We always wash our cars here and love it entirely. Today we couldn’t afford a wash so we just vacuumed. A team member approached us and asked how we were doing. He was so sweet and have us a free wash. 🥹

Don't take a dually here it will leave bugs on your bumpers and fenders then the staff will tell you they wont rewash if youre not a member and no refunds . Why would I buy a membership when it doesn't even do a good job washing my truck . Better off going to blue beacon at least they will get it clean .

The only automatic wash I will use. Even if my car is very filthy, this wash gets it's super squeaky clean. Of course pull into the vacuum cleaners and dry whatever the dryer missed. They even have a monthly subscription that pays itself in 2 washes. I hand wash my cars most of the time. However, if I need a quick option that will clean it just about as good as a hand wash. I'll go here!

I paid for their most expensive package (#1 Works). The wash process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced from any automatic car wash. I truly regretted my decision afterwards. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Not a good wash at all. I have been a member for awhile and I feel that each time I go the belts on the track go faster and faster.. doesn’t wash my vehicle properly anymore like it used to… dryers and vacuums are the worst

Car wash was okay, vacuums are horrible, they don't even get up the ground in dirt in the carpets. The detail kit machine in the stall i was at, didn't work, employee came by and said he'd send a kit out and apologized but no one ever came with the detail kit. Not impressed.

GO TO CRAZY CLEAN WASH ON EAST RIDGE. This is what my car looked like when we did the Best wash at Crazy Clean Car Wash on East Ridge. An amazing job with outstanding service.Got the “Best” wash. At Tommy’s I guess my expectations were too high. Might be good for a white vehicle but I had to spray and clean water spots off my whole candy-apple red truck after going through the wash. Cheap enough I guess, but would rather pay more and not have to come home and hand wash it.

this’s my first month with my membership and i have to admit is totally worth it! you wash your car three times in a month and you’re already paying for the membership! i think it also teaches you to take care of your car since you are paying for a membership, the cleanliness of my car is top tier and i care about its maintenance.

The monthly membership is worth the value. I love that after it rains i can run through the carwash again and not feel like my previous carwash was a waste. The dryer on university is better at getting alll the water spots but im thankful for the other locations

No compressed air at the vacuums, so I can’t blow all that leftover soapy water, which leaves lines on the car. Bugs kinda came offish. Running boards didn’t even get touched. Micro transactions at each vacuum lol. Just raise the price $5 and give every car a “cleaning kit” I’ve been to multiple car washes in different states that do this and I always go back. They just have towels and spray bottles of air freshener, glass and interior cleaners at each vacuum for use.. I won’t participate in micro transactions. Edit: it got none of the bugs off, zero, zilch.

It's OK. I just had to run it twice. The first time, it seemed like it wasn't rinsed correctly. The dryer doesn't work properly, and the vacuums are horrible. I hope it gets better next time I visit. Left my black car very spotty. Especially in the hood, I would have taken a picture but was trying to wipe it off fast.
