If you want a half ass $34.99 car wash this is the place to go. Went here before a couple years ago and they did a decent job on my car wash and interior. Went back today because I had went to the coast and needed a good wash. I already knew that they weren't going to clean it good but I was in the area and thought I'd try. I am back at home vacuuming the remaining sand on my floor boards, my dash and gear shifter area is still the same as I had brought it in, my cup holder had what looked like melted icecream or coffee in it ( I don't drink coffee nor ate ice cream) and the outside still has bugs and dirty areas that was not cleaned well. Wasted my money! I coulda just went to a $10 automatic car wash... Never going back ever again.. The only thing good was their customer service.

I’ve gone here several times and each time they get worse at cleaning my car. Every time I get the platinum wash. After this last time the car was still filthy especially the interior. They missed several areas that clearly hadn’t even been touched. They were also supposed to add a vanilla scent to the car which they forgot. I don’t expect a professional level detail but for almost $40 my car should be clean.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! It used to be good 15 years ago, when service actually mattered. Since then, it's been nothing but downhill. Even if they compensate with a free wash, it's been horrible every time. If you tell them they did a bad job, they fix it by give giving a 1 min wipe down, and don't fix anything. I got a platinum wash with interior shine, and they didn't touch the inside. They vacuum, and run it through the machine, and both inside and out are still filthy. The last time I went(which will be the last ever) my hood vent came off in the wash, AND THEY DIDNT SAY ANYTHING!!! I have yet to hear from their insurance on the incident report.I get that's the risk you run, but to not say a word or even apologize is beyond ridiculous. If you value your vehicle, DO NOT use this wash!!

Better location than others due to equipment they have and that they have dedicated staff to wash cars. One star is for the fact that they put a customer car inside the car wash and exited the car, leaving it unattended. As we got to the end of the wash there was no one there to take the car and my car almost got pushed into the car in front. I started honking until someone came and hit the emergency shut off, then they removed the car and let me out. Accident waiting to happen! Terrible just terrible.

My 2 week old rear windshield wiper was damaged in their car wash. They say its their policy to not pay for any damage caused by their carwash. Just canceled my membership that ive had for a year and will never come back here. Also the guy starting the cars off at the wash told me he couldn't spray my windshield with bug remover fluid because its "highly corrosive"... Avoid this clown show.

The layout at this location makes it easy to vacuum before the wash. It’s a tight angle to get into the wash area, but the staff are very kind and patient about guiding you in and making sure you don’t damage your car. It’s easy to get in and out. And I find if you go during the week, there’s hardly any wait.

Took my brand new, mint condition (used car) here for first car wash and the premium wash supposedly the best that’s supposed to protect paint, took off paint that I still have yet to confirm was from a previous owner or the dealership. They did a quick subjective assessment and deamed the whole car would have been damaged if it was their equipment that did anything. So they didn’t find it odd that their equipment or product messed up a perfectly in tact car. This place is a joke and I will be in touch for a real solution because this was unacceptable

Arrived for a quick car wash and was berated by someone who wanted to sell a membership. Thank god I didn't get one. Wanted a basic wash. "No tire shine?? No wax??" First of all the parking lot is insane they have the vacuums set up before the wash so you're supposed to vacuum your car before you get the wash but I didn't know that and it's a one way the way they have they're parking lot set up. Anyways. No towels, well you have to pay $2 for one towel also theirs no dash cleaner. ALSO no hand dry after the wash. Overall -1000 I would never go back and I've never felt upset over an $8 car wash until now. (Wasn't worth the $8)
