I’ve been coming to tommy’s express for a while now and they never disappoint! Today I came in and dylan was at the front desk, he very helpful and kind to me and my daughter. The vacuum did get clogged when we were vacuuming my seats and he uncloged the vacuum for me, I didn’t even have to ask him! Definitely will be coming back, the prices are way better here than silverstar.

I've enjoyed using the monthly membership to wash my car here. It keeps my car clean and shiny. The price seems reasonable with the unlimited times you can wash your car in a month and other various locations across the country. I like that they offer vacuums and the ability to wash your car mats here. The only downside is that the dryers are a little weak. My car usually still has water streaks on the side mirrors and back side.

Love Tommy’s car wash. Convenient and reasonably priced. Love the floor mat cleaner. Dylan was super friendly and professional! I wish the vacuums had a little more power like when they first opened but I’m sure over time they loose some power.

Not satisfied at all even after a second complimentary wash. Does a great job on the sides of the car. Other than that go somewhere else. I got the top treatment and its $21 with tax. For that price it should be spotless. I still have dirt on the back of the car, door handles, wheel wells, and bugs all over the front bumper. I drove back and said I still had dirt all over. They gave me a rehwash but not the same value. They gave me the cheapest wash they have. Still same exact dirt on the car. I would choose to go to somewhere else. Way too much money to still have a dirty car. Now the app is nice to just drive up and go but the wash itself is poor.

I love the vacuums they’re super convenient right after exiting the car wash. They reach all around the car, great suction power. The staff have always greeted me with smiles and are helpful with anything needed! Super friendly. The car wash is also very clean and well taken care of. Also free mat washers. How awesome is that!

Wow never thought a car was could impress. First time so I went to the cashier. They were super nice a day informative. Gave me a free month of washes. It seems like a really effective wash machine. They also guided me through installing the app and managing membership. And on return trips you can drive through a license plate scanner for access. Cool!
