Horrible wash, basically totally wet after and nobody spraying front or rear prior to entry so all the bugs on the front and rear were still there!! Won’t return!

The front of the jeep never gets clean, you can get into 3 times in a row and is still dirty. Maybe is just with these cars. Vacuums are good, staff is very good and helpful. The only bad thing is that the machines doesn’t clean my car in the front where insects are like the winshield and front lights . When you go out the car is still very wet, you have to dry it with towel. And they charge you $5 for cleaning staff for the inside, you have to bring your own inside cleaner, towels, glass cleaner, and more. Maybe this place works better with other car brands.

I was told my cybertruck could not be washed here because it could catch on fire? I told them then why do you have it as an option in your app, also I never had any issues with my Model X washed it here many times and is the same purchase price as a cybertruck. Maybe it’s a political thing because Musk/Tesla Supported Trump not sure very strange… After receiving response from this review I went back for a second time to try to wash my cyber truck I was told again they would not wash it, that is says in the manual it would void the warranty, I ask to speak to manager she said she was the manager.

Nice car wash. I am a member of Tommy’s and is the only car wash. They’re really clean your car and everything works on it. Any other ones that I have visited the south floor is not working always is the best.

My experience here was brief and miserable. The car wash ripped off a piece of trim on my Toyota Land Cruiser, which isn’t even a huge deal. The car wash attendant kid ran out to me at the vacuum to bring the piece to me because I didn’t even notice but thanked him and asked for his manager. Kris, the GM came out. I showed him the damage and he immediately told me that if I’m going to complain about damage, they don’t fix any vehicles older than 2 years. He then told me that my car looked old while walking around it and said “it probably had the piece already hanging off.” I paid quite a lot of money for this truck 2 months ago and it had no damage. I asked to see the cameras and then he raised his voice saying I “can’t have a copy of the cameras” from inside the car wash, and ran over to my vehicle and took a picture of the license plate. I filed a police report with Lee County Sheriffs who were helpful and I’m waiting on “corporate” of Tommy’s Express to return my call. All I wanted was ab apology. 😞

Very disappointed with my experience at the Fort Myers location. After going through the wash, my car was still dirty. I went back later the same day and was told by the manager that they would not rewash it since I had already left the premises. She said, "that is the policy" and then added, “I don’t make the rules, the owner does.” Not only was the wash poor quality, but the customer service was dismissive.

Don't waste your money, it pushes your vehicle through to fast. 1st time through and half my door was still dirty, 2nd time through there was still soap on the tailgate. While I was drying it by hand, another guy told me he has to go through again. Not worth $26.

I would give 4 stars but these drive through car washes barely clean the freshly splattered bugs off your car. If they are a few days older forget about it. Why cant someone invent one of these that actually cleans your car!! I've tried all the local car washes and Tommy's is the best of them. With Mister being the worst.

Very Clean place. Everything works perfectly. Does a great job on my oversized truck. Also, The people that work there are awesome. They do a great job as well. They’re always doing something to help. No one is sitting around. Directing traffic, cleaning, helping, etc.

Very poor service, bugs and bird poop was not washed off. It was totally wet when I left, even had soap left on back end. I was a loyal customer since you opened but won't return. Customer service is terrible as well. I was hung up on. There is a great car wash less than 3 miles from your pine ridge location that will detail it for same price. They do a super job. ☹️

Wanted to try this place and glad I did. 8 bucks for an express wash with an air dryer There is a bucket with tire wash you can use before you drive through. Overall I’m happy with the wash. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying how much I loved this car wash. Unfortunately the young girl manager in the morning exhibits the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had downgraded my plan from the works to the quality. While reupgrading my plan back to the super I was charged for both. The manager was beyond rude. “I could refund one but since you messed it up I won’t”. So Tommy’s is essentially stealing. I have both the quality and super running at once on my 2 vehicles. Even if it was 100 percent my fault I’ve never heard of a business essentially stealing from their customers. How their management sees this as acceptable is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and go to the many other washes in the area.

Really ripped off by rude manager. My wife purchased a three month car wash as a Christmas present for January,February and March 2026. When the envelop was opened at the holidays we realized it was dated December 8th the day of the purchase. On January 5th I stop by ask for a change for loosing one month or a credit, I was told it not our policy it give refunds or credits, so said maybe I should protest the credit bill that when she got very upset and said you if you do that you will be ban from all Tommy’s. Returned to car and my wife said just forget and use the wash for the two remaining months and we drove thru the wash. The following week I tried to use the car wash and was told my account was closed because I said I going to protest the credit card,I said but didn’t. That was when she said you never should have never you were going to protest the card said and you are no longer have use of the car wash here no money back. Now over the credit card policy to protest so I’m out $140 for one wash. Never been treated this poorly in 35 years of doing business anywhere
