This car wash is like a roller coaster. You never know which version you’re paying for. Sometimes it’s wonderful, but half the time it doesn’t even wash half of the car. They need to maintain the machines or something, but in the meantime I’ll have to go back to the competitors.

This car wash is great! The drive-thru wash does a nice job. Then, the vacumes are in good working order that provide excellent sucction. They also offer cleaning spray and clean rags for you to clean the inside of your vehicle. The two young ladies and man were all friendly and accommodating as well. They were very professional and welcoming on the phone and in person. Thank you!

My go-to place to wash my car. Love that they keep adding new features. Previously the added the blow dry function. And most recently they added the wheel brush function which I love to use to clean my wheel and tires. Always a pleasure going there and minding my own business and cleaning my car. The other customers who uses this place are very nice as well. They sometimes give tips on how to keep your car clean. It’s like a little community by itself.

I seldom have ever ventured to a car wash but the recent snow with salt on the streets encouraged me to wash my very dirty car. I was happy that this car wash takes credit in addition to cash. I think signage could be improved, however. With more directions. For example an electronic voice tells you to make your payment now, but there is no indication of when to remove one’s credit card. The area to drive was a bit confusing as it said to pull up to here , a place indicated with an arrow inside the tracks. So. did but it kept insisting to pull up. A man behind me in a car got out and directed me to the proper place to pull up. Then it worked.

Owners/management extremely rude. They hang over your shoulder and watch your every move, and the second the timer runs out start screaming you need to leave. Wouldn't even let me put more money to keep washing. Left streaks all over my paint. Had to go to Grove Wash right up the street to get a good wash. You get a lot more wash time for Your money at Grove Wash too... Neighborhood car wash is pretty nice if you go there late at night when the management normally isn't there...

The full touchless wash has been broken for months. The “soft touch” wash does a poor job of rinsing soap so your vehicle leaves covered in soap which then dries and streaks making your car look worse than when it went in. Emailed the business about this months ago with no response and after using the wash again today, still no changes to the ratio of soap and rinse water. This car wash is fine. The self service bays work great. I use this car wash because it’s close to my home.

Ridiculous! If I had a choice, I would give 0 stars. I paid for the Foam Brite wash. I even received a “free vacuum” token. After I paid, it said “wait for green light,” but the green light never appeared, and the machine continued to say “please wait till the wash is empty” long after the last car had left. I waited for a good half hour, then attempted to go to the office, but it was closed. I have disputed the charge and expect a refund.

The dryers do not stay on long enough but overall it was not bad it is very pricey though I can tell you can find a much cheaper car wash down the street for a lot less money but if you want to get in and get out quickly it is pretty quick. I had to come back and add some more info I came back again it seems like the place is always broke down it's always needing to be fixed it's getting kind of aggravating to be honest with you I would just avoid this place you don't know if you're going to get a car wash or not half the time. Okay so I got a reply from the owner and I want everyone to read it if I was a business owner in the Tower Grove South neighborhood I sure wouldn't want to make everybody upset and be rude to a customer obviously you don't care about your customers if you're picking fights with him most people will get on here and say I'm sorry about the inconvenience please come back and visit us again no you you want to pick a fight did you notice how many views I have did you notice how many people read my reviews and did you notice how many people look at the photos I would quit being a jerk to your customers All I do is go out here and tell the truth how I see it if you don't like it then fix the problem I'm the customer you want the money out of my pocket into your machine then fix your machines. That being said I'm going to come up there and start taking pictures every time one's broke. Of course it's broke again I went through the other non brush option and it didn't even rinse the driver side of my car it didn't even get the dust off it was so bad this place is pathetic.

Cant use anything at home to wash your car, without the time meter running. This is when they are busy or not. Just policy. So if your meter runs out and you are scrubbing your car, then you will be forced with two options. Put more money in the meter or leave. Regardless of if you have to use the sprayer, that minute. Management is required to enforce this policy regardless of situation. I wonder if the touchless car wash is still broke?

I thought the reviews here were exaggerating but they are not. My husband was just up there washing our car and the owner came on the speaker basically kicking him out. He said if you’re not going to use the car wash then he needed to leave. This was very confusing because he was mid washing the car. He told us to call him if we had any questions but he didn’t want any trouble and left. This was also after spending $50 at this Carwash. So very weird.

I had to use my credit card since I had no change, no change machine here, had a hard time shutting down the time, I expected the time to stop when I turned the selection dial to stop, you need to look carefully for a specific button to push near where you swipe your card, took me a couple of minutes to figure it out. I was also disappointed that no suds came out with the dial on soap, I switched to foam brush and got plenty of soap, I believe there are 4 bays to wash your car, don't know if I'd go back again.

Horrible, cluttered, very few bays you can't even wash your car thoroughly because you have idiotic people honking and telling you to get out of the bay literally right after you arrive. Not even five minutes after I arrived people were already complaining and trying to get me out of the bay including the supervisor of the place. Apparenty they didn't like that I took a literal minute to spray my car with my own wash/wax soap while the damn meter was runing, Never again!

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful! Definitely washing all my cars here. And telling all my friends and neighbors to check this place out.
