Poor customer service. Employees everywhere yet no help. Asked an employee stacking wood for assistance or if he could find someone to help me, told me he would be right over on the next isle and never showed. Eventually I used the cart as a ladder and shimmied 9 pieces of 4' x 8' 3/8" particle board from the top shelf on my own. Thanx...

We had to go to home depot this evening. To get cement for our project. Our loader was Carlos. I was. Waiting at the door for him and he took me by the arm across the street to my car. I am blind and he was very helpful. He was very polite and Load it up 4 /50 pound bags of cement into my car. Carlos is an asset to your company. And I and I am thankful for people like him. That is so helpful. Thank you, home depot and Carlos.

My business partner and I came to just pick a sale item that is currently advertised Large Red Milwaukee gloves. We had to ask almost all the staff to tell us where any of the gloves were. Fortunately Leilani was able to successfully help us. Unfortunately the gloves are in the wrong place and the person she called to help her Oscar knew where they were and brought them, but refused to tell Leilani where they were because they were just in the wrong place completely. When my business partner tried to just suggest stalking the largest we were met with rude and snarky remarks from Abby. After this experience, I have no desire to ever come back to the seaside Home Depot until you guys hire adults that want to work and not students are collecting checks. Please praise Leilani for all her patients with us. We had just come back from a 10 hour workday in the sun.

One of the worst customer services of all the Home Depot’s I have gone to and don’t bother trying to do curbside, I have done 3 curbside orders and they never bring it out or answer the phone when you try to call to see what is going on. Once I go inside the store to pick up my “curbside” order and have to wait in a line I get no answer as of why it wasn’t able to be brought curbside and no apologies just employees who don’t care and show it with their responses.

Driver for Home Depot truck flying around a corner and almost hits a car. Proceeds to flip them off after the person rightfully honked. Not good!

Thanks for the help in plumbing department. My suggestion is open a few products and help people even more. Glacier bay kitchen faucet comes with it's own supply lines. All the customer needs is a matching 3/8 angle stop. Who's the guy who knows the angle stops by their #. Give him a raise. Customer service service always has a smile. Thanks Home Depot.

Long lines, only a few check outs open. I saw an open checkout and paid for my item. Then a woman came up and harassed me for it. It was open and I’m not going to cost my clients money because of Home Depot’s lack of management skills. She then followed me out and stared at me as I got in my truck and drove away. No reason for her to be harassing a paying customer.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. Ordered a washer and dryer online. They came to deliver and the dryer was broken upon delivery. They took it back and took more than week and a few calls to them to finally say they could deliver. By that point I was so frustrated because they couldn’t deliver at a good time for me, I said I wanted a refund and all the rep said was “but it will take two weeks for a refund” which made me even more mad. So I sent the washer back and waited a month with no refund. Then finally after using the online chat, they said I’d be receiving my full refund in 3-5business days. Three days later I only got half. Now the online rep said the store refunded me which is not true as they can’t provide any date and it’s not on my statements. Now they’re trying to refund me and can’t. This is so unbelievably unacceptable. It’s a larger chunk of money that I should not have to wait 1.5months to get back.

Saved me lots of time and money! My wife hates when I shop here because I always come home with more than intended. Thanks to the helpful staff, I was able to stay on task this time! They were very knowledgeable of the store layout and told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. With me being from out of town, it could've been a disaster on my wallet! So kudos to the staff at this location! I'll definitely return for another field trip in the future!

I am a regular customer and I shop at various locations and online. I have had some large projects and many smaller projects which are ongoing. I shop for lumber, hardware, tools, pool supplies and many more. Usually my experience is good. Once in a while delivery is late (or never arrives) and sometimes the product is incomplete or damaged (delivered products). I usually double check the products I pick myself as at times the boxes have been opened by others before and I worry parts may be missing. I am giving 4 stars due to problems with delivery. I had some unusual delivery problems also. One time I had to help a driver unload metal gates I had ordered and they were shipped in a single pallet weighing over 1000 lbs! The driver did not have the right equipment to unload safely (for his safety and the safety against damage to the product). But somehow he was able safely unload with a little help from me.

They advertise fake prices. Be careful when you buy from this cheaters. Check your receipt otherwise they will make you think you buying discounted price items, and they will charge them with regular price. There is a video on tik tok that is getting viral, about how they didn't respect the offer they showed. #sandcityhomedepot.

I'm remodeling on property in Pebble Beach at the moment, having never been to this Home Depot since I'm from San Jose, I have to tell you the five visits I've had here have all been bad experience. When you first walk in you notice that they're playing acid rock on the overhead music system which is a little bizarre. Asking for help from any of their employees yields are very weird experience and an uncanny feeling. I asked one young man if they had electrical parts to mount a ceiling light, he didn't know but he said he would call somebody, he walked around for 10 minutes with his phone in his hand didn't call for help electrical department until I called him on and said hey get on the PA system and call somebody for electrical, he refused to do it. I'm in the store yesterday there's a line for the self checkout that's 8 or 9 deep and there's two gals standing next to a cash register just talking having a good old time and came over I said hey are you open and she immediately turned around and looked at me as if I was bothering her and said oh, the lines over there, then she turned around and went back to talking to her friend. Just standing there having a good old time couldn't be bothered. I don't know who the store manager is for this operation but there's a very negative weird vibe here. I mentioned to the homeowner I'm working for my weird experience at Home Depot he said oh yeah we never shop there, we go to Salinas and hit the Lowe's because they're very friendly, I got a better selection of product that seems to be higher quality and it's a much better experience. He shared with me he ordered some fluorine from Home Depot it took weeks to get it in, when the order finally came in it was wrong, he ended up getting upset and going to Lowe's, validating my experience, so it's not just me.

Always enjoy my visits to home depot. Recently I was researching material for remodeling my walk-in shower. Prices are fair and even cheaper on tile when I compared with another local supplier. However, the variety is lacking compared to a stand along tile/floor store. Difficult to compare the two since one specializes in tiles. Either way, I've conquered many projects with home depot supplies and will continue to do so in the future. Also, the employees are super helpful. I love many things about Home Depot, but two important ones for me is that returns are super easy and they offer a 10% military discount.
