Yes I just went and I was charged 20.00 dollars that was the most expensive car wash I could of gone and God a monthly card for 15.00 dollars at a drive through carwash but I thought it was cheaper to do it myself and the guy that was there he saw me and that my vehicle was stolen he called the police that another issue I have with that carwash they assume and judge without knowing the true facts but the ones that really do bad are his friends

The nozzle that is supposed to dispose things like the bug remover or tire cleaner shoots out small bursts of it every few seconds so you're not getting any value out of it. The pressure hose wand also takes forever to switch from one thing to another as switching it from soap to rinse had it still spraying soap until another few bucks worth of time was ticked onto the total. With how long things take, barely just got to soap and rinse and nearly paid $20. Would rather have taken to a normal car wash.

I was only supposed to be charged $20 in $0.01 and I was charged $39 instead and this is after the pre-op fell off so my company won't even reimburse me for the car wash because it's over $20 I need my money back at least whatever was over the $20 in $0.01 who do I contact because I can't zero out to speak to an operator or attendant and it's hard for me to get down there occasionally I am in that direction for work but it's out of the way and I don't have enough time can you please help me with this issue or do I have to file a dispute with my bank? Other than that the actual washing experience was top-notch but I don't appreciate being charged almost $40 for the car wash and having to eat it because my work won't reimburse me. 9/25/24 Thank you for getting back to me regarding this matter. I will give you a call as soon as I am able to resolve the issue. AGAIN, thank you for responding so quickly to my issue!! 9/25/24 Very impressed with the resolution.!! It's been a long time since I've had such personal customer service in a very positive way. This business owner reimbursed me $19 which I thought was the overage I was being charged but in fact it was my time after 20 minutes had ended and I swipe my card again thinking it was just verifying in the same session like the other car washes do but I was booking another 20 more minutes of car wash or another $19 so any either case he's still credited me that money with no problems and was willing to help in any way and you just don't get that anymore with a lot of companies so I didn't expect this positive outcome or for it to be so easy so I think you so much and really appreciate it and I'll be back to use the car wash services. Again thank you for such great customer service and resolution.

It is so clean here! The self car wash is well lit and well maintained. The laundromat was nice too! When you walk in, the washing machines are literally sparkling. And so was the kind and helpful attendant Sandy!! Shout-out to Sandy, thank you for being so welcoming!!

This car wash charged me $20 while the service was only $5. They promised to refund the difference within 24 hours but never did. This is a scam and very unprofessional.

Disappointing experience at this car wash. They won't tell you the price until you're done, and then it's $21 for just 15 minutes! The vacuum was weak and the hose brush leaked soap everywhere. Not worth the money. Transparency about pricing upfront would've been appreciated. According to the imformacion on the machine I should of been charge 15 or 16 dollars which still higher than the competitors. (By the way I made sure I pressed the button that stopped the timer) Definitely won't be back."

Customer service at the Tempe location is not answering. Very bad service. I made an $11 purchase and the machine didn't start. I tried to contact them and they didn't answer.

Every time I come here to do my laundry I get this terribly nasty look from the same attendant. Not sure what that's about. Also, she tried blaming me for a water leak from one of the machines. She claimed that I allowed my clothes to get stuck in the washer door. Definitely not what happened. I tried pointing it out but she ignored me. Other than this specific worker, my experience has been neutral.
