I just tried this place for the first time today and could not have been more disappointed. I mentioned I was a first time customer they did not mention anything about the free trial for a month if you’re a new customer, and with the wash job that they did I can see why people would not get a subscription.

Spent $18 for a WASH and my car is still covered in dirt and now it has scratches all of the hood of the truck which wasn’t there when I went into the car wash. So now I have to spend more money to fix their damage to my car. Do not waste your money at this place

Stressful morning. Went to this car wash and it turned my day around. I didn’t get the guys name at the window, but he was awesome. Nice guy, super helpful and clearly just a good dude. I appreciated my short conversation with him. Will definitely be back just because of the experience. The added bonus was that the wash was great and facility clean.

The vacuums were awful. Wasn’t impressed with the car wash. Paid $25 and still had to leave there and go to a different car wash to vacuum my van. Wouldn’t recommend.

Yeah I will be canceling my monthly plan here. Everytime I come here something isn't working in the wash. Why am I paying you monthly for a service I'm not getting? Things break or have issues, I understand. But everytime? Yeah that's crazy. And I'm not paying full price for something and continuing to not get what I'm paying for. So yeah, don't waste your money here. I'll be buying a monthly plan elsewhere.

I paid for the works, well it didn't work. Pay for the less and wipe down yourself. Wheels still dirty, no coating, windshield dirty ( spent the extra 5.00 on the cleaning supplies) and still had to do extra work. Convenient is the answer, but not worth the money for a high package

The wash is cool but there’s ZERO pressure to vacuums!! Be better off picking up dust with your hands! Canceled my subscription because of this! NASCAR wash pod the place to be!!

I literally went to this car wash to get my truck rinsed off due to the salt. When entering the car wash my truck was fine. When coming out, one of the instruments of the car wash ripped my tire valve off of and made my tire completely flat. I went and alerted the tech to let them know what happen. Put in a claim and wanted to give them good faith that they was going to do the right thing. They did not. They denied my claim stating that my tire had full air coming out of the car wash tunnel. If my truck has 40 psi of course it’s going to show in the tunnel it still look full of air. When parking at the vacuum bay. My tire was completely flat and damaged. Don’t bring your car here. They do not honor their word and they damage your property.

We purchased the monthly package. We loved it in the begining. But then the tire cleaner wasnt working properly and when my husband let them know, they denied any issues and directed us to drive back through. Never had great tire cleaning again. Now, lately some of the washers have been down for weeks and today both of the dryer brushes are broken. Cancelled my membership.

Figured I'd give them a try since my car needed a wash and I've driven past this place hundreds of times. Got the most expensive wash but my car is still dirty afterwards, so I'm not sure what I spent money on. Not going to be returning to this one next time I need a wash.

The only car wash I’ve seen do a worse job is when I drove through a lite rain. Not worth the money. Take the time to drive down one more light and get a better car wash.

I was glad to see a place to take my big truck, The rollers or the blower blew off my fender flare, and damaged it to where almost split in half. Other times I’ve been with no problem and seemed to have enough staff there to guide me on. Filed a claim with Tommy’s and there not wanting to take responsibility. Be careful going here if something gets damaged, rain guards, fender flares, your SOL. Now I’ve got to come out of pocket to replace the flare and have it painted and it’s back to hand washing my truck!

Our car looked the same after getting the most expensive wash. I’ve never seen such poor results from a car wash, I thought “sheesh this pollen must need some elbow grease” but ended up coming off in one quick pass with minimal effort. Also only one of the vacuums at our station worked and all the other vacuuming stations were taken so it took longer than we expected since we couldn’t both vacuum at the same time, plus pulling the vacuum through to the opposite side of the car it was meant for got aggravating. I’m only giving 2 stars because I liked the mat washers but definitely wouldn’t return to pay for a wash.

I’m a member at Tommy’s Express Car Wash and it’s quick and efficient. The vacuums are hit or miss, some barely pick anything up and the handles sometimes come off. Prices have gone up a lot since they first opened, but the convenience keeps me coming back
