Tommy’s is first rate! The manager here is top notch as well. Customer is always first at Tommy’s! I would come by and check it out. Vacuums are real good as well. This is a really good car wash. Just get the unlimited!

The service is definitely a 5 star. The staffing is super nice and very resourceful. I was trying to figure out if I’d like to start getting my car washed there or at Mister right around the corner. The conversation I had on the phone with the Tommy’s staff sold me. The wash itself gets a 3 star. After going through, I still have some bugs on the front of my car, and the tunnel wash is kind of sloppy. My rims and tires weren’t very clean, and it’s visually obvious not just running a glove across the front. There’s a huge patch of road grime on my bumper that you can tell the machine hit, but barely got anything off. Lastly, the drying process is not very great either. Car was still super wet when I left the tunnel. After driving 20 minutes home I still had a considerable amount of water all over my car.

Tommy’s is a nice facility but never gets my wheels clean. I have The Works package and my rims stay dirty no matter how many times I go through. I always leave with bugs still on my front bumper as well. I used to use Twins (now Whistle Express) off Wickham and my rims and bumper were SPOTLESS every time. I had to cancel Tommy’s because it’s not worth paying almost $40 a month for dirty rims and bugs that will ruin my paint.

Subpar wash. The entire back of my suv was dirty. They must’ve ran out of tire shine because both back wheels didn’t have any one them. Also, no one assisted in guiding me onto the tracks. Seems like it has gone down hill since opening.

Firstly, the staff here is terrific. Nice young people, polite & hard working. The tunnel looks like a veejay, which is a terrific look & it blows really well. When you pull up it has 2 App lanes & one pay lane which told me straight away that this place is about selling subscriptions as a priority. A correct assumption, the mechanism cleans but not enough for FL & love bugs. Speaking of love bugs there are no brush stations for pre-scrub, which would be great if the system was good at removing FL bugs … it isn’t. Also the vacuums don’t have any suction. I drove a brand new vehicle in and it came out buggy. Focus here is subscriptions and up-selling products not cleaning your vehicle

Really nice and fast car wash I'm giving it 3 stars because they didn't really do that good of a job cleaning my rims and the vacuums weren't really that good. But hey it's free and so are the mat cleaners all in all for almost $30 bucks I was kind of bummed considering this is a brand new carwash.

Went in for the#3 super asked if I should bring the mirrors in and they said no. Beat the mirrors up both times, second time with mirrors in. We have a Lexus RX350 and the cashier said with the #3 it should take the bugs off, if it doesn't I could go thru again. The second run through was better but still didn't get all the bugs. I like the free vacuums !

Attached photos for objectivity. Free vacuums and mat cleaners. Wash went by super fast. Generally, an effective wash. The road tar and dust got knocked off easily and my rims look gen e tally cleaner than when i started. The harder, stuck on, stuff like bugs, bird poo, and saps are gonna require hand washing. like most auto wash places they dont concentrate enough on single spots to get hard stuck stuff in one pass.unless you wanna lose paint with high pressure washing. No surprises really except for the tailgate of my truck. Looks like it didn't get touched by any wash, sprayer, nor scrubber. This may be because of my hitch. Next go around will be without the hitch in place.

What a great place to stop for just a few minutes to get your vehicle washed. Sign up for the all you can wash deal on a monthly basis as it is worth every trip. I love stopping in to getting a quick but very awesome wash. Truck looks amazing every time I exit.

Do not go here at all !!!!!!! I have been coming here since they opened and they have been great until I went today. They are either trying to save water save on the chemicals or the machine is out of wack or needs service. When I went through the pulley system that pulls the vehicle through the car wash was on high speed it was a little unnerving being thrown about and rushed through at such a high speed the spinners that scrub the vehicle did not work. I paid for the works and there was nothing works about it none of the spray came out no liquid at all no spot free rinse no wax nothing the truck was not washed or rinsed when I came out there was still dirt on the truck and unrinsed soap all over the truck it looked like hell and not what I am used to from them. I came back through told them about it they did give me my money back but they did not care they asked me what was wrong I showed them and told them i said why don't you bring one of your own vehicles through to see like don't they check it out from time to time ? I was shocked because this is not what I am used to from them and they just didn't care maybe it's new management or just new kids that don't know but I definitely won't be going back and I don't suggest you do unless you want to wash your vehicle twice

We can’t thank these folks enough! My son LOVES car washes, he watches videos about Tommy’s and knows all the different specs of each kind of car wash. We frequently visit them and we visit them so much, I made us hats and name badges to wear so he can feel like he’s part of the team! The Tommy’s headquarters reached out to us via social media and sent us a merch box AND set up a tour at this location! My son got to see behind the scenes and even push some buttons and wave some cars into the tunnel (under supervision, of course). They spent so much time with us and let my son explore everything! A HUGE shoutout to Russell and the rest of the crew! Y’all made his dreams come true!

I recommend anyone that visit this place be extremely cautious if you go at all. I took my wife’s 2021 Ford Expedition for a quick wash while the kids were napping. The car wash was stopped while I was inside of it because of an issue and they came up and handed me the small tow hitch cover through the window and said it had fallen off. They turned the wash back on and when I exited to the vacuum area I noticed the bumper had been ripped off. They took down my information and took pictures and said they’d reach out in 24 hours. Now 24 hours later they say they’ve reviewed the camera footage and because of previous damage they are denying the claim. This vehicle has never been in an accident and had zero issues before I brought it there. There is now a crease and peeling paint I have to get fixed myself. Be careful when visiting this location!! They will destroy your car, blame it on you, and move on with their day.
