This is a joke. It's supposed to be a fairly new place so I expected good things, but the only thing that worked was the water. There was no soap, and the "dryer" was the size of a water gun. No wonder it's never busy. Don't bother going here. Total waste of money and time.

The self wash bays have little more pressure then your garden hose. The place is clean and well lit though. So 2 stars.

Website says full service open sat until 4, we got there at 1:45 & nobody is there. The only stations open were the do it yourself & the one wouldn't even take the change. How, are you going to post hours and no one be there for the touchless bay?

In a state of disrepair. Put 2$ in the vacuum it made a startup noise and then did nothing. No signs on the out of order machines or anything. I've been to this place last year and it was actually decent. Not sure what happened. Sign of the times.

This is my second time going here and will be my last. Both times I’ve gone through the automatic wash and my car is still completely dirty. I don’t get it. I think the rain would’ve cleaned my car better. Waste of money.

Pulled up to the carwash and got in line behind 4 other cars at 3:42pm at 3:47pm the owner comes out and places a cone behind the car in front of me and tells me he closes at 4pm and I won't make there was 1 other car behind me. Won't ever give them my business again making sure my husband cancels his monthly subscription too. Was 1 more car really going to make a difference?

I have the monthly package, so I love to stop by at least once or twice a week to get my car washed. They do a great job, they spray it down first before it goes through the automatic car wash, and then they hand towel it dry. The only problem is inconsistent hours. They don't have hours posted from what I can see, and I stop by the same time every day, around 9:30am. Half the time they are open and half the time they are closed.

This is a very nice car wash. Self service - easy to use and they support credit cards (in addition to cash). The automatic (drive thru) wash is great. I recommend the triple foam and thus place offers unlimited monthly washes (EverWash app), which gets you ONE wash per day. The quality of the cleaning is great and they hand dry you as you drive through. My only knock on this place is finding out when they are open or not. Social media and google are not aligned and I’ve showed up multiple times where they are not open. They do keep the bay closed since it may be cold and a waste of energy to keep it open but a clear view (online) of whether or not you are open would net a 5-star review. I appreciate the quality of the service you are providing. Also make it pleasant to tip for a hand-dry, the sign expressing that “this is how I get paid” is not a great experience whether you’re on the giving or receiving end of the tip.”

Terrible business practice. My husband went to wash my car and credit card machine was “supposedly” not working (after he swiped both of our cards twice). He ended up paying cash for the wash and a month later we got charged for a wash on each card he swiped. We called and asked to speak to the owner and were told to just call our credit card company to “dispute the charges.” As we all know, calling a credit card company takes quite a bit of time for something that was not our fault. Very upset with the customer service. And I’m sure we are not the only ones.

Waste of money! When you swipe your credit card it doesn’t register initially. If you are lucky enough or in some cases unlucky enough to pay in cash for a wash after swiping your card well guess what…you get charged for each swipe of your credit card one month later ! So I was charged in cash and for every swipe of the credit card which was roughly 22 dollars for a wash plus my 6-7 dollar cash payment for one wash! Whatever you do, do not pay with a card and avoid at all costs!! Owner and staff would not return phone calls and was dismissive after I canceled 2 credit cards one week later when I was finally able to have someone contact me from the car wash to ensure this was not fraud. I was told by staff that the owner was “ not very nice, and would never return your phone call anyway.” Forever boycotting!!!

Should have known better when I pulled up and 2 self wash bays were down. Most of the times I've went there, either soap or wax is empty, and spray nozzles are broken or leak. The digital screen wasn't working and you couldn't tell the dollar amount or time. I used my debit card and added time once. Supposed to be $3.00 per 5 minutes. I was charged $10 when should have been $6.00. No biggie. After my wash was done and my time zeroed out the machine kept beeping and did not reset. I went in to the office and explained what happened. The lady came out and tried resetting it but still added time on my debit card as if I was washing again. She tells me to hang out and a guy would come out. I waited 15 min and had to go back in and ask what was going on. She told me I can go stand by his door. Another 10 minutes he finally comes out. I explained what happened and he goes up to machine and tells me I didn't put enough money in like I was an idiot. I explained that I was done with the wash and it charged me more than it should have and wouldn't reset and anyone could just keep hitting the button and get free washes on my account. He was able to reset it but I tried to thank him and shake his hand but he just gave me a smug smile and walked away. Place is a waste of money, service was horrible and place looks run dwn. Only reason I did go there was because it's less than a block from my house. Will definitely not be going back or recommend to anybody.

Do not waste your money. Paid for the $13 Superior Wash. The windows were covered in some sort of streaky film afterwards. I had to clean the windows twice when I arrived home. Also, the entire rear of my car was still very dirty. The staff was not professional or kind to a first time user. There will not be a second time.

Came back for a second time in a year or so. Thinking maybe this place has stepped it up considering a 3.8 rating but of course can’t expect everybody to keep up with newer things. Scanned my debit card clicked the green button 3 times for 3$ and it showed that on the screen. I received my 5 minutes of wash time which it states. Come to find out I check my debit card history and I was charged 10$ and yes it may be 5$ but the principal of the thing is these people got free cigarettes or whatever they enjoy doing out of my extra money. In this image it obviously does not state anywhere that there will be any extra charge for using any type of card. Even better the owners just came out and said your card info stays in the machine for a certain amount of time and if you do not stay to wait a time amount that they do not know then your card will be there for anybody to charge.
