I purchased a new vehicle in June 2023, so I purchased a membership here. Shortly after, the screen that told you to put it in neutral broke. No problem. But I came every Friday and things got worse each week. My car came out dirty, the vacuums had minimal pressure, and the screens that told you to put it in neutral never got fixed. I moved out of the county and have no car washes in my area. I tried to give them a try again today, and not only did my car come out still dirty for a $20 wash, the screen was STILL not fixed. Even more, the “traffic lights” that tell you when to put it in drive after the wash is done were now also broken. The vacuums still weren’t working correctly. I asked to go through the wash a second time, which I normally wouldn’t do. But because I paid $20 and my car was still filthy, I did. It came out the second time still dirty. They do bare minimum for maximum profit. I’ll never be back.

So they have no of knowing if a vehicle is too large for the wash until it is about to enter so everyone has to back up so the truck can get out. Total cluster. Ran out of towels to dry so you have to cough up $5 for a detail kit. It's barely noon on a Friday.

Prices are too high for the service I get. I know, I could go to another car wash, but this one maybe the closest one home, still a bit far away. So, I rarely go there, I may go to one of those wash it yourself places. The linear path in the car wash tunnel is set for big wide cars , even that mine is a medium size vehicle, every time I go there I have to pass it two or three times to get it all clean, each time only one side gets all the spinning brushes close enough to clean the car. At the end,the blower never completely dries the back of the car, and I have to wipe it out with a towel to get it dry. Maybe is the blower setup or the conveyor speed is too fast. Update January 2026: Previously, I was asked to talk to a manager, but I didn’t because I’m not looking for free stuff, I just want to have good service for what I’m paying for. So, I went back a couple times for a car wash, and it has not change a bit, again run it twice to get it clean, and every time it comes out wet. They added drying sheets boxes by the vacuum stations, but they’re all empty no restocking. So, it’s more expensive and the same low quality service.

I selected the top monthly subscription and over the past 3-4 months my car has not been cleaned multiple times. After todays visit have finally canceled the subscription as nothing seems to be getting fixed at this location.

The machines pulled my bumper off my car, but that wasn't the worst. The managers and customer service were absolutely the worst. he managers and customer service are terrible.

Very disappointed and Never go to this car wash almost all the vacuum cleanings are broken and the washer do not wash my car I purchased a wash ultimate it supposed to clean and wash the entire car and dry the car it do not do it and is supposed to wash the wheels very well and make the entire car shine with no marks of dirt or water and the wheels dry it did not do it I spent my $12 dollars on washing my car for this place and this machine do not wash my car . Is better wash your car in your own home don’t waisted your money coming to these place. Terrible business terrible car wash and more…..

Zakeria was extremely nice and respectful! She signed me up for a membership and was very pleasant to talk to. She told me she was the assistant manager and if I do say so myself nobody deserves that position more than her!

This location is struggling to maintain quality service. After three years I had to finally cancel my membership. The carpet machine was MIA, “half the brushes aren’t working,” and the screen when you first enter the tunnel was broken for months. The vacuums are constantly jammed. How could they still charge full price?

Blonde rude guy Tommy claimed he was a manager refused to give me refund after going through 2x, their machines do not touch the front bumper, or the side of the car. I was wiping the dirt off with my fingers. Tommy was very rude claimed that it was not their problem, even though there’s a big sign that says not happy to be let us know! Will never come back here machines are one things but customer service was terrible.

Do not go to this location. Hardly any of the bird poop was removed when I paid for the ultimate wash, I also saw no rainbow suds as advertised. 6/7 vacuums I tried also had zero suction. I finally found one that actually worked. Save your money and go to a different car wash location

Love the efficiency and the clean from Tommy Express usually ! However, this location’s employees closed down 15 minutes early. If that is the case change your hours on here so people don’t make a 15 minute extra drive after work to come to the facility!

I've been through this wash fifty THOUSAND times and I've always had auto hold on. Then when there's about to be an accident, she blamed us and my car. Today I went through it, NO auto hold and the conveyer belt still held my car. I had to put my car in gear and punch the gas to get off the belt before I got rear ended. It doesn't do any good to say anything to the manager. She acts like I'm taking money out of her wallet. When the Blue wave car wash opens in Buckingham, I'm going there and dropping my membership at Tommy's.

This car wash is great, free vacuum, free floor mat cleaning. The best part is the subscription service, you pay 1 flat fee, that is billed monthly comes straight out of your account, and you can run thru the car wash 2 times a day if you wanted to. I have to drive by dailey, so it was a no brainer for me, my vehicle is always clean inside and out now. The kids love helping me vacuum , this is the only time I can get them to clean anything soooooo that's good.

Called ahead of time to see if my dually ford truck with utility bed could get washed at this location. He explained that as long as the wheel or axles weren’t modified and the it was less than 96” wide. After waiting in line for 30mins, I was told by an employee they could not do allow my truck in.

I can’t believe I paid $26 for this. The lady asked if I’ve been a member before I told her yes, she then asked if I wanted to re-up I said I had to make sure my other vehicle would fit. I’m sure glad I didn’t . Yes the rest of the truck looks great but cmon it didn’t even touch the tailgate.

The machine doesn’t really get small cars very well. If the car is slightly off center of the conveyor belt you might have most of one side almost missed by the brushes. I’ve had to go through a few times to get dirt off one of my doors sadly: but that’s my only gripe. Super convenient and decently priced

Went to their Halloween Carwash Haunted House with my 2 kids and my mom she's 83. We had a blast. The staff was so awesome and they really made the experience. I couldn't stop laughing. We went at night time. The car wash had a light shot, spooky music and all that fun stuff. They even cleaned my car and all for $25! They will definitely see me next year.

Worse experience ever. I came back and renewed my membership at the location due to the app not allowing me too. Then I wash my 2017 GMC Denali Terrain and my rear driver side hatch light lens flys off. I noticed a few hours later after I went and made a purchase and put something in my trunk. I immediately called the car wash and they found it. I went to the location to find a solution. No manager on site and she was off till Sunday. No problem, so I called on Sunday to be told by Sheila (Sorry if name is spelled incorrectly) that she’s needed till Thursday to view videos and that she would call me. Thursday came never called me at all. I called at 1pm and 6:27pm today 2-19-26. To be told that she’s in an interview and the second time that she will call me on Friday. Not very professional at all. She could have called and said she was tied up or hey can I call you tomorrow on your matter. I show up Thursday around 7:20pm and spoke with the manager on site Brian. Which he handled everything great and is a great person. He calls Sheila the manager and she said we are denying the claim because my light flew off in the blower area. So that basically is like the wind on the road and it would have fallen off still. Mind you I’ve driven this suv for over a year now since purchased with not one issue of parts flying off. She said the only thing we are going to do is give you a refund for the month you paid. I told her that’s not going to fix my light that cost about $150. It was constant back and forth over Brian’s phone. So I said no worries I will file a civil case against you guys. Then Brian was nice enough to give me another free month. This is still not fixing my light that has light bulbs exposed. So now I’m left with having to fix my light and having to go after them for my light in court. Please pay attention to your vehicles when washing here or don’t come at all.
