This is so easy to use. 35.00 platinum plan works out to 2.33 pr wash. Absolutely worth it.

The monthly membership charged me for the carwash plus I was being charged separately after the third and 4th was saying I was using a different vehicle when I wasn't.

Have an unlimited membership due to it being touchless. Have to wash my car twice to get a little bird poo off. Not a great car wash.

I almost can’t believe that I spent 15 dollars on a car wash that didn’t even get the bird poop off the windshield or door. The car is still incredibly visibly dirty, almost just like it just rained on my car.

Best car wash in taylor! I just have one question. Isn't each cycle supposed to be soap wash rinse? Then the next cycle same thing? Instead of all the chemicals all at once applied to the car all at once? Still the best car wash in taylor

First time I went, vacum's not working, of course you don't know this until all your money is in 🤑 Second time charged twice on our debit card! 🤑😡 Third time, today, used CASH 😉 my car got wet, NO SOAP! In and out in like 10 seconds. Sorry 3 strikes and your out! 🤑🤬 Never again!

The auto is set to such a short cycle. It's not worth the money. I would go to any other auto wash then this one. The owners are probably cheap and set the timer to save as much as possible. My car didn't even look washed when it was done.

I paid $12 for the auto wash. The door opened and in I went. Nothing happened. I sat there waiting. Backed up and pulled forward. Nothing about 15 minutes later, I backed out. I drove around the lot, trying to find a number to call, and even used Google. I finally left a message on a phone line that said it was some contractor. No call back a week later. Won't recommend going there again.

Washed a car using automatic wash This is a picture of the towels I used to dry the car. Soap was not completely washed off , dryer less than a minute. Will NEVER use this wash again! I will drive 7 miles to Johnnies at least you get time for the automatic dryer to complete the job. Shame on them If I could give them zero stars I would!

It's OK. The car is cleaner for sure. Not all the soap rinsed off. I don't know if the dryer will stop on it's own or if it's timed like others, there's no display. It is convenient to my location, though.

Very disappointed. I got the platinum $15 wash and my windows and windshield are still dirty. What would work , like Jersey car washes, are scrub brushes that come down and assist with making sure the dirt actually comes off.

$12 to rinse my car myself. Like why the hell is it so much more expensive than other places. I could have gone through an automatic wash for that price I will not be going back there again

Just washed my car here, it made the car look a little better but didn’t really clean it. Left a thin layer of dirt even on the glass. probably won’t use it again.

I do the monthly membership for the platinum package wash. And I'm pleased with the washes here. The washes are touchless sprayers. There's nothing hitting your vehicle. Please refer to the company website or app for pricing on packages or washes if interested.

Went to the auto wash and spend $15 just for it to spray water and that’s it and had to waste more money to clean it how it said it was going to

It was decent, but the last 3 times I've tried to get a wash, the screen at the touchless is glitching and won't work. I've left messages on the number listed multiple times and as far as I can tell, there's been no improvement. If you're wondering why business is down....... I literally can't wash my car. Please get this fixed, the other nearest touchless is 20 minutes away! I'm glad I canceled my subscription, because I wouldn't even be able to use it.

Awesome experience. I signed up for the monthly service. It was so easy to scan the code on my phone and the door opens. You simply drive in and it shows you a green light and then when it's time to stop they show you a red light and tell you to stop and you put your car in park close your windows and enjoy as the machine goes around your car and washes it for you without touching it. There is a blow dryer that you drive through on the way out. I've been noticing lately that the part of my front window that the wipers don't reach, still has sludge on it after washing. I contacted the company to see if they have a response.

Worst pay&spray I’ve ever used. Used my card, and the machine shut off after 5 minutes leaving my car covered in the prewash, which smelled like dawn soap. After that it wouldn’t accept my card so I could rinse it off, moved to a different stall only to have the rinse spray dirty water. My car now has a film on it and I’m going somewhere else to try and get it clean. This used to be one of the better ones before they installed the automatic stall.

I use this car wash because it’s the only touchless car wash I’m aware of in my (sort of) vicinity. I’ve never liked the automatic rag/brush washes, as they easily pick up rocks, sand, another abrasive that can scratch your car. So I use this one. I wouldn’t call it good, but it is a car wash, if that’s a compliment. There is only one automatic wash – the touchless one – so every now and again, the lines can get ridiculously long. From start to finish, the wash seems to take a good five minutes, so you can multiply that by the number of cars in front of you. The monthly pass option is nice, but contrary to what the app shows, it does not work for the self service wash, only the automatic wash and the vacuums. This is a bit of a headache, because – at least for sedans – the automatic wash does not do a very good job at all. It is geared to larger vehicles, I think (think big ‘murican trucks/SUVs). Because I have the membership, I always go through twice in a row. The first time does such a mediocre job, that it’s almost like a “pre-wash“ for the car. After the second time, most of the car is relatively decent, but the back is a total disaster (see photo). The wash gets nowhere close to cleaning it. I’m thinking that it only starts washing about 2-3 feet up off the ground. Anything lower than that, it just doesn’t get to. The photo here shows my car just a few minutes after having gone through the automatic wash TWO TIMES in a row. TWO TIMES! Not good. For me, the solution would be to wash the back of the car in the self service wash (not super convenient, but necessary) and then go through the automatic wash, but I can’t do this without paying money, even though I have a $35 membership. Also not good. In terms of the rest of the wash, it’s ok. I find that the right side of the car usually gets a little bit cleaner than the left side of the car, and the sides of the doors – up to the door handles – is kind of hit or miss in terms of quality. Whatever “protectant“ comes over the car during the last rinse is quite smeary, so it’s not easy to wipe it off with a rag, for instance. Using a high-powered blow dryer seems to be the best bet for dispersing some of that liquid. In normal cases, I would let the liquid just dry or dissipate on its own, but this wash does not rinse evenly or well, so there is often quite a lot of soap visible on the car after you go through. This dries to make the car still look dirty and scummy. And I could go on, but I won’t! So overall, if I had another touchless option, I certainly would give it a try. But this wash has to do for now, I guess.
