and genuinely seemed happy to help! Only knew of Tommy’s while in Manhattan, KS and was very excited to figure out OP had one as well. Amazing service as always.

Scratched the paint on my new car, filed an incident report within 48 hours and they said they wouldn't cover any damages since I left their property (having not noticed the scratches). You can clearly tell they are swirl marks from the brushes used in the wash. Wouldn't recommend, and be careful if you go in.

Have been coming here since they opened. Caleb was helpful & washed/dried my car mats. Highly recommend! Never had any problems besides one time I stepped in gum…((not this time!!))) just putting that out there for people to pay attention because it was a sticky disgusting mess! But that only happened once & other than that it’s an extremely clean & efficient place to get your car wash! I have the membership so it’s nice!

More expensive than others and no towels to do wipe downs. They want you to buy a detail kit to dry your car off. Would not have stopped if I would have known.

This car wash is very disappointing. The car comes out soaking wet and doesn’t dry properly, and they don’t offer any mats cleaning service during winter — which makes no sense, since mats get full of mud and snow. On top of that, the service is terrible. They have a bell for assistance, but nobody answers; you can wait for an hour and still have to go to them yourself. They don’t provide proper car cleaning tools — no towels, and the air freshener is always delayed. Customers shouldn’t have to go to the window to ask for it, and for more than a week they haven’t even had air fresheners available. Overall, the service is poor and unreliable, the price is high for nothing, and I will definitely not renew my account.

The people are great. Always very helpful. The back of SUV's such as my GMC Yukon are not cleaned very well and the side roller brushes at the end on each side do nothing but smear residue on the windows in particular. These are extremely aggravating and should be removed.

Was a member for a couple months. I will say coming from go car wash. There are a lot of perks you don't get at Tommy's unfortunately. Being a go car wash member for so many years which I'm already back to go car wash. Tommy's does not provide towels to dry your car off or to clean your interior of the car. A minor inconvenience but for the price that Tommy's charges so many other car washes like go car wash provides a better service.

Tommy’s is very close to my work so I like to go there to wash my car on lunch. Everyone has always been friendly and it is fast and efficient. Today Calaeb stopped by while I was cleaning out my car to see how I was doing. He saw my mats were laying outside my car and offered to wash them for me while I finished vacuuming. He was so friendly and helpful! I really appreciated his excellent customer service!

Really unhappy with the after wash facilities provided. The vacuums have terrible nozzles at the end that hardly pick up any debris. If you plan on doing any interior car cleaning, you better go somewhere else or bring your own materials cause these people couldn’t care less. I came here expecting to get a full car clean, interior and exterior only to find out that I had to pay extra to clean the interior of my car.. now I understand why GO car wash is everywhere in Kansas City. Terrible, at least give us one rag to wipe down our interior with.

Car Wash was amazing. My car was left looking brand new! I accidentally vacuumed up my wedding ring, but employee Kevin was able to get it back for me! A heartfelt THANK YOU to Katelin at Tommy’s Car Wash at 106th & Roe! I am a regular customer and over the years the Team has always been helpful. Today was a perfect example, I locked the keys in my vehicle while I was vacuuming. Katelin was right there and ready to help with a big smile! Without hesitation, they were prepared to run me home to get another key. Luckily I found the spare key I had hidden. Okay, I am so excited to post my experience at Tommy's Express. And let me tell you why. I get top notch customer service and the last two times I've been there,"Kevin" has been my guy. He helps customers when they need personal one-on-one assistance cleaning their cars and troubleshooting other issues. If you go to Tommy's I'll be looking for Kevin because he's really the best. And by the way he's got great hair. It is seriously black curly locks. Besides that he is a super nice guy. I can't say enough about my experience at Tommy's Car Wash. You really want to take advantage of their monthly deal where you can wash your car anytime you want. The price can't be beat. Ask for Kevin and he will help you.
