The owner is rude and unprofessional. He tried to make me pay for the service before the detailer even started on my car . I asked if he took card and he said no but he had Zelle . He turned around and came back to me and said he only takes cash on Saturdays. The detailer did a great job but he did take 4 hours to finish.

This place is A-1 ! I bought a vehicle recently, it was dirty dirty. Ive been passing by this place for years but never needed to go like I needed to now. They shampooed the carpets and seats, completely wiped everything down front to back. Did an amazing job, made this car look brand new off the lot. Amazing work, highly recommended! Not to mention the great service. Dont forget to tip!

The inside of my car was still wet, there were crumbs left in the cup holders, and the door cup holders weren’t cleaned at all. There was still dirt along the bottom of the doors on both the inside and outside, dirt remaining around the trunk, and the floor mats were not fully vacuumed. Overall, this was horrible service. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Stan has been my Car wash Man for 12 years . I work at the mall and for 12 years he has picked my car up and cleaned it at his shop and had it back to me before I left work . Anytime I needed him to wax wash or detail my cars , he was there every time . I will only deal with him and no one else . Trust and reliability is hard to find in local businesses in Shreveport. But hands down he is the man !!! Will always get my money and it’s always money well spent .

Wanted one seat shampooed and a car wash. Nothing special. He told me they could not do one seat and the entire car had to be shampooed. Then he said he couldn't just wash my SUV it had to be detailed. I finally agreed although it was much more than I wanted. When we picked it up, we were told their machine was down and we would have to go get cash. (Maybe the IRS would be interested in their cash business?) Then they didn't even clean everything. Found trash in the back floorboard, hatchback wasn't cleaned and the visor still has chocolate smears on it from our grandchild. I do not recommend going here. I will be spreading the word.
