Excellent service here. Every employee is ready to assist you as soon as possible. Staff is completely understanding and NOT judgmental at all. My car was a mess and they just worked right around my personal things while cleaning as much surface as they could. This was my first time stopping by here, and I was completely astonished. And the seating / waiting area smells so good and very air conditioned. Nice places to sit while you wait for them to service your vehicle. :) very satisfied with this place!

This was one of my favorite places until my last visit. They kinda broke my car hit a button that shut down my whole system. I guess they did that when they were cleaning it. I drive a 2024 Dodge Hornet brand new car. Less than 10,000 miles and when they gave me my car back told me it was ready. It would not move. Every light lit up in my car like Christmas lights and the Supervisor tried to tell me that. Maybe I’m having electrical issues if it wasn’t for my sister being there and googling YouTube. I would of had my car towed. The lights lit up in my car like Christmas lights. And the Supervisor just went to clean and wiped down other cars, he insinuated that they did nothing, and sometimes things can happen with your car. Any spare moment. I was stuck there for two hours before we figure it out that they shut my system down when he was wiping down in my car.

If I could, I'd give this establishment a 3.5 put of 5. I usually wash my own truck, but when pressed for time or just feel lazy, I usually swing by for the $20 wash. Most times, it's okay, and some times I have to point out spots they missed. (And it always surprises me how obvious some of the things they miss are.) But today, I was curious about a "deeper" cleaning for the interior and was told they had a $89 wash that included the exterior that would take approximately 60 to 75 minutes. I thought I'd give it a shot. While it was a good wash, I still can't believe I see things like in the attached photos. C'mon guys! It's a $90 wash + tip. I saw the guys working on my truck for over an hour. It's not like you guys were swamped when I was there. I can maybe understand this happening on one of the quick washes on a crazy busy day. But on a vehicle you had for that long on a slow day? Normally, I would've brought it up while I was still there, but I'd been there long enough and needed to get going. And honestly, I just didn't expected to find dead bugs still on my windshield. I didn't notice any of this until I got home. These things are easy to address with employees. They're fixable things.

I pull up and ask for the most basic wash, but still spending what I thought would be $30, I could/should have done it myself. When I pulled up Hannah or Hailey (I can't remember) talked me into $15 for the same wash I was requesting. I ask her what the "fine print" is...she says there isn't any catch. She proceeds to take my card and says it will be charged again next month for $15 again. I question her and tell her I literally just asked what the catch was and she says"oh, maybe I'm explaining it wrong". Yeah she totally did not explain it correctly. I told her it is a great deal, just explain it correctly and it would have been fine. She did offer to cancel at that time, but again it was actually a great deal(at that moment) While waiting inside I hear the lady at the register explaining it to someone else and she say FOR TWO MONTHS it will be $15 and then will increase after that! Please retrain your staff on this subscription and details and how to explain it to customers. I will be cancelling after two months. When getting in the car I noticed the carpet was not vacuumed correctly and there was still work that could have been done.

I was hesitant to go because of the current rating, but since it was close to my job, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the car was still dirty, as you can see in the pictures.

I got my car detailed here just over a week ago and the car still looks amazing. The price was fair and it didn't go up due to the state of my car. Jordan gave me a quote which was very accurate and fit my budget and needs. I have a dog care business and 5 of my own dogs so I transport dogs a lot. There was a lot of hair, mud, and slobber in the car. I did get a quote and with the pet hair removal add on it was only $200 to clean the entire car and remove the pet hair. [$25 additional for the pet hair removal] They also promised, due to the amount of hair, 80%-90% of the hair would be removed from the car but it was more like 98%! I was very impressed with how clean they were able to get the car, the stains on my seats, hair, and dirt out of the carpets, and slobber off the windows/walls of the inside. I wish I took before photos but I didn't. Here is the afters though! Just to add, my car had not been cleaned by any extent since January 2021, so almost 2 years!

Not a good experience. This was my first time trying this place. Staff was friendly. But after getting my car back, I realized the $119.00 package was about $100 too much. They didn’t even wipe the dash down. Not once. In the pics I wiped with my finger to show how much they didn’t do. Sad to see local businesses do this type of work. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend them.

There was a remarkable change in the customer service since the last time I visited. This was my first service for our new car. The initial greeting ordering was clinical with zero friendliness. The person at the register didn't look up at all, though she did say thank you. The car looked great with the exception of the cup holder. I have been here many times and I am sure that this is a minor blip as their service has always been top notch, that's why a 4 instead of 3. Last point, I received a text saying my car was finished but they were still working on it. Slight miscommunication.

I was hesitant to bring my car here based on the large number of negative reviews, but I decided to give them a chance. The staff was very friendly and walked me through the different options. I got the "Super Clean" Detail service. The price was reasonable and I am VERY happy with the results. I will return in the future.

I went to the wash tub this morning & got the wash tub special. When they said my car was ready it was returned not vacuumed, trash still on the door, and none of the surfaces on the inside wiped down. When I asked if it had been vacuumed the man huffed and said he’d “re vacuum” it. Still returned without the seats or back seat vacuumed. I used to go all the time getting my car back in great condition. It’s really gone downhill in the last year.

Ismael is an awesome guy, Michele at the front desk was also really nice! They made sure I left happy with the detailing on my car. Ismael did some touch ups after my car had been washed. Will definitely re-visit. I had the ultimate wash done. They also have a waiting area. con: they have a policy of no interior roof cleaning.

I have a Chevy Trax SUV. I went to Wash Tub today for the first time. I paid for a detail, thought it was a great price compared to other places and still do. Manager Miguel was great during the process answering any questions that I had. But, I have to give big Kudos to the detailer Demetreus P. This young man worked tiresly by himself on my car for a couple of hours. The man and his attention to his work and detail was beyond outstanding. He looked over it several times, he removed all contents and put them to the side to give the car an outstanding clean detail. When putting the stuff back in the car, he even put the dog hammock in a plastic bag...saying it had dog hair on it and he did not want it to get on my now clean seats. He was so proud showing off the inside cleaning job and how good it smelled. I thanked him, gave him a gratitude gesture and the young man hugged me, said thank you and his pride in his work warmed my heart. He even said God Bless and we exchanged names I told him that now it looks better then when I bought and I will drive it with pride and I do. Thank you Demetreus for the outstanding job, for the smile and making my day a little brighter. You are an outstanding young man and should be proud of yourself and your work, always carry your head high. God bless. Wash Tub, this man deserves praise.

Relatively new to the 512, I have been searching for a good full service car wash. The wash tub car wash in Round Rock is not good, it’s Great! This is a well run facility and the wash team is second to none. My humble opinion is the they are the best. The facility manager is hands on and very involved with the operation and inspecting each car before flagging its own. I am a fan and you will be too. The wash tub is my new go to carwash.

I really enjoy coming here to wash my car — the staff is always friendly and welcoming. But Ginny truly stands out. She’s the definition of great customer service: warm, upbeat, and clearly passionate about what she does. If you have an issue she resolves it! She makes the wait feel like a treat, not a chore, and effortlessly shares extras like candles and coupon books without it ever feeling like a sales pitch. I always look forward to chatting with her. The Wash Tub truly has a gem in Ginny.

The first time I took my car here, and got a full exterior ceramic detail and interior detail, it was AMAZING! They had made my 5 year old car looked like it was brand new! This recent visit today, I'm sorry to say was the worst $438 for a detail that I've ever spent. The outside looked as if they only sent it through the automatic car wash and wiped the wheels down. You'd think that if I had paid for the full clay bar and wax, that the bug splatter all over the front bumper, hood, windows and mirrors would be taken care of by the polisher. Door jambs? Nope. Under hood (frunk of my Model S) didn't even get touched as if they never opened it. Not even vacuum. Now we move to the interior. Yeah, they wiped it down, but a DETAIL? far from it. Now it looks like it's fully detailed because I had to spend another 1.5 hours at home, cleaning up everything they missed. Oh, and when I asked why they never even touched the headliner, I was told they don't have anything to clean headliners. Seems like a gap in products and knowledge for a $400+ detail. I really wished I had the same experience as my past visits, but seeing how I'm not the only one in recent that is disappointed in the expensive "detail" I will have to find a new place for my full vehicle details. $170+ and 1.5 hours wait time for the worst detailing I've ever seen. This is the second time I gave them a chance, and it'll be the last. After they were done I easily wiped smudges and old makeup off with my finger, meaning they didn't even bother running a cloth across things. Bird poop still stuck on the outside after they washed it. Just really lazy service. I guess they rinsed the car exterior and then touched a couple spots with an ArmorAll rag and called it a day. Recommend not coming here.
