I have been coming here for about 12 years now. I have had many details done to various cars and they always did a great job. I also got the ceramic coat. It’s worth the money. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make my cars look great. Sean is very accommodating with the detail schedules. I would rate them a 10 in service. No other car wash around comes close to the quality and service they give.

Went to this car wash on 2/27/2025 paid for the best wash inside and out. Still loose dirt under floormat, tire shine was not applied, wheels not cleaned, windows streaked, nothing else wiped down.

I’ve been here a couple of times, and I’m always extremely satisfied with the work done on my car. Eric the detail manager does a great job of leaving my car spotless when I come in for details. I would definitely recommend scheduling a detail with Softway!

We got the full package the most expensive one and the worker cleaning the car was not even trying I told him he need to clean the spots I pointed out he said ok but still didn’t clean it.

Beware - called for price on detailing a Mitsubishi outlander sport (compact suv) got price, told 11% off special still on , made appointment, got there and told price is higher ????? Car is in great shape with no issues. Buyer beware , never going back, was a repeat customer too. SAD bad business practice

I had a very disappointing experience with Softway Wash. I have been going for a couple of years, and every time I go I always question why I go there. However, this will be the last time. After paying for a full exterior/interior, I expected my car to be clean. Instead, there was still visible dirt and soap residue left on the exterior. To make matters worse, the team left their dirty wet towels inside my car, on top of my seat—completely careless. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would expect for them to complete a quick self review of the vehicle before waving their hands in the air indicating that it’s ready. It’s clear that attention to detail is not a priority here. I won't be returning and definitely can’t recommend Soft Wash to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable car wash.

I ran my car through the wash yesterday after purchasing the “protector package” for $17.99 which includes a vacuum, soft cloth wash, and dash/steering wipe down (with tip totaling $20). While the outside of the car was cleaned fine, the inside was lacking. I understand it wasn’t a detail, but I just purchased this car one month ago (a 2025 with 0 miles) so you can imagine there really wasn’t much to clean. They missed a huge spot when vacuuming and didn’t wipe down the seats at all leaving behind two large/obvious dirty spots that needed to be cleaned.

I decided to stop here on my lunch break today and needless to say I was HIGHLY disappointed. I purchased the 2nd tier car wash for my Hyundai Tuscon, when I went to claim my vehicle from the guy working on it, I instantly noticed that my cup holder area was still filled with trash. It was still sticky around it and filled with crumbs, I found the guy who was working on it and asked him to please fix this along with the inside of my doors that were still dirty and the cup holders were not touched. It still had crumbs on the seats and there was still crumbs on the side of the seats. This was not a good experience whatsoever and to think I was considering getting a detail here, I cannot and will not.

Tipped the 2 kids $10 a piece before looking at what they did. They did great vaccumming...but the steering column, dash, and steering column didn't even looked wiped down. I understand theyre not supposed to wipe the seats. I was not given an air freshener. Wouldnt go back.

My visit to SoftWay was an exercise in utter disappointment. The exterior wash was the only thing done competently, which is a baseline standard that can be achieved anywhere. Beyond that, the service was pure negligence: the "vacuuming" was a joke, leaving crumbs under the mats, and the staff couldn't be bothered to wipe the dusty dashboard. They charge for detail and deliver nothing but hurried, lazy work; save your money.

I just spent $27 on a car wash here and they had no appreciation for their work literally just wipe my windows and rip me off and they didn’t even clean my tires correctly. This place sucks. I’m never coming back here again. I don’t know why it’s so busy every time I get this older guy he never does his job right I just waited 15 minutes for nothing honestly this place sucks you guys suck goodbye never coming back. They’re coming here since I was in high school which is a very long time. The inside wasn’t wiped at all and I see marks on the windows from not being wiped I feel so ripped off. Seriously go out of business!! i’ll also be making sure to be updating my reviews take care so disrespectful

Softway Carwash in Homer Glen did an absolutely incredible job detailing both of our cars—a Jeep Wrangler and a BMW X1. We brought them in after months of wear, full of pet hair and dirt, and they returned them looking (and smelling) brand new. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. On top of the quality of their work, the team was professional, accommodating, and worked with us on scheduling. I truly appreciate their effort and the level of service they provided. If you’re looking for a top-tier interior and exterior detail, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
