Overall a great experience. The wash was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a tough bird stain that took a couple of extra passes to fully remove. Other than that, everything worked smoothly and my car looked great afterward.

Not as good as it was when it first opened. We have three vehicles with monthly unlimited washes that we have canceled. The wash doesn’t clean as well as it once did and smells of rotten eggs when you enter. Most of the time several water jets aren’t even running and others don’t start until you’re past them. The smaller the vehicle the more missed spots…lots of missed spots… it does better for larger vehicles but it still couldn’t be called good.

I’ve been using Tommy’s for almost 3 years and it’s has always been good with the wash and drying off. But over the last 2 months the one on memorial has got crappy. Atleast half the vacuums have tape holding them together, the other half barely work. Now the brushes no longer swing and clean the front of the back of the car. It cleans the sides and top only. I’ve told the employees several times and they could care less. I’m paying for a carwash to wash the whole vehicle I should have to go home and another car wash just to wash the front and back of car. Whoever runs or owns this location should really fix the issues. I’ve also tried the one of old fort/franklin rd and that one does hardly work or dry off the car. I end up with water spots all over the car.

I have no idea what they have done to my truck but as you can see from the pictures this is the before and after the number one works the best wash they have to offer. And even though I am a subscription member I specifically go through the window to ask them to turn off the tire wet because what they call Tire wet is really a black gunky oil substance. But they did not turn off the tire wet and I had to come home and clean all that Gunk off my tires with chemical and a hard bristle brush then I had to recondition my tires so they would not be dry. Plus just look at all the gunk left on the fenders behind the wheel.

Love Tommy’s Car Wash! Keeping my car clean is important to me, so Tommy’s has become my go to spot. My car always comes out squeaky clean and the vacuums are great. I love that it’s locally owned and I love the conveyor belt through the car wash rather than the tire lanes in other car washes. Casper is there everytime I go through and he is always so nice, welcoming, and checks on me while vacuuming to see if I need anything.

Very time I come by after work it’s always closed around 7:30am and 8am I paid for this car wash because it was the only one that was open when I’m off work . But rethinking it honestly. Vacuums don’t work well at all car wash doesn’t really shine ur car like others around does . And ur paying the same price . Probably going back to club car wash again best in town .

This was my favorite car wash till I purchased a new car last summer. Took it to Tommy’s for the first wash. Machines scratched and marked car in multiple places. I contacted them twice. No one ever responded. Lost my business forever

Got their #2 car wash. When I got home we found the back of our vehicle was dirty. Returned, expecting them to make it right and was told they won't correct the problem because I'd left the lot. This would have been an easy fix, but rather than correct the poor work they chose to loose a customer forever.

I had the unlimited membership for 3 cars since 2022 until a month ago. Their cheapest wash membership went up 150%, from $20 to $30. I couldn't justify spending $90 in car washes, so I cancelled all three. Will be checking out other places with more economical wash options.

Tommy's has upped the prices of their packages and now are having issues. Last week went through the carwash and had a film on my back door window so had to go back through again as did my sister with her car. This week I have been twice and both times the carwash is closed. Definitely not getting my monies worth.

5 stars because of Haunted Wash at other location 😜 4.5 stars overall. Does a pretty good job for the membership cost. Employees are always nice. Casper checked in on my experience today while I was cleaning the interior.
