My car is spotless after running thru wash. The small drying towels are a plus. The vacuum systems work well. The staff is nice. Highly recommend this place

Short version: I went last week and there was a back up in the wash tunnel. (Front car error or machine error I don’t know.) The 2 year old employee had me go through too close (1/2 car length) and I ended up being pushed into the car in front of me because the rollers underneath my wheels were pushing me forward. The employee working the machine finally realized there was an issue and stopped the machine, but I was standing on my brakes to keep from continuously rear-ending the car in front, with the rollers being forced beneath my tires and pushing forward for several cycles. There was no damage to the car in front of me (we spoke in the lot and the driver was wonderful) but no mgr came out to check on anything. Awful experience. No follow up. Will not return.

Fast, Kept, Included-amenities. Along with your chosen wash you have the added services of window cleaner, rags, blowing air, floor mat cleaning and vacuuming. The covered parking port makes cleaning in most weather conditions ammendable.

Wonderful employees! It's nice to come to a business and have the standard that they do. Anthonio Is always smiling and so polite. The young employees they have out at the Cane Bay time to shine our stellar! I have used other car wash services and as they get busier, they tend to use less product and the car goes through a lot faster. Turn your car still is dirty by the time you get through the wash. So far, I have never had any problem at this Time To Shine Car Wash.

Worst one ive been too. Didn't wash any of the dirt off even thou just washed my car yesterday at a different location, didnt rinse half the suds off, didnt dry off any other water. Left with car looking worse then when it entered due to water marks and dried soap

I went to this place today because my usual was out of order. $25. I would love to post the pics of my car after it was done. The back is still dirty. Dirty wheel wells. So disgusted. Left a funny film on my paint too. Never returning to this dump.

My first time there in Summerville, SC it ripped off my spare tire cover and destroyed it. As I can barely pull it off your car wash did. Very disappointed!

Came to get a quick car wash to remove some pollen but ended up getting more of a problem with soap that was left on and sun dried onto my car. Upon returning after noticing, there was no fix except to pay to try the wash again. Still, thereafter, there was caked on dried soap on the hood and windows. If you want inconsistent washes, this is the place.

I’m a regular customer who visits your wash almost every day. On August 3rd, I returned for a second wash due to a strong odor on my vehicle from what I believe was contact with a dead animal or something similar. When I politely asked Andrew if I could go through the wash again, he refused and claimed that my car was leaking oil. I explained that my vehicle is newer, had just been serviced the day before, and showed no signs of a leak or burning oil smell. His response felt more like an excuse than a legitimate concern. I then asked him for a phone number to speak with someone about the issue. He told me to “Google it” or find it “on the door,” instead of simply providing it to me—even though he was standing right there. I found this dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve since returned to my dealership, Honda, where they confirmed there are no oil leaks or mechanical issues with my vehicle. In fact, they told me there is nothing wrong with the car and that the employee likely didn’t know what he was talking about. The next day, I was able to wash the car again, and the odor was gone. I want to make it clear that Ericka has always been wonderful. She helped me previously in a similar situation without any problem, and I appreciate her professionalism and customer service. That said, I’m now considering canceling my membership or possibly driving farther to the Goose Creek location where the former manager of this site now works. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness—not dismissed or lied to. Thank you for your time, and I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately.

We just moved here. I'm trying to duplicate or exceed the fine car wash we had in Moundsville, West Virginia. Wash Rite Express. I think I found a winner in time to shine car wash. Easy path to an excellent looking car, inside and out.

I think they need to go to a 2 car family discount; 2 cars for one price, whereby you can only wash one of the cars a day for that price within a week. A 50.00 wash is still 25.00 per car with limitations, and once a week is about 5.00 a week. Thank you very much.

Been a customer here since it opened as a time to shine and enjoyed my experience. But now that they switched over to white water, half of the vacuum bays are blocked off and there are no glass cleaner spray bottles at any station anymore.

My go to place for car washes and cleaning of my vehicle. Easy to go through and my vehicle is ready for another few days of what the area throws at it. Dirt, Pollen, road slime. The vacuums and wipe rags help keep it that way also.

i have been coming here since it opened. it’s convenient for me as it is right next to my house. i went on saturday 11/22/25 around 8ish in the morning. i have a pass for the wash but they told me it was expired so i paid for the most basic wash. they let me in and i wait a good 30 seconds as another car is going in before me. the worker who seems to be about 16 years old puts the sign up to let me know i am good to enter the wash. i put my car in neutral as you are supposed to and my car wash begins. now usually when your in a car wash you don’t really have a sense of urgency or precaution as the wash is controlling your car while it is in neutral. because of this i decided to take the sticker off that they give you when you purchase a membership since i mentioned it was expired and out of no where my car almost hit the car in front of me causing panic. the worker stands there like nothing is wrong and then after 40 seconds he tells me to back up. at this point i’m in shock because this has never happened before and i had my car in neutral like you are supposed to with my foot off the breaks. so i listen to the boy and back up and he proceeds to just stand there as if a huge accident didn’t almost happen in there. mind you there was an suv behind me when if first got there who was still waiting to enter meaning he probably told me to go in too soon. i put my window and yell at him to come over in frustration because if i were a worker i would inform the driver whether or not there is damage. i asked if there was damage and he said no. i asked him again why that happened and he just walked away to click some buttons on a screen and then guide me to go back in again. this time everything was fine and i went through with no issue. anyways i think he didn’t not wait long enough for the other car to get a little ahead of me in the car wash or im not sure what happened but that is a huge liability and could’ve caused a huge accident. he knew he did something wrong because he had a panicked look to his face. the other car and i are very lucky nothing happened but who knows when this could actually happen to other people. please be careful going to this car wash!

Zero care from the managers. Truck has 50 miles on it and the crash broke the mirror. He states Toyota will replace it. They didn’t even stop the car wash so the car behind me rolled over the mirror. Avoid these guys.
