The Shine Box did an excellent job on my interior detail. Someone spilled something very gross on my open passenger window, which then got down into the window track inside the door. They managed to get all of it clean, going so far as to open up interior panel of the door to ensure it was all cleaned out. Even under considerable time pressure, they performed above and beyond expectations. My interior looks brand new, and smells clean and fresh! Their prices were reasonable, and the owner is friendly and goes out of his way to acomodate his clients. I highly recommend the crew at the Shine Box to anyone who wants their interior to sparkle!

I am so happy with my experience at the Shine Box! I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was done by lunch. The car looks great inside and out and smells fantastic! My Jeep Grand Cherokee never looked better! The rims and tires look amazing and the Shine on this thing...like black liquid! I see why they call it THE SHINE BOX! I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend!

I called the number on the front of the building the gentleman’s name was joe he’s was thorough and takes good care. I have 2 large dogs that I like to take to parks and they leave hair and paw prints regularly. I’ve only came in twice, both times my car was returned in immaculate condition. The price is fair and worth the job done. 5 star would recommend. I will be back!

From start to finish, Joseph and his crew did a great job. Fantastic customer experience, good communication and, most importantly, their work exceeded my expectations. I’ll keep this review short and to the point: this is not a professional place to take your car. I brought in two vehicles for detailing—$175 for the SUV and $165 for the sedan. I dropped them off in the morning and picked them up the next day. When I checked the SUV, it was still dirty. They were aware of it. Abi, who detailed the car, told me to talk to Joe (the owner) and bring it back another time. Do they think I have time to waste another whole day repeating this? Still, I said fine. Then I noticed something worse—my professionally installed backup camera was no longer working. I checked, and it was completely gone. I immediately texted Joe. He said all the right things: “I’ll re-detail the car,” “I’ll make it right,” “I’ll have someone take a look at it.” Two months passed, and nothing got resolved. I asked him to Zelle me $200 to fix the issue or find someone who could. He offered me $100. Seriously? I eventually asked for just $150 to cover at least part of the labor, and instead he offered another car detail. No thanks. I will never bring anything here again. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I don’t know what will come of it, but I’m done with this nonsense. NEVER AGAIN.

I spilled paint in my car and it got on the mat and carpet. I tried to clean it off as best as I could but there was still some left. I searched for available appointments but no one else was available except for this shop. Abi did a great job trying to get the rest of the paint out.
