The service was absolutely terrible, they did not clean my car good, I had to clean it MYSELF when I got home. I payed for the complete service, keyword complete, it was around $30. Also, when I got back to my car after the wash there was a CD in the CD player that was NOT in there before (I know what music I was listening to before), now you may think, “oh that’s not that bad?”, well it is pretty bad when he music is blasting at 50 volume which is not the volume I had before. All in all this car wash was disappointing for the price, I wouldn’t come here again.

The packages are all different, price range is good, the workers there are very reliable and friendly. Great work ethics and when given the chance nice conversationalist. They will treat your car like a newborn baby.

Updated review: a few days ago, this place appeared to be permanently closed. I had driven by a several times over last few weeks during times when it “should” have be open but the gates were closed. No activity at all. Yesterday when I drove by, everything seemed to be back to normal. I’m grateful for that!

Been going here for years, before the current management and this was the last time I'm going to this place. Had the bad luck to be behind a problem customer that wanted her van looking like it came off the dealer lot. Five cars or more go in for wash in the next lane, I ask the manager to allow me to leave and to back up the car back just a little in the middle so I can drive out. He says there is a problem customer in front of me, I responded I know, I saw her, but why don't you have another guy get this lady's car done and moving. He says no I can't have 2 guys work on 1 car. So he goes to move the car in the middle and moves up. I asked him to move, he says wait and to give him back his green ticket. I had to wait for them to finally move the lady's van up. I get it, it's a business and getting 5 cars in to wash is more income than 1 car. But where is the customer service, no apologies for the delay. I knew it wasn't his fault, but that is not the way to run a business by mistreating customers. The time before that I was there on weekday and it took long too, they weren't busy and my car sat for like 10 minutes with no one working on it after it came out of the wash.

I've been going here for yrs. I really enjoy how friendly the workers are. They do a pretty good job. But the customer service brings me back. I go at 8am so, maybe cause their fresh to staart the day and haven't had a bad day yet. Lol

The manager was very rude to me--he insulted me. Plus he is very dishonest because I caught him in a lie. You can NOT trust the manager because he is shady. After I got my vehicle washed, the manager leaned against my car and acted as though he owned it--not even apologizing to me for his actions. Then I go there again and he lied to me about the prices and he even called me a liar. As a result, he had hos workers NOT do both the interior and exterior of my car even though I paid full price for the service. I did not asked for a refund, because I was scared the manager will physically assault me. So I left without any refund. I did file a complaint with Consumer's Affair against Bel Comp Carwash and it's manager. The way the Manager treated me both times were wrong--he had no right to treat me the way he did and to keep my money if he was not going to provide any service to me . . .

Went in with a dirty car. Came out with a dirty car! I paid $33 for the Deluxe wash. Left my car with water spots, dirt on the fenders. Asked Cherry smell, I don’t know what they sprayed cause it definitely was not Cherry. Smell made me sick to my stomach as I got in the car. To top it off, one of my rims was scratch as they went to drive it into the wash. Caused a flat tire. Owner walked around like he didn’t care. No one took responsibility for the flat tire. I forced them to put air in the tire and drove to the nearest tire shop. Will never go back.

This place does a Good Job on my SUV. I always ask for "ALEXIO". He does a Really Good Job everytime. EVERYONE is Very Friendly there. Prices are reasonable. I plan to return. Been going to this place for years. God Bless You All ✝️.

I paid for my car to be washed. I paid 25.99 for a basic car wash. They don't even wipe down the inside of your car. If you want them to do that... it costs an extra $5. What a rip off. The service was so much better before. I've been coming here for 20 years. Never coming back. Would rather drive an extra few miles for better service than this.

I do not suggest coming here! They do not clean the car properly! They did not vacuum my car even after paying for it, they said to return but that's not how a car wash works! Don't waste your time here!

Took my lifted truck and wow. Their attention to detail is awesome. My truck is only 2 months old. But it was cleaner and shinnier than when I drove it off the lot. Looks like I found a new car wash. I'm tired of the other automated car washes in the bellflower area. This place takes their time and seems like the guys here take pride in what they do. Noticed most of the staff is in there 40 to 50 year old age. But they do it better. Deffinantly going back again.

If I could give no stars I would do so. They finished washing my car and I have to ask them to wipe it down and vacuum it cuz it look like they didn't even do that. They said they were done with it I look again there was still so much dirt underneath the mats like they didn't even move them. I called the number and it's disconnected. Never coming back here again

Hard working. Detail oriented. I brought my C7 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Z07 here and they immediately recognized it would not fit on the track. It's too wide and too low. They handwashed it. Waxed it. And gave me a free car wash. Make sure you tip these people WELL! They are putting themselves through it to get your baby just right.

If I could give this place no stars I would! Went today to get my car cleaned they left it just as dirty! I paid 19 dollars and 5 dollar tip for a dirty car! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

cheap for the service but they take forever, not that great of a wash either, when they run it down the track it barely gets anything off. i would have rather paid $50 and gotten out of there quicker. dirty facility and it smells like piss outside.
