It's my go to place for appliances and a lot of other things in between. Everyone is very helpful and polite. If they are out of an item, they will tell you when it's being delivered.

So sad by the experience I had with The Home Depot and the company they use TRUJILLO DELIVERY SERVICES INC. DOT# 2714626 and their drivers Ramon and Josue. Backstory- it’s my moms big 5 5 in April and we’re hosting familia from all over the country so we decided to splurge and treat ourselves to the Install and Haul of our new Dishwasher since my pops walked out on us literally a week before Christmas. (He don’t deserve a Queen like my momma anyways so good riddance) and then I wound up in the ICU the beginning of January after contracting staph AND pneumonia in my left lung due to me being immuno-compromised. Which of course started going septic. So we’re taking each day as it comes and trying to make things as easy as possible which doesn’t help that my moms was having a flare up last week due to this weather (goddess bless these rains tho) which gives her a bit of brain fog. So our original delivery date of 2/15 was misread by her as the delivery time 2:15 so needless to say we had to reschedule. So today, 2/20 I wake up at 5 am to deep scrub under sink with bleach and Clorox as I’m about to start under the area where the dishwasher goes I hear the truck roll up. I greet them good morning and the very first thing the driver Ramon has to say, —AFTER giving our front lawn decor a very thorough scan up and down with his eyes— “What was up with last week?” (not even a good morning :/ ) to which I then had to sympathetically justify my moms disability to a total stranger :(( So Ramon and Josue of TRUJILLO DELIVERY SERVICES INC. DOT# 2714626 walk in and Ramon looks under the sink and I try to hand Ramon a wrench because I was having trouble removing the nut that connects the water line to the access area but before I could ask for help and explain that I have bleach and disinfectant to clean the mice droppings that my father promised he had dealt with when he walked out on us Ramon interjects that he’s not installing anyhting and that it doesn’t matter that I’m about to sanitize it. And that I need to call Home Depot to get a refund and then reschedule the install and haul and that this is not his problem. So I get the names and info and get on google after they watch me drag the old dishwasher by myself to the curb only to discover TRUJILLO DELIVERY SERVICES INC. DOT# 2714626 only has two Drivers??? Which brings me to me question of who is holding TRUJILLO DELIVERY SERVICES INC. DOT# 2714626 accountable for their behavior? And how many more of my brothers and sisters have had to will continue to face prejudice by these two lowlifes? Please if you are thinking of using the Santa Maria Local Business TRUJILLO DELIVERY SERVICES INC. DOT# 2714626. Know that you are not important to them and that Home Depot in Santa Maria does not care enough about Santa Maria as a community put a stop this disgusting behavior.

Randy was heaven sent!! We were looking at natural gas water heaters when he approached us. Randy broke it down and explained to us all the water heaters they had in stock, and helped us come to conclusion of which one would best work for us. I really appreciated his knowledgeable advice, he helped us load our cart. It’s 2024, where can you find top tier customer service? Randy at Home Depot!

I went to Santa Maria, Home Depot store to buy an item that was unavailable at my local Home Depot and also unavailable online. Daniel and Jesus went above and beyond locating the item and getting it down for me!!! Great customer service!!!!!! I would give more than 5 stars If I could!!!!

The most part they got what you need .. however the employees are terrible at customer service.. seems like when you ask for help they got 10 things to do before they can help you. I shop around just to get this info .. ill be back to see how they treat me in a month .

The worst experience ever! If you want to get ripped off.Go see the installation and customer service department. They sold a water heater and wall heater to an elder woman for over $8240.00. Went to help my aunt resolve the over charge. Only to meet the nervous crooks in the end. I'm not done!

60% of the Associates are helpful and friendly other 40% run and hide or ignore you, has improved last couple of years. HD needs to get back to old school when they had ex pros working the place and knowledge on the floor!

Useless workers! Both inside the store and in the tree lot. Asked a worker for an item and they just replied “I don’t know” and laughed. In the tree lot, I am a pregnant woman and had my mother with me. They didn’t offer to carry the tree, push the heavy equipment to haul the tree on, or even offer to help load the tree in the car. Very useless and disappointing staff. SMH!

Very disappointed in this store. Called trying to order some lumber for my drivers to use for dunnage, $215 worth, and pay over phone or website with company card so my driver could grab it. All I asked for was to take my credit card info by phone or online, driver was ready to pick it up. They were not willing to work with me to help get this done, so my drivers were not able to get loaded with the loads they needed.

This past Sunday, I picked up online-ordered cabinets from the Santa María Home Depot. JOEL and ARTHUR helped load them into my truck and did an incredible job—fitting nine cabinets with Tetris-like precision. One didn’t seem like it would fit, but they found a way, saving me a return trip as I live out of town. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. I offered a tip, but they declined. Home Depot is lucky to have such outstanding employees—please recognize their excellent service.

They don't have hours listed for the Christmas Tree stand listed anywhere, not even in person. We went on Black Friday where they had some great deal on trees however the store closed at 10pm, but apparently the tree stand closed at 8pm? There is no signage noting this just metal fencing they close when it's closed. Can't seem to find the hours online. Really ruined our night trying to find our tree them getting kicked out because the tree stand closed out of no where

What the heck worker it is Monday night and I had some special paint mixed and bending my card I’ve had them not work. What the hell were you thinking blonde girl at the checkout at 9:55 PM mad that you’re there or what I want to call back from the manager don’t mess with my card.

Starting off, I wish there was an option for less than a star. I got doors “professionally” installed, and I decided to have Home Depot install them because I had a much better experience when they installed my windows. The job for installing my doors were terrible, really half-paced job. I highly DO NOT recommend getting your doors installed through Home Depot. Mind you, I have emailed Home Depot to help fix this and through many opportunities, they have not responded, I believe they will ignore until I go away since the job is already “done”, but they don’t know that I’m a stubborn SOB. They told me they would fix it after a week it’s been installed and now it’s been months of pure ghosting me. Here are some pictures so you can see this half-paced job.

I needed help with my car fob to replace the battery and employee helped me figure out how to open the fob to replace the battery.He was very helpful and kind.I was so thankful.Also the ladies at checkout were very kind and helpful. I feel like so happy.

The new clear verification system for rentals is a complete failure with no work around. I have rented a lot of equipment through home Depot and through the company's I have worked for I have spent 10s of millions of dollars with home Depot. Scheduled a truck rental today and after trying more then 20 times with the new clear verification, it repeatedly told me there was a glare on ID. I tried and the customer service person tried. Nothing worked, eventually it reached maximum attempts and no longer worked. Leaving me stranded at the home Depot until my wife can come and pick me up. Talked to management and they said all I could do is talk to Clear to get support. Went through Clears support and they said nothing could be done and home Depot would have more options if their system wasn't working. Now it is to late to schedule a rental through a different company like Herc or Uhaul. Thank you for changing and system with no back up for when there are glitches. It's embarrassing for a reputable company.
