I think it is a new one, so everything works perfectly. In July 2025, the cheapest wash is $8, and $4 for each step up. I was very happy with the $12.

Awesome carwash, great prices only thing that felt strange was as you drive through their camera system takes a picture of your license plate and asks you to confirm it. I didn't like this feeling. Not sure I'll be coming back.

BEWARE this place is crooked. I don’t know why I went back because I had this problem once before, but I went back to get my car washed and when I pulled up the arm lifted up. I then flagged down the girl sitting at the desk and she told me I had a one month subscription which I did not sign up for. I had gone there a week and a half before and purchased a single wash which the machine failed to give me a receipt for even though I asked for it. I once again asked the people for a receipt and they told me they couldn’t provide me one. The machine must’ve been out of paper . This is how they get you and when you try to get your money back, they tell you you can’t and they tell you you signed up for the monthly service and you have to wait until that month expires. this is how they cover their butt. They don’t provide you with a receipt so you have no idea of what you purchased even though I know I purchased a single wash and not a monthly pass. I am in the middle of contacting the authorities to have these people investigated. I’ll update this post when I know more until then do not trust these people may have quite the gimmick going. If you have been through the same thing with these people, I urge you to post a review and get them held accountable for their crooked ways.

I have been coming to this car wash for a couple years now, and very happy with the service I receive. The staff members are really courteous and kind, always greeting me with a smile. I know this is not a 5 star Carwash but the customer service along with the convenient wash make it that. Hope this helps someone looking for a decent, quick and easy wash. The membership prices are hard to beat, so I encourage you to join. Mine is less than a dollar a day!!! Big shot out to John for encouraging excellence from his staff.

Used to do business here a year ago since it was conveniently nearby and would come in 2-3 times a month and even purchased a basic membership. Noticed a few scratch on my body paint and well aware of their policy about not being responsible for any damages for the customer. The deal breaker for me was that I am now forced to purchase the premium option for the drive thru to dry my car which should be the very basic hence the “car wash”. Will NOT recommend this place

I've been coming here for a few years because of it's proximity and price. Their top off the line car wash which they call the "royale" was $14 and now suddenly jumped to $18. That's unacceptable. For an extra 5 bucks I can get i full service car wash. Sad to go. But $18 is outrageous. Specially when it increases $4 dollars overnight.

I was at TKC place Friday (5/23) went thru the SUV washing machines after I got out parked the space looking my back door was not cleaned.i have appointment at downtown I just left. It’s third time happen with that place. Last time they lay me go through it again. Employees are not friendly at all. I’m definitely not recommend.

I have been coming here for over a year, and they used to be decent at cleaning my car. I paid $18 for the Royale wash, and my car still had a ton of dirt and stains on it, and the top wasn't cleaned at all. That is unacceptable to me. I will not be coming back again.

Went today to try out the closest express wash to my house! It was $12.00 for the top tier wash and all the machines were new and working perfect. It got my SUV cleaned after a layer of summer grime for about a month. The vacuums worked very well and then I was off to finish my errands!

Tried to pay with my card wouldn't read it and the tap wasn't working. So I pressed the help button they have there twice no one came out. Couldn't just drive out luckliy I had cash. Never going there again.

I normally do not write a review, but must inform this to any potential customer. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY COVERAGES FOR THE DAMAGES FROM THIS FACILITY. Worst customer service ever. My tire valve got stuck in the lane and broke. As a consequence, my tire got completely inflated as shown in the picture. Spoke to couple employees there and they came back with an answer that the owner will not do anything about it. He even blamed me that I were falsely charging him with broken tire saying “the tire was already damaged before you got the car wash” without even checking the footage or anything. Extremely disappointed and will never go back.

This place advertises that it opens at 7:30am .The employees are clearly there every morning but they won’t move the cones and actually let cars in till about 8:30 am . I’m curious as to what management will respond to this if they even will? I would definitely like for you to look into this matter considering you guys never open at 7:30 am . I am located just a couple blocks from your business and on my days off of work I go bright and early and have never been able to get my car washed in the early am….

Been to other car washes that cost about the same but gets the job done much better. After the $14 Holiday wash, I still had tons of water stuck on my car. I'll still come back, but only out of convenience since it's so close to my work.

Booty, the wash was the Royale @ 18$. Fastest car wash we've ever been through, literally just wet the truck and gave us a towel to push the dirt around. Better off just washing it yourself in a stall for half the price.

Always had a great experience, love the convenience even though the keep raising the price. One issue is that within the last week , they have cut the amount of soap use to clean the vehicles. If you get the $9 wash, they use next to no soap and it doesnt clean the vehicle sufficienly. They need to fix this!! They will lose customers.!!

use: “I visited TLC Express Auto Wash on Artesia Blvd and overall had a pretty good experience. The automatic wash is fast and convenient, and the vacuums work well for a quick clean. It seems especially worth it if you get their membership plan. Some people feel the cleaning could be a bit better on tougher dirt, but for everyday use it’s a solid and affordable option.”
